Gegenstand dieser Untersuchung ist die "Analyse der Entwicklung der Wehrbereitschaft und Wehrfähigkeit Jugendlicher in der DDR, insbesondere der Wirksamkeit der vormilitärischen Ausbildung und des Wehrsports bei der Vorbereitung Jugendlicher auf den Wehrdienst". Insgesamt wurden 1736 Teilnehmer an der vormilitärischen Ausbildung befragt. Die Fragen betreffen grundlegende Wertorientierungen (Lebensziele), ideologische Grundpositionen und die Mitarbeit in der GST (Gesellschaft für Sport und Technik). (psz)
