These last years, Algeria began an ambitious national plan on housing construction of all types. For example, 1,6 million homes are registered for realization under the five-year period 2015-2019. However and due to lack of skilled labor, companies in charge to build these homes used a workforce from abroad: China, Japan, Spain, Egypt, etc. In front of this situation, it was noticed that the sector of building and public works currently represents about a third of occupational accidents and professional diseases at national scale. However, no indication is provided on the question of emergence of psychosocial risks due to the organization of work. This is why a study was initiated in this direction, of whom the realization of a doctoral thesis in France. This thesis thus consists in acquiring theories on psychosocial risks and those of organizations. To do this, it was necessary in particular to put the accent on history of these risks in Europe and especially in France, the agenda setting on the emergence of psychosocial risks, particularly via the case of suicides and suicide attempts at France Télécom. In this wake and dig on this question, we put two hypotheses of worsening of psychosocial risks. Firstly, psychosocial risks aggravate by imbalance between regulation of control (managerial) too high, and autonomous regulation (by workers who organize their activity of the way which seems the best indicated) in reference to the theory of J.D. Reynaud. In the second place, psychosocial risks aggravate by deficit of organizational democracy of participative form, which joins and completes the first hypothesis. That being said, we indicate that the chapter that we devoted to epistemology (six schemes of intelligibility of J.M. Berthelot, which were taken, amended and operationalized by Pascale De Rozario within the framework of the study of the phenomenon of suicide) allowed us to make the inventory of theories dedicated to psychosocial risks and to evaluate them taking into consideration model which they carry on the relation between organization and individual.It should also be noted that we opted for a constructivist approach, object of the last chapter of the thesis. While starting initially with a top-down approach; we took our review of theoretical literature (J.D. Reynaud, Marie-Hélène Bacqué, Yves Sintomer and others authors) and we confronted it with a practical and managerial review of 4 observatories (observatories analyzed with regard to the contents on diffused psychosocial risks and in the manners of which they diffuse, interpret, clarify the reports between psychosocial risks, organization and managerial regulation of the activity) and then we followed a bottom-up approach. And It's at this moment there that we made constructivism. This last chapter represents our theoretical, methodological and operational proposal once return in Algeria to initiate a national public policy of sensitizing, management and prevention of psychosocial risks, in particular with through the implementation of an observatory of psychosocial risks adapted to the sector of building and public works. ; Ces dernières années, l'Algérie a amorcé un plan national ambitieux en matière de construction de logements tous types confondus. À titre d'exemple, 1,6 millions de logements sont inscrits pour réalisation dans le programme quinquennal 2015-2019. Néanmoins, et en raison du manque de main d'œuvre qualifiée, les entreprises chargées de construire ces logements ont fait appel à une main d'œuvre venue de l'étranger : la Chine, le Japon, l'Espagne, l'Égypte, etc. Devant cette situation, il a été constaté que le secteur du BTP algérien représente actuellement environ le tiers des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles à l'échelle nationale. Cependant, aucune indication n'est fournie sur la question de l'émergence des risques psychosociaux dus à l'organisation du travail de cette filière globalisée avec importation de mains d'œuvre. C'est la raison pour laquelle une réflexion a été initiée en ce sens, dont la réalisation d'une thèse de doctorat en France sur ces questions. Cette thèse consiste donc à acquérir les théories sur les risques psychosociaux et celles des organisations. Pour ce faire, j'ai volontairement mis l'accent sur l'historique de ces risques en Europe et surtout en France, sur la mise en agenda de l'émergence des RPS, particulièrement via l'affaire des suicides et tentatives de suicide chez France Télécom fortement médiatisée et relayée syndicalement. Pour creuser sur cette question, nous avons posé deux hypothèses d'aggravation des RPS. En premier lieu, les RPS s'aggraveraient par déséquilibre entre régulation de contrôle (managériale) trop élevée, et régulation autonome (par les employés qui organisent leur activité de la façon qui semble la mieux indiquée) en référence à la théorie de J.D. Reynaud. En deuxième lieu, les RPS s'aggraveraient par déficit de démocratie organisationnelle de forme participative, ce qui complète la première hypothèse. Cela étant dit, nous soulignons que le chapitre que nous avons consacré à l'épistémologie (les six schèmes d'intelligibilité de J.M. Berthelot qui ont été repris, amendés et opérationnalisés par Pascale De Rozario dans le cadre de l'étude du phénomène du suicide) nous a permis de faire l'inventaire des théories dédiées aux RPS et de les évaluer au regard du modèle implicite (non dit) qu'elles portent sur les relations entre organisation et individu. Il faut également souligner que nous avons opté pour une approche constructiviste, objet du dernier chapitre de la thèse. En commençant d'abord par une approche « top-down » ; nous avons utilisée notre revue de littérature théorique (J.D. Reynaud, Marie-Hélène Bacqué, Yves Sintomer et autres auteurs) pour la confronter à une revue pratique et managériale de 4 observatoires (observatoires analysés au regard des contenus sur les RPS diffusés et des manières dont ils diffusent, interprètent, explicitent les rapports entre RPS, organisation et régulation managériale de l'activité) et puis nous avons suivi une approche « bottom-up ». Et c'est à ce moment-là que nous avons fait du constructivisme. Ce dernier chapitre représente notre proposition théorique, méthodologique et opérationnelle une fois de retour en Algérie pour amorcer une politique publique nationale de sensibilisation, de gestion et de prévention des RPS, notamment au travers la mise en œuvre d'un observatoire des RPS adapté au secteur du BTP.
