The principle of weakening of icons, the détournement or transformation of their messages was found by early representatives of Dadaism, Cubism, Surrealism. Weakened or destroyed dictate of grand pictures, transformed into everyday life, into causality of space and time, into nonsense of former seasons of God or war, heroic work or grand fight, open possibility to show other, undiscovered space and unexperienced time whose is pictured through altered means of painting and media, through new oppositions and conflicts. It is reach of nonideological, non-conformity art. Mixed technique of collage and painting, stirring abstractions and inserts of real pictures connect works of Rimantas Plunge with painting of art movement COBRA, painter and political critique Asger Jorn, with some details of Punk graphics, with decentred, disbalanced creations of US painter Richard Diebenkorn. The paper analyzes trauma as the source for creativity in the urban space. There are two strategies to find a way to live with traumatic experience. The first way, according to Sigmund Freud, is "the work of mourning", which by constant remembering and repeating trauma in the language of tropes and figures allows to integrate discontinuous traumatic experience thus partly expunging trauma. Another strategy for dealing with trauma was described by Eric L. Santner's term "narrative fetishism". This strategy supposes a refusal or inability to admit trauma substituting mourning for narratives, which seemingly do not have any connection to trauma itself. I can find outcomes of this traumatic creative strategy in urban spaces of contemporary megalopolises. An architecture and landscape of Klaipeda is formed due to historical circumstances. The development of public spaces was influenced of inconsistent Klaipeda urban, architectural processes and political, economic crisis. Particularly, old town area of Klaipeda suffered during the Second Worl war, but fortunatly remained part of the old buildings that have stood the architectural details, emphasizing the uniqueness of this region. The beginning of the post-war construction, development of planned economy have been taken to restore the city's industry and port functions. One of the most beautiful old town area is along the Curonian Lagoon and the River Dane, which was transformed into an industrial and port serving area. Public spaces, residential buildings and other objects designed by method of Soviet typical presence. Residential zone is appropriate expanded in the northern part of the city. The space for public demands is moved away from the center. Approach to architecture and urban planning has changed radically after restoration of independence. Today old buildings of Klaipeda are restored, castle area is managed and updated. The John's hill is put in order and given to public interests. Anglers street Reconstruction is scheduled - there should be a pedestrian walkway. One after the other projects are springing up to the aim – to adapt historic places of Klaipeda for recreational public activities. The aim is to develop Latvians - the city by the sea and the bay - image.

The paper aims to evaluate the main features of creation and development of the integral cultural and economic space in Europe, the main problems of economic and social development and provision of equal rights in the context of the transition processes in Central and Eastern Europe. Transformation processes in Central and Eastern Europe are described. New challenges for economic development and social oriented changes are analized. The paper has used outcomes of the research done over the recent several years, dedicated to the diagnostics of transformation problems as well as eco-nomic and social development in Central and Eastern Europe with special reference to the development of integral space and human rights. Major findings show that creation and development of the integral space in Europe is a very complex and controversial process and in this course various problems and conflicts arise. Therefore, to encourage creation of the integral space in Europe appropriate cultural policies are necessary to be implemented in Europe. These policies may embrace many priorities including - preservation of cultural diversity; - adaptation and dissemination of integrated European dimensions; elimination of inappropriate factors within humanism and democracy of all European countries; - provision of equal rights in all groups of modern society. For implementation of key priorities of cultural policies use of a number of pan-European scale special programmes is proposed. New non-traditional ideas of possible economic and social development in Central and Eastern Europe are discussed.

Tasks of thesis: to perform an analysis of scientific literature in the context of TVWS and to identify technologies of TVWS management, to find factors influencing Geo-location Database Business Model, to put forward Geo-location Database scenarios, to construct classification of Business Model for the Geo-location Database, to provide experimental study of feasibility to deploy distinct classification of Business Model for the distinct scenarios of Geo-location Database. Qualitative methods chosen for the research: exploratory literature analysis, consultations with experts/specialists and conceptual modelling based on scenarios. The exploratory part of the thesis describes existing spectrum shortage problem and presents potential technologies that can solve this problem. The theoretical part of this work introduces research methodology and the concept and principles of Business Model for technology innovation. Analytical part of the thesis seeks to identify potential Business Model configurations for the operations of Geo-location database in the TV White Space spectrum range. This part ends with presenting experimental study of the feasibility of Geo-location Business Model. The final part of the thesis concludes with the main results that propose optimal Business Model configuration for the Geo-location Database that can be used for further research.

Orient and okcidentas - the two man-made space concept, which describes not only the geographical area, but also a certain cultural values. The world is divided into two categories: the West and East. The Western world include the values of modernity, democracy and education, while the eastern countries are backward in respect of culture and education, and lack of democracy. Edward Said has found that a breakdown of our world in the Orient and Occidental, has its own culture and other people's confrontation was necessary in order to realize their own identity. For each literary work takes place in a given area. This area is twofold task: On one hand the author of the work takes place in an imaginary place, but the place is mostly a fictional counterpart of real everyday reality. Orient residents were considered to be powerless, to be managed. This perception has been installed help texts. To answer the question of how the orientation depicted in the literary piece, the author chose, originating from a country belonging to the Orient. Kurbanas Said grew up in tolerance and multiculturalism in a conspicuous Baku. In the novel \"Ali and Nino\" depicts a city where the two intersect completely different cultural boundaries. Tank can not be assigned to either the Orient, nor occidental. City by the bridge function, and become the third space. Novels set in the Caucasus area, the precise area. Bar is treated as free space, and phenomenon that covers the consumption of alcoholic beverages, men's social relations, practices and disciplines. Considering masculinity as performance, the thesis will seek to reveal how it constructs bar space, and how bar space establishes masculinity. The aim of work is to reveal how bar space constructs masculinity, and how masculinity constructs bar space through the consumption of alcohol, social and body practices. The thesis consists of three parts – theoretical, methodological, and the investigation is carried out. In the theoretical part the exploration of the work is discussed, and types of masculinity are enumerated. Moreover, the relation between masculinity and Michel Foucault's discourse, and biopower interpretations, and Judith Butler's distinguished performance is also discussed. The expression of masculinity in the framework of post-Soviet space is presented. The methodological part of the thesis presents the study field, and the place of the researcher in the study field. The encountered problems during the research are also distinguished. The third part of the work presents men's experiences, observations related with bar life, political and economic realities, masculinity, experiences, memories, and thoughts about the future. Following Foucault's conception of power, the research seeks to reveal how the disciplines presented in bar space constructs masculinity performances.
