Pani, Secretary of of Finance that he knows that the Congress approved the proposal presented by the President, making the previous law ineffective. Said law aimed to pay the internal debt with national assets, reason why he requests him to see Manuel Vargas who is going to present a matter related to the payment of the bonds Terrazas in hands of Mr. Arthur J. Mc Quatters, which are the only ones left to repay despite their due payment. He asks him to make all efforts to solve this issue in compliance with the commitments acquired by the government. He also informs that he asked Manuel Vargas to deal with the matter related to the representation that "La Proveedora" (The Supplier) is expected to make of the shares that the government owns through the Cooperative of Fuel and Lubricants, S.C.L. Arturo de Saracho envía a Fernando Torreblanca unos artículos referentes a que el Gobierno mexicano ha reconocido a Emiliano Iglesias como Embajador de España en México. Fernando Torreblanca solicita al Embajador de México en Washington que pida al Gobierno norteamericano permiso para que Enrique Schondübe visite algunas fábricas de aeroplanos. El Dr. Joseph Jordan Eller, informa a Fernando Torreblanca la posibilidad de que algunas compañías radiodifusoras de Estados Unidos están dispuestas a conceder tiempo gratuito para propaganda relativa a México. El Lic. Pablo Quiroga, Gobernador de Nuevo León, informa a Fernando Torreblanca que el Lic. Virgilio Garza Jr., quien fue designado por la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores Vicecónsul Honorario en Suecia, es enemigo implacable de la Escuela Socialista en el estado de Nuevo León y fue partidario del grupo pro Zuazua, por lo que considera que debe reconsiderarse la representación otorgada por esa Secretaría al Lic. Garza.