The project aimed at contributing to understand the ecological and genetic mechanisms underlying the possibilities of establishment of exotic insects in the genus Megastigmus (Hymenoptera: Torymidae), specialized in the exploitation of forest seeds, and at defining suitable methods of monitoring and management of the invasive insect populations. For that, we intended to compare two distinct models host seed/ Megastigmus, crossing different first date of invasion and taxonomic structure of the forests: (i) true firs (Abies)/Megastigmus where the resource, indigenous, is exploited by a native species, M. suspectus, in competition with at least 5 invasive species of North American origin, and (ii) true cedars (Cedrus)/Megastigmus where the resource, itself exotic, is exploited by 2 invasive species without native candidates. In a large seed sampling, involving 169 Abies stands in France and 55 in other European countries (Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Tchéquie) and from the Middle East (Lebanon, Turkey), 90% of the seed lots presented chalcid damage, with a rate of attack higher than 50% in ca. 1/3 of them. On the whole, 5 invasive species coming from North America were observed (M. rafni, M. pinus, M. milleri, M. specularis, and M. lasiocarpae) beside the native species M. suspectus. At present, exotic chalcids largely predominate in Western Europe, displacing the native seed chalcids. M. rafni appears to be the most important species especially in natural fir stands with a much larger range than in the 1990s. In a similar way on Cedar, the exotic species M. schimitscheki, largely expanded since its introduction in the early 1990s and it supplants from now the other species introduced since a longer date (years 1950), M. pinsapinis, who was the only species observed in the years 1980. Several biological features likely to be implied in the apparent competitive superiority of both M. rafni and M. schimitscheki were examined in comparison to these of native species and dominated exotic species: length of female ovipositor, capability of developing in unpollenated seeds, parthenogenesis, phenology of adult emergence, prolonged diapause. These elements appear relatively contradictory between them to explain the statute dominating of M. rafni, at least. For instance the species has the longest ovipositor, allowing it to oviposit in all cone species independently of cone size, and is capable of developing until adult in unpollenated seeds. However, it is the latest species to emerge and it is not a thelytokous species conversely to the native M. suspectus. Bag tests were carried out using simultaneously or not the different species to look for resource sharing but the results will be available only during summer 2006 following adult emergence. On cedar, the same bagging experiments showed a division of the niche between M. schimitscheki and M. pinsapinis. Both prefer the apical part of the cone in non-competition situation but when the two species are placed in the same bag, their attacks added on the apical part rather than distribute on the cone. When insects from North America were compared with these of Europe using mtDNA sequencing (cyt b), it appeared with no doubt that the individuals present in Europe belong well to North-American species, in particular M. milleri who was regarded as absent from Europe until the end of 1990s. This study in addition showed that the species M. pinus, presents in many European sites, has two haplotypes very different, suggesting two cryptic species. A phylogeographic study of M. rafni using both mitochondrial and nuclear markers EF-1alpha elongation gene, ITS2) showed the existence of two distinct clades separated by strong genetic distances (3.5%), suggesting different routes of invasion. A set of 6 microsatellite markers was used to analyse the genetic structure of the populations of M. rafni in the areas of origin and invasion. The results suggested an absence of structure according to the fir host species, but a clear differentiation of the Danish populations, which have a very low variability, suggesting a probable bootleneck. On Cedrus, 5 loci microsatelittes were used to study the genetic structuring of the populations of Megastigmus schimitscheki. Populations of the native zone (Cyprus, Turkey) were highly polymorphic and spatially structured, and largely differentiated from those of the introduction zone of southeastern France, fewly polymorphic. We suggested a strong bottleneck connected to a recent and limited introduction, even limited to only one origin. Only two of these populations show a stronger differentiation however, and are both located on the current face of expansion in direction of the Alps of the South. The invasive history of the exotic species on Cedar and fir trees thus appears largely different. The additional impact of the invasive exotic species on the potential of natural regeneration of the European fir plantations is quantitatively consequent. Whereas in the years 1980, seed damage by M. suspectus very seldom exceeded 15%, percentages of attack higher than 50% are not rare any more (17.6% of the cases) due to the addition of the exotic species. On the other hand, the qualitative impact on the genetic pool of the fir plantations seemed much more limited. In particular, self-fertilized fir trees were equally infested as cross-fertilized trees. On a more general level, the taxonomic closeness of the native trees with respect to original host of the exotic insect seemed to constitute a relevant criterion to estimate the probability of establishment of exotic insects associated to forest trees. We also developed simple and cheap methods for monitoring insect infestation in seed lots at importation, based on differential flotation in solvents related to seed density. A booklet will be published gathering these data. We expect it could help in defining regulations at importation of forest seeds whereas such regulations do not exit in th European Union yet, and thus favour invasion of exotic seed insects
After having accompanied the industrial revolution in the 19th century, rail transport difficultly adapt to the challenges launched by the road since a hundred years. Nowadays, European rail transport suffers from competition from the road, both for travellers and cargo. Since the beginning of the 20th century, the role of the railways in the goods and passengers transport has been declining. In the countries of the European Union, it now does ensure only 6% of passenger transport and 16% of goods transport. The European rail transport renewal is also marked by the development of the high-speed train. Total passenger "high speed" traffic is 15 billion passenger-km in 1990 against 111 billion passenger-km in 2014, that is an overall growth of 740%. The share of total passenger "high speed" traffic has increased from 4% in 1990 to 25% in 2014.The obvious observation is that, since the beginning of the 1990s, the railways have lost market share and therefore required growing subsidies.The need to improve this situation led to imagine a wide range of possibilities for action by national and European public authorities. Since the beginning of the 1990s, the European Commission is engaged in a vast reform aiming at the construction of an integrated railway area.In a context of European rail slump, we want to appreciate the performance of the railways in order to identify the main factors that will avoid the decline. We start from the idea that railways must be efficient in terms of production and commercialization of services.Each of the four chapters of this thesis uses various methods to contribute to the growing field of the rail transport.The first chapter uses the partial measures of productivity indicators to evaluate the performance of a panel of four European railway companies, the DB in Germany, SNCF in France, the RENFE in Spain and FS in Italy, observed between 1990 and 2012. Our aim here is twofold, to take stock of the current situation and reveal the path of major European rail companies on a period starting a little before the railway reforms initiated by the European Commission. These indicators help us to evaluate four areas of performance: productive performance, business performance, economic performance and financial performance. It is for us the opportunity to evaluate the efficiency of the directive 91-440 of 29 July 1991 relating to the development of Community railways, directive that recommends to promote the independence of management of railway companies, as well as their financial clean-up, especially their deleveraging. The second chapter shows the theoretical framework of technical efficiency, by a review of the theoretical foundations and by presenting the methodology of the borders. To complete this analysis, we propose a review of non-exhaustive literature of empirical studies on the evaluation of the performance of the railways. The third chapter suggests empirical contributions to the measurement of the performance of the railways. It is for us the opportunity to evaluate, compare and explain the differences in performance of some countries of the European union. Four performance indicators have caught our attention: productive efficiency, trade efficiency, technical efficiency and the variation of the total factor productivity. To this end, we simultaneously estimated three parametric and stochastic borders, namely, a production-oriented input border, a border of consumption and a border of technical efficiency-oriented input. ; Après avoir accompagné la révolution industrielle au XIXe siècle, le transport ferroviaire ne parvient que difficilement à s'adapter aux défis que lui a lancés la route depuis une centaine d'années. Depuis le début du XXe siècle, le rôle des chemins de fer dans le transport des marchandises et de voyageurs n'a cessé de décliner. Dans les pays de l'Union Européenne, il n'assure plus désormais que 6 % du transport de voyageurs et 16 % du transport de marchandises. Le renouveau du transport ferroviaire européen est aussi marqué par le développement du train à grande vitesse. Le trafic total de voyageurs « grande vitesse » est de 15 milliards de voyageurs-km en 1990 contre 111 milliards de voyageurs-km en 2014 soit une croissance globale de 740 %. La Part du trafic total de voyageurs « grande vitesse » a progressé, elle est passée de 4 % en 1990 contre 25 % en 2014. Le constat évident est que, depuis le début des années 1990, les chemins de fer ont perdu des parts de marché et ont donc exigé des subventions croissantes. La nécessité d'améliorer cette situation a conduit à imaginer un large éventail de possibilités d'action de la part des pouvoirs publics nationaux et européens. Depuis le début des années 90, la Commission Européenne s'est engagée dans un vaste chantier dont la finalité est la construction d'un espace ferroviaire intégré. Dans un contexte de marasme ferroviaire européen, nous voulons apprécier les performances des chemins de fer afin d'identifier les principaux facteurs qui permettront d'éviter le déclin. Nous partons de l'idée que les chemins de fer se doivent d'être performants sur le plan de la production et de la commercialisation des biens et services. Chacun des quatre chapitres de cette thèse utilise diverses méthodes pour contribuer au champ croissant de l'économie du transport ferroviaire. Le premier chapitre utilise les mesures partielles des indicateurs de productivité pour évaluer la performance d'un panel de quatre compagnies ferroviaires européennes, la DB en Allemagne, la SNCF en France, la RENFE en Espagne et les FS en Italie, observées entre 1990 et 2012. Notre objectif ici est double, dresser un bilan de la situation actuelle et révéler la trajectoire des entreprises ferroviaires européennes majeures sur une période débutant un peu avant les réformes ferroviaires initiées par la Commission européenne. Les indicateurs retenus nous ont permis d'évaluer quatre domaines de performance : la performance productive, la performance commerciale, la performance économique et la performance financière. Il est question pour nous d'évaluer l'efficacité de la directive 91-440 du 29 juillet 1991 relative au développement de chemins de fer communautaires, directive qui recommande de promouvoir l'indépendance de gestion des entreprises ferroviaires, ainsi que leur assainissement financier, en particulier leur désendettement. Le deuxième chapitre aborde le cadre théorique de l'efficacité technique, en passant en une revue les fondements théoriques et en présentant la méthodologie des frontières. Pour compléter cette analyse, nous proposons une revue de littérature non exhaustive des études empiriques portant sur l'évaluation des performances des chemins de fer. Le troisième chapitre propose des contributions empiriques à la mesure des performances des chemins de fer. Il est question pour nous d'évaluer, de comparer et d'expliquer les écarts de performances de certains pays de l'union européenne. Quatre indicateurs de performance ont retenu notre attention : l'efficacité productive, l'efficacité commerciale, l'efficacité technique et la variation de la productivité totale des facteurs. Pour ce faire nous avons simultanément estimé trois frontières paramétriques et stochastiques, à savoir, une frontière de production orientée input, une frontière de consommation et une frontière d'efficacité technique orientée input.
This study focuses on sustainable development potential in the health tourism industry in Libya. It attempts to explain the difference between medical tourism and health tourism, for which the country's natural and human resources are a veritable wealth. Our research begins with the realisation that health tourism in Libya may contribute to the economic development of the country and participate in long-term sustainable development inasmuch as it has fewer negative effects on the environment and the population. Indeed, for the last 54 years the Libyan economy has been dependent on oil. For this reason and others, we believe that sustainable development in the health tourism field is one of the important alternatives available to diversify financial resources in the short and medium terms and for a progressive long-term replacement of petroleum resources as a source of it come for the country. The challenge in our research is found in three axes: ecological, economic and social. Our objective is to identify the country's natural and human resources so as to sustainably develop health tourism in such a way that it is not only economically profitable, but that its ecological impact remains within tolerable limits. Development must take place with reciprocal respect between the tourist and the host society and not in contradiction with Libyan society. Our research is also aimed at lifting the veil from the obstacles which confront tourism in Libya today and to draw the attention of Libyan authorities to the country's touristic resources and to the means necessary to exploit them. Finally, we hope to enrich the French language bibliographic corpus on this subject as few geographical studies are available in French pertaining to Libya in general, and pertaining to health tourism in Libya in particular. To examine this area of problems, we ask six questions : - Does Libya dispose of sufficient touristic resources? - Does the country have sufficient resources for health tourism? - What indicates that Europeans are looking for treatment via natural methods? - What do they hope to find in Libya? - To what extent would visitors from the European Union accept the conditions imposed by Libyan society? - Is the Libyan state sufficiently credible in its quest to develop tourism? The objective of our study is to identify the components of tourism and of health tourism in Libya. In order to meet this challenge, we propose a methodology that includes two approaches, deductive and inductive. The first allowed us to establish relationships between different variables and to use them in the study of certain observations. With the second approach, we generalised our findings and applied them to the five countries of our research sampling: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, an approach that could be applied to the rest of the European Union. Now, at the end of this investigation, the preliminary results obtained so far are being finalised and appear to be satisfactory with respect to the initial area of study. Indeed, our research could be the first of its kind in Libya. The existence of a touristic potential based on natural resources and the importance of sustainable development in Libya constitute the primary elements of this research. The seriousness of Libya in its development of tourism is yet another parameter that could be just as promising. ; Notre étude porte sur le potentiel de développement durable du tourisme de santé en Libye. Elle tente d'expliquer la différence entre le tourisme médical et le tourisme de santé dont les ressources naturelles et humaines sont une véritable richesse. Notre problématique de recherche part du constat qu'en Libye, le tourisme de santé pourrait contribuer au développement économique du pays et participer pleinement à une perspective de développement durable, du fait qu'il comporte moins d'effets négatifs sur l'environnement et la population. En effet, depuis 54 ans, l'économie libyenne dépend du pétrole. C'est pour cette raison que nous pensons que le développement durable du tourisme de santé est l'une des alternatives les plus importantes qui permettrait de diversifier les ressources financières à court et moyen terme en enrichissant progressivement l'économie du pays à long terme. Les enjeux de notre recherche s'articulent, donc, autour de trois aspects : écologique, économique et social. Notre objectif consiste à découvrir les ressources naturelles et humaines du pays pour envisager la possibilité de développer durablement le tourisme de santé de façon à ce qu'il ne soit pas uniquement rentable économiquement, mais que les conséquences écologiques ne dépassent pas le seuil tolérable. Sans être en contradiction avec les aspects sociaux, il devrait fonder le développement sur le respect réciproque entre le touriste et la société hôte ; dévoiler les obstacles qu'affronte le tourisme en Libye ; attirer l'attention des responsables libyens sur les ressources touristiques et les moyens de les exploiter ; enrichir la bibliographie francophone qui manque d'études géographiques sur la Libye, en général, et dans le domaine du tourisme de santé en Libye en particulier. Afin de répondre à la problématique de notre ce travail, nous posons six questions : la Libye dispose-t-elle de potentialités touristiques ? Quelles sont ses potentialités en tourisme de santé ? Les Européens ont-ils besoin de se soigner par des méthodes naturelles ? Qu'espèrent-ils trouver en Libye ? Jusqu'à quel point accepteraient-ils les conditions imposées par la société libyenne ? L'État libyen est-il crédible dans sa volonté de mise en oeuvre de développer le tourisme ? L'objectif de cette étude consiste à découvrir les éléments du tourisme et du tourisme de santé en Libye. Afin de confirmer cela, la méthodologie suivie part de deux types de démarche : déductive puis inductive. La première démarche nous a permis d'opérer des relations entre différentes variables puis de les appliquer à l'étude d'un certain nombre d'observations. Grâce à la deuxième démarche, nous avons pu généraliser les résultats obtenus sur les cinq pays de notre échantillon de recherche que sont la France, l'Allemagne, l'Italie, l'Espagne, et le Royaume-Uni, démarche qu'il est possible de généraliser sur le reste des habitants de l'Union Européenne. Pour prendre connaissance du problème et tenter de déterminer la possibilité de réussite et de continuité du tourisme de santé, nous avons mené une large enquête à travers le territoire libyen. D'abord, les questionnaires (support de l'entretien, interviews et échantillons) distribués ont touché les habitants des trois provinces importantes de la Libye : Cyrénaïque, Tripoli et Fezzan. Ainsi, près de 10.000 Km ont été parcourus pour rencontrer un maximum d'informateurs. Ensuite, nous avons réalisé des entretiens avec certains responsables du secteur. Enfin, des analyses chimiques ont été effectuées sur les eaux des lacs des régions citées. À l'issue de cette recherche, les résultats préliminaires obtenus jusque là et qui sont en cours de finalisation peuvent être très satisfaisants eu égard à la problématique posée au départ.

Notre objectif consiste à découvrir les ressources naturelles et humaines du pays pour envisager la possibilité de développer durablement le tourisme de santé de façon à ce qu'il ne soit pas uniquement rentable économiquement, mais que les conséquences écologiques ne dépassent pas le seuil tolérable. Sans être en contradiction avec les aspects sociaux, il devrait fonder le développement sur le respect réciproque entre le touriste et la société hôte ; dévoiler les obstacles qu'affronte le tourisme en Libye ; attirer l'attention des responsables libyens sur les ressources touristiques et les moyens de les exploiter ; enrichir la bibliographie francophone qui manque d'études géographiques sur la Libye, en général, et dans le domaine du tourisme de santé en Libye en particulier. Afin de répondre à la problématique de notre ce travail, nous posons six questions : la Libye dispose-t-elle de potentialités touristiques ? Quelles sont ses potentialités en tourisme de santé ? Les Européens ont-ils besoin de se soigner par des méthodes naturelles ? Qu'espèrent-ils trouver en Libye ? Jusqu'à quel point accepteraient-ils les conditions imposées par la société libyenne ? L'État libyen est-il crédible dans sa volonté de mise en oeuvre de développer le tourisme ? L'objectif de cette étude consiste à découvrir les éléments du tourisme et du tourisme de santé en Libye. Afin de confirmer cela, la méthodologie suivie part de deux types de démarche : déductive puis inductive. La première démarche nous a permis d'opérer des relations entre différentes variables puis de les appliquer à l'étude d'un certain nombre d'observations. Grâce à la deuxième démarche, nous avons pu généraliser les résultats obtenus sur les cinq pays de notre échantillon de recherche que sont la France, l'Allemagne, l'Italie, l'Espagne, et le Royaume-Uni, démarche qu'il est possible de généraliser sur le reste des habitants de l'Union Européenne. Pour prendre connaissance du problème et tenter de déterminer la possibilité de réussite et de continuité du tourisme de santé, nous avons mené une large enquête à travers le territoire libyen. D'abord, les questionnaires (support de l'entretien, interviews et échantillons) distribués ont touché les habitants des trois provinces importantes de la Libye : Cyrénaïque, Tripoli et Fezzan. Ainsi, près de 10.000 Km ont été parcourus pour rencontrer un maximum d'informateurs. Ensuite, nous avons réalisé des entretiens avec certains responsables du secteur. Enfin, des analyses chimiques ont été effectuées sur les eaux des lacs des régions citées. À l'issue de cette recherche, les résultats préliminaires obtenus jusque là et qui sont en cours de finalisation peuvent être très satisfaisants eu égard à la problématique posée au départ.
After having accompanied the industrial revolution in the 19th century, rail transport difficultly adapt to the challenges launched by the road since a hundred years. Nowadays, European rail transport suffers from competition from the road, both for travellers and cargo. Since the beginning of the 20th century, the role of the railways in the goods and passengers transport has been declining. In the countries of the European Union, it now does ensure only 6% of passenger transport and 16% of goods transport. The European rail transport renewal is also marked by the development of the high-speed train. Total passenger "high speed" traffic is 15 billion passenger-km in 1990 against 111 billion passenger-km in 2014, that is an overall growth of 740%. The share of total passenger "high speed" traffic has increased from 4% in 1990 to 25% in 2014.The obvious observation is that, since the beginning of the 1990s, the railways have lost market share and therefore required growing subsidies.The need to improve this situation led to imagine a wide range of possibilities for action by national and European public authorities. Since the beginning of the 1990s, the European Commission is engaged in a vast reform aiming at the construction of an integrated railway area.In a context of European rail slump, we want to appreciate the performance of the railways in order to identify the main factors that will avoid the decline. We start from the idea that railways must be efficient in terms of production and commercialization of services.Each of the four chapters of this thesis uses various methods to contribute to the growing field of the rail transport.The first chapter uses the partial measures of productivity indicators to evaluate the performance of a panel of four European railway companies, the DB in Germany, SNCF in France, the RENFE in Spain and FS in Italy, observed between 1990 and 2012. Our aim here is twofold, to take stock of the current situation and reveal the path of major European rail companies on a period starting a little before the railway reforms initiated by the European Commission. These indicators help us to evaluate four areas of performance: productive performance, business performance, economic performance and financial performance. It is for us the opportunity to evaluate the efficiency of the directive 91-440 of 29 July 1991 relating to the development of Community railways, directive that recommends to promote the independence of management of railway companies, as well as their financial clean-up, especially their deleveraging. The second chapter shows the theoretical framework of technical efficiency, by a review of the theoretical foundations and by presenting the methodology of the borders. To complete this analysis, we propose a review of non-exhaustive literature of empirical studies on the evaluation of the performance of the railways. The third chapter suggests empirical contributions to the measurement of the performance of the railways. It is for us the opportunity to evaluate, compare and explain the differences in performance of some countries of the European union. Four performance indicators have caught our attention: productive efficiency, trade efficiency, technical efficiency and the variation of the total factor productivity. To this end, we simultaneously estimated three parametric and stochastic borders, namely, a production-oriented input border, a border of consumption and a border of technical efficiency-oriented input. ; Après avoir accompagné la révolution industrielle au XIXe siècle, le transport ferroviaire ne parvient que difficilement à s'adapter aux défis que lui a lancés la route depuis une centaine d'années. Depuis le début du XXe siècle, le rôle des chemins de fer dans le transport des marchandises et de voyageurs n'a cessé de décliner. Dans les pays de l'Union Européenne, il n'assure plus désormais que 6 % du transport de voyageurs et 16 % du transport de marchandises. Le renouveau du transport ferroviaire européen est aussi marqué par le développement du train à grande vitesse. Le trafic total de voyageurs « grande vitesse » est de 15 milliards de voyageurs-km en 1990 contre 111 milliards de voyageurs-km en 2014 soit une croissance globale de 740 %. La Part du trafic total de voyageurs « grande vitesse » a progressé, elle est passée de 4 % en 1990 contre 25 % en 2014. Le constat évident est que, depuis le début des années 1990, les chemins de fer ont perdu des parts de marché et ont donc exigé des subventions croissantes. La nécessité d'améliorer cette situation a conduit à imaginer un large éventail de possibilités d'action de la part des pouvoirs publics nationaux et européens. Depuis le début des années 90, la Commission Européenne s'est engagée dans un vaste chantier dont la finalité est la construction d'un espace ferroviaire intégré. Dans un contexte de marasme ferroviaire européen, nous voulons apprécier les performances des chemins de fer afin d'identifier les principaux facteurs qui permettront d'éviter le déclin. Nous partons de l'idée que les chemins de fer se doivent d'être performants sur le plan de la production et de la commercialisation des biens et services. Chacun des quatre chapitres de cette thèse utilise diverses méthodes pour contribuer au champ croissant de l'économie du transport ferroviaire. Le premier chapitre utilise les mesures partielles des indicateurs de productivité pour évaluer la performance d'un panel de quatre compagnies ferroviaires européennes, la DB en Allemagne, la SNCF en France, la RENFE en Espagne et les FS en Italie, observées entre 1990 et 2012. Notre objectif ici est double, dresser un bilan de la situation actuelle et révéler la trajectoire des entreprises ferroviaires européennes majeures sur une période débutant un peu avant les réformes ferroviaires initiées par la Commission européenne. Les indicateurs retenus nous ont permis d'évaluer quatre domaines de performance : la performance productive, la performance commerciale, la performance économique et la performance financière. Il est question pour nous d'évaluer l'efficacité de la directive 91-440 du 29 juillet 1991 relative au développement de chemins de fer communautaires, directive qui recommande de promouvoir l'indépendance de gestion des entreprises ferroviaires, ainsi que leur assainissement financier, en particulier leur désendettement. Le deuxième chapitre aborde le cadre théorique de l'efficacité technique, en passant en une revue les fondements théoriques et en présentant la méthodologie des frontières. Pour compléter cette analyse, nous proposons une revue de littérature non exhaustive des études empiriques portant sur l'évaluation des performances des chemins de fer. Le troisième chapitre propose des contributions empiriques à la mesure des performances des chemins de fer. Il est question pour nous d'évaluer, de comparer et d'expliquer les écarts de performances de certains pays de l'union européenne. Quatre indicateurs de performance ont retenu notre attention : l'efficacité productive, l'efficacité commerciale, l'efficacité technique et la variation de la productivité totale des facteurs. Pour ce faire nous avons simultanément estimé trois frontières paramétriques et stochastiques, à savoir, une frontière de production orientée input, une frontière de consommation et une frontière d'efficacité technique orientée input.
Receiving media content on the Web, considered as a global information space, is typified by an inherent paradox. Most of the time, information accessibility is not fully exploited. Confronted with « overinformation », users' digital consultation is limited to restricted circles, even « hyperlocal ». Circles are mostly regulated by algorithm selection and by the use of translation and adaptation of the information to a target reader. This tendency accentuates the reader's ethnocentrism, going for a « national preference » imposed. As mediators, journalists, just like teachers, convey prevailing representations and participate in spreading knowledge in society. This PhD thesis looks into professional digital readers' linguistics uses and representations, aka digital journalists. The qualitative research reinforced by quantitative data focuses on three aspects of mediation: reception, production and intercomprehension. The investigation is contextualized in two complementary territories of Southern Europe: Sassari in Sardegna (Italy) and Barcelona in Catalonia, (Spain). The data analysis helps us identify six different profiles of digital readers according to their reading habits and ways of accessing Web content. This study takes inventory of intercomprehension strategies with a strong informational and educational potential. Reading in several languages encourages the comparison and confrontation of information that is culturally, politically and socially different. Understanding those issues and knowing those strategies enables mediators, teachers or journalists, to develop a plurilingual informational competence towards learners or receptors seen as readers citizens. By becoming a "plurilingual researcher" instead of a "multilingual consumer", digital readers would have all the necessary tools to transform information in knowledge. ; La recepción de contenidos mediáticos en la Web, vista esta como espacio de información global, presenta una paradoja: el acceso a la información suele estar infrautilizado. Al enfrentarse a la « sobreinformación », la consulta digital de los usuarios se limita a círculos restringidos, incluso « hiperlocales ». Estos círculos están regulados en parte por la selección algorítmica, el uso de la traducción y de la adaptación de la información a un « lector modelo ». Esta tendencia refuerza el etnocentrismo del lector orientado hacia imponer una « preferencia nacional ». Los periodistas y los docentes como profesionales de la mediación transmiten las representaciones dominantes y contribuyen a la difusión del conocimiento en la sociedad. Esta tesis se concibe para entender mejor los usos y representaciones lingüísticas de lectores digitales profesionales,en este caso los periodistas digitales. Esta investigación cualitativa apoyada de datos cuantitativos considera la mediación a través de tres de sus aspectos: la recepción, la producción y la intercomprensión. La investigación se ha desarrollado en dos territorios complementarios en el sur de Europa: Sassari, en Cerdeña (Italia) y Barcelona, en Cataluña (España). El análisis de los datos nos ha permitido elaborar seis perfiles de lectores digitales en función de sus costumbres de lectura y de sus vías de acceso a los contenidos digitales. El trabajo identifica una amplia gama de estrategias de intercomprensión con un fuerte potencial informacional y pedagógico. Leer en varios idiomas fomenta la comparación y la confrontación de informaciones culturalmente, políticamente y socialmente distintas. Entender estos retos y conocer estas estrategias permite al mediator, docente o periodista, fomentar el desarrollo de una competencia informacional plurilingüe para los estudiantes o receptores considerados sobre todo como lectores ciudadanos. Al volverse « investigador plurilingüe » en vez de « consumidor multilingüe », el lector digital tendrá las herramientas para transformar la información recibida en conocimiento. ; La réception de contenus médiatiques sur le Web, entendu comme un espace d'information global, présente un paradoxe. L'accessibilité à l'information y reste souvent sous-exploitée. Face à la surinformation, la consultation numérique des usagers se limite à des cercles restreints, voire « hyperlocaux ». Ces cercles sont régulés en partie par la sélection algorithmique, l'usage de la traduction et de l'adaptation des contenus à un lecteur cible. Cette tendance renforce l'ethnocentrisme du lecteur orienté vers une « préférence nationale » imposée. En tant que professionnels de la médiation, les journalistes comme les enseignants véhiculent des représentations dominantes et participent à la diffusion de connaissances dans la société. Cette thèse s'attache à mieux comprendre les usages et représentations linguistiques de lecteurs numériquesprofessionnels, en l'occurrence des journalistes web. Cette étude qualitative, confortée par des données quantitatives, retient trois aspects de la médiation : la réception, la production et l'intercompréhension. L'enquête s'est déroulée sur deux terrains complémentaires situés au sud de l'Europe : Sassari en Sardaigne (Italie) et Barcelone en Catalogne (Espagne). L'analyse des données a permis d'établir six profils de lecteurs numériques en fonction de leurs habitudes de lecture et moyens d'accès aux contenus en ligne. Ce travail recense un large éventail de stratégies d'intercompréhension avec un fort potentiel informationnel et pédagogique. Lire en plusieurs langues favorise en effet la comparaison et la confrontation d'informations culturellement, politiquement et socialement diverses. Comprendre ces enjeux et connaître ces stratégies permet aux professionnels de la médiation, enseignants ou journalistes, d'encourager le développement d'une compétence informationnelle plurilingue chez des apprenants ou récepteurs considérés avant tout comme des lecteurs citoyens. En devenant « chercheur plurilingue » plutôt que « consommateur multilingue », le lecteur numérique aurait les outils pour transformer l'information en connaissance. ; La ricezione di contenuti mediatici in internet, visto come spazio di informazione globale, presenta un paradosso: l'accesso all'informazione suole essere sottoutilizzato. Incontrandosi con la "sovreinformazione", la consultazione digitale degli utenti si limita a circoli ristretti, addirittura "iperlocali". Questi circoli sono regolati in parte dalla selezione algoritmica, l'uso della traduzione e la adattamento dell'informazione a un "lettore modello". Questa tendenza rafforza l'etnocentrismo del lettore orientato verso l'imposizione di una "preferenza nazionale". I giornalisti e i docenti come professionisti della mediazione trasmettono rappresentazioni dominanti e contribuiscono alla diffusione della conoscenza nella società. Questa tesi è concepita per capire meglio gli usi e le rappresentazioni linguistiche di lettori digitali professionali, in questo caso i giornalisti digitali. Questa ricerca qualitativa sostenuta da dati quantitativi considera la mediazione attraverso tre dei suoi aspetti: la ricezione, la produzione e la intercomprensione. La ricerca si è sviluppata in due territori complementari nel sud europeo: Sassari, in Sardegna (Italia) e Barcellona, in Catalogna (Spagna). L'analisi dei dati ci ha permesso di elaborare sei profili di lettori digitali in funzione delle loro abitudini di lettura e dei loro canali di accesso ai contenuti digitali. Il lavoro individua un'amplia gamma di strategie di intercomprensione con un forte potenziale informativo e pedagogico. Leggere in diverse lingue promuove il paragone e il confronto di informazioni culturalmente, politicamente e socialmente distinte. Comprendere queste sfide e conoscere queste strategie permette al mediatore, docente o giornalista, di favorire lo sviluppo di una competenza informativa plurilingue per gli studenti o recettori considerati in primo luogo come lettori cittadini. Trasformandosi in "ricercatore plurilingue" invece che in "consumatore multilingue", il lettore digitale possiederà gli strumenti per trasformare l'informazione ricevuta in conoscenza.
Over the last twenty years, most European cities have had to face a new and unforeseen phenomenon, a reduction in the consumption levels of urban technical networks (and in particular water systems). The reasons for this phenomenon are numerous, from technical improvements of domestic appliances and deindustrialisation to changes in behaviours of users and the development of policies promoting sobriety and moderation in the use of natural resources. This is however a symptom of a larger process rather than a process per se. Indeed, declining consumption levels reveal the slow decay of the traditional model of management of urban networks, which has long relied on increasing demand associated with perpetual extension of the network. The erosion of this model is forcing network operators to confront a new form of vulnerability, which I term infrastructural vulnerability, the effects of which touch all components of a network, from users to pipes through operators and regulators. The thesis argues that this changing consumption regime is no single interlude, but rather constitutes the emergence of a new mode of network management. As such, it can be interpreted as an infrastructural bifurcation, i.e. a radical and durable transformation of network management as a means of adaptation to this regime of shrinking demand. To deal with this challenge, urban technical network operators have had to adapt and decided to transform both their business model and their territorial base. In order to grasp the rationales of these changes, I opted for a methodology involving being embedded for several months within two local firms facing this issue of diminished consumption with differing levels of intensity. The first is a multi-utility in the eastern part of Germany (Städtische Werke of Magdeburg), while the second is a water and sanitation operator in the south of Spain (EMASESA in Sevilla).My approach combines contributions from Science and Technology Studies (STS), urban political ecology and work on urban shrinkage to reveal that an emerging model of network management is yet to be fully stabilised, but that common adaptation strategies can be observed in both the cases. These strategies are not limited to technical adjustments or tariff increases to compensate the losses due to non-consumed volumes. The transformation in management model relies not only on major technical changes (such as downsizing, resizing or recentralisation of the network), but also on organisational shifts and new relations and arrangements between users and operators. Network operators have thus modified their role to become more than only suppliers of fluids. Their new business model has consequently reoriented production of value towards the development of services for users and the downstream part of the sector. This shift has a spatial dimension, as operators are also experiencing a form of rescaling of their management. The search for new economies of scale to preserve the stability of their socio-technical systems pushes them to extend their functional territories. This leads to potential conflicts with the local actors of the absorbed territories, but also to new forms of territorial solidarity and spatial redistribution. Systemic transformation thus sketches out a new geography of urban technical networks which advances work on local infrastructure firms and on network evolution by integrating the neglected configuration of a shrinking demand regime ; Depuis une vingtaine d'années, la plupart des villes européennes font face à un phénomène inédit et imprévu, la diminution de la consommation des différents réseaux techniques urbains, et en particulier des réseaux d'eau. Ce phénomène s'explique par des raisons diverses allant des améliorations techniques de l'électro-ménager à la désindustrialisation en passant par les changements de comportement des usagers ou le développement de politiques visant la sobriété et un usage modéré des ressources naturelles. Il s'agit cependant d'un symptôme plus que d'un processus en soi. Cette baisse de la consommation est en effet le révélateur de l'épuisement progressif du modèle traditionnel de gestion des (grands) réseaux qui a prévalu jusqu'ici et qui a reposé principalement sur une augmentation de la demande et une extension continue du réseau selon la logique du « toujours plus et toujours plus loin ». Cette érosion du modèle traditionnel confronte les opérateurs de grands réseaux à une forme nouvelle de vulnérabilité, que nous appelons la vulnérabilité infrastructurelle, et dont les effets touchent l'ensemble des composantes du réseau, de l'usager au tuyau en passant par l'opérateur. Notre travail pose pour hypothèse forte que ce changement de contexte et de régime de consommation n'est pas une simple parenthèse, mais correspond à l'émergence d'un nouveau mode de gestion du réseau. Il peut être lu comme une bifurcation infrastructurelle, à savoir une transformation radicale et pérenne des modalités de gestion du réseau pour les adapter à ce régime décroissant (de demande).Face à ce défi nouveau, les opérateurs de réseaux techniques urbains ont dû s'adapter, pour faire évoluer leur modèle économique et leur assise territoriale. Afin d'en saisir les ressorts, nous avons opté pour une immersion de plusieurs mois au sein des équipes de deux entreprises locales (publique et semi-publique) confrontées à ces questions de baisse de consommation avec plus ou moins d'intensité, un opérateur multi-services à l'Est de l'Allemagne (les Städtische Werke de Magdeburg) et un opérateur d'eau et d'assainissement dans le Sud de l'Espagne (la EMASESA à Séville).Notre approche, mêlant Science and Technologies Studies, écologie politique urbaine et études sur la décroissance urbaine, nous permet de montrer que le modèle émergent est encore à la recherche de stabilité mais que des lignes de force communes sont observables dans les différents cas étudiés. Les stratégies d'adaptation mises en place par les opérateurs ne reposent pas seulement sur des ajustements techniques ou des augmentations tarifaires visant à compenser les pertes liées aux volumes non consommés. Le changement de modèle de gestion s'articule ainsi non seulement autour de transformations techniques fortes (downsizing, resizing, recentralisation), mais aussi de transformations organisationnelles et de changements importants des rapports entre opérateur et usager. Les opérateurs ont ainsi modifié leur rôle pour devenir davantage que des pourvoyeurs de fluide : leur modèle économique a ainsi accompagné un déplacement des lieux de production de la valeur pour les opérateurs, désormais plus tournés vers les services et l'aval de la filière. Ce changement de modèle économique a également une dimension spatiale puisque l'on observe également une transformation des échelles de gestion des opérateurs. La recherche de nouvelles économies d'échelle donne lieu à une extension des aires géographiques gérées par ces opérateurs locaux et à de potentiels conflits avec les acteurs des territoires progressivement intégrés. Une nouvelle géographie des réseaux techniques urbains semble ainsi émerger, faite de nouvelles formes de redistribution et de nouvelles sources de conflictualités. Ces différentes évolutions permettent de compléter des travaux théoriques sur la firme locale d'infrastructures et les modèles d'évolution des réseaux en y intégrant la dimension d'un régime décroissant de la demande

Les stratégies d'adaptation mises en place par les opérateurs ne reposent pas seulement sur des ajustements techniques ou des augmentations tarifaires visant à compenser les pertes liées aux volumes non consommés. Le changement de modèle de gestion s'articule ainsi non seulement autour de transformations techniques fortes (downsizing, resizing, recentralisation), mais aussi de transformations organisationnelles et de changements importants des rapports entre opérateur et usager. Les opérateurs ont ainsi modifié leur rôle pour devenir davantage que des pourvoyeurs de fluide : leur modèle économique a ainsi accompagné un déplacement des lieux de production de la valeur pour les opérateurs, désormais plus tournés vers les services et l'aval de la filière. Ce changement de modèle économique a également une dimension spatiale puisque l'on observe également une transformation des échelles de gestion des opérateurs. La recherche de nouvelles économies d'échelle donne lieu à une extension des aires géographiques gérées par ces opérateurs locaux et à de potentiels conflits avec les acteurs des territoires progressivement intégrés. Une nouvelle géographie des réseaux techniques urbains semble ainsi émerger, faite de nouvelles formes de redistribution et de nouvelles sources de conflictualités.Ces différentes évolutions permettent de compléter des travaux théoriques sur la firme locale d'infrastructures et les modèles d'évolution des réseaux en y intégrant la dimension d'un régime décroissant de la demande.
Over the last twenty years, most European cities have had to face a new and unforeseen phenomenon, a reduction in the consumption levels of urban technical networks (and in particular water systems). The reasons for this phenomenon are numerous, from technical improvements of domestic appliances and deindustrialisation to changes in behaviours of users and the development of policies promoting sobriety and moderation in the use of natural resources. This is however a symptom of a larger process rather than a process per se. Indeed, declining consumption levels reveal the slow decay of the traditional model of management of urban networks, which has long relied on increasing demand associated with perpetual extension of the network. The erosion of this model is forcing network operators to confront a new form of vulnerability, which I term infrastructural vulnerability, the effects of which touch all components of a network, from users to pipes through operators and regulators. The thesis argues that this changing consumption regime is no single interlude, but rather constitutes the emergence of a new mode of network management. As such, it can be interpreted as an infrastructural bifurcation, i.e. a radical and durable transformation of network management as a means of adaptation to this regime of shrinking demand. To deal with this challenge, urban technical network operators have had to adapt and decided to transform both their business model and their territorial base. In order to grasp the rationales of these changes, I opted for a methodology involving being embedded for several months within two local firms facing this issue of diminished consumption with differing levels of intensity. The first is a multi-utility in the eastern part of Germany (Städtische Werke of Magdeburg), while the second is a water and sanitation operator in the south of Spain (EMASESA in Sevilla).My approach combines contributions from Science and Technology Studies (STS), urban political ecology and work on urban shrinkage to reveal that an emerging model of network management is yet to be fully stabilised, but that common adaptation strategies can be observed in both the cases. These strategies are not limited to technical adjustments or tariff increases to compensate the losses due to non-consumed volumes. The transformation in management model relies not only on major technical changes (such as downsizing, resizing or recentralisation of the network), but also on organisational shifts and new relations and arrangements between users and operators. Network operators have thus modified their role to become more than only suppliers of fluids. Their new business model has consequently reoriented production of value towards the development of services for users and the downstream part of the sector. This shift has a spatial dimension, as operators are also experiencing a form of rescaling of their management. The search for new economies of scale to preserve the stability of their socio-technical systems pushes them to extend their functional territories. This leads to potential conflicts with the local actors of the absorbed territories, but also to new forms of territorial solidarity and spatial redistribution. The year 2019 marks a milestone in Brazilian Education, particularly in training experiences in Rural Education, on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Alternating Cycle Education. Created in France and brought to Espírito Santo by a Jesuit priest, it was developed by peasants who considered the different realities of our country, as an educational counter-hegemonic possibility, mixing school training with work experience, sense of belonging to the land and cultural identities. From this perspective, the Association of Family Movements for Rural Education (AIMFR) and the research groups CNPq / UFES Field Cultures, Partnerships and Rural Education, and the International Research on Dual-Alternating Cycle System at Sherbrooke University, Canada, propose to the Brazilian Journal of Rural Education the creation of a file. This is an opportunity to gather, in this important journal, a plurality of discussions and investigative results that emerge from the praxis of teachers and researchers, working with Alternating Cycle Education in Brazil, Canada, Spain, Cameroon, Italy and France. We believe this to be a chance for reflection, problematization and sharing of good experiences, considering the numerous challenges of the current scenario. It is not a contemplative article, but a reflective and problematic one, with a living and dynamic exercise, produced by historically situated subjects, who place themselves in the field of resistance, thus thinking about contexts and rising possibilities. In this sense, the research now shared emerges from the most diverse experiences - from basic to higher education - revealing us the transgressor potential of Alternating Cycle. To recognize this diversity of practices is also to affirm that Alternating Cycle Education, created in Brazilian lands 50 years ago, is today part of the Brazilian Education Heritage and, as such, figures in law and public policies. However, this historical and social journey also poses challenges that arise in the very movement of transformation of society and ways of life, work and production. Facing such challenges and keeping on with the struggle are central flags in the production of new and different meanings for Training by Alternating Cycle, without diverging from its pillars, its mediations and/or educational instruments and, above all, while strengthening its political emancipation, transforming agent of realities and their subjects. For this, we thank the Brazilian Journal of Rural Education for granting us this space which, in turn, translates into an action of visibility of the knowledge's and practices of Alternating Cycle Education. We chose to organize the 26 texts in three big thematic groups: firstly, articles that talk about the history of alternating cycle education and its intertwining with field education; secondly, epistemological principles and analysis of mediations or pedagogical instruments, with texts that specifically discuss alternating cycle education in the training of educators-teachers-monitors in the field; and finally, we bring researches about different experiences in basic school education and others. What national and international researches on Alternating Cycle Education in these last 50 years of history show us, is an invitation to the knowledge produced by subjects who act, reflect and problematize praxis through scientific research. ; L'année 2019 constitue une étape importante dans l'éducation brésilienne, en particulier pour les expériences formatrices de "Educação do Campo", que nous traduisons de façon plus ou moins adéquate par éducation rurale, ainsi que pour la célébration des 50 ans de la Pédagogie de l'Alternance. Née en France et amenée dans l'État de Espírito Santo par un prêtre jésuite, elle a été construite par des paysans à travers les différentes réalités du Brésil comme une possibilité contre-hégémonique d'éducation qui combine la formation scolaire académique avec le monde du travail, ainsi qu'avec l'appartenance à la terre et à ses identités culturelles. Dans cette perspective, l'Association internationale des mouvements familiaux de formation rurale (AIMFR), le groupe de recherche CNPq/UFES Culturas, Parcerias e Educação do Campo ainsi que le Grupo internacional de investigación y de reflexión sobre alternancia (GIIRA), basé à l'Université de Sherbrooke, Canada, assument, avec la Revista Brasileira de Educação do Campo, la réalisation du présent dossier. C'est l'occasion de rassembler, dans le cadre de cet important périodique, une pluralité de discussions et de résultats de recherches qui émergent de la pratique des moniteurs-éducateurs-enseignants et de chercheurs qui travaillent dans et sur la formation par alternance au Brésil, au Canada, en Espagne, au Cameroun, en Italie et en France. Cette opportunité est envisagée comme un cadre de réflexion, de problématisation et de partage de bonnes expériences, compte tenu des innombrables défis du contexte actuel. Dans cette perspective, il ne s'agit pas d'un dossier contemplatif, mais d'un dossier permettant de réfléchir et de problématiser, dans le sens d'une pratique vivante et dynamique, produite par des sujets historiquement situés, qui se placent dans le champ de la résistance et se constituent ainsi en fonction des contextes et des possibilités. Ainsi, les recherches partagées ici émergent des expériences les plus diverses, de l'éducation de base à l'enseignement supérieur, ce qui nous révèle le potentiel transgresseur de l'Alternance. Reconnaître cette diversité de pratiques, c'est aussi affirmer que la Pédagogie par Alternance, née en terre brésilienne il y a 50 ans, constitue aujourd'hui un patrimoine de l'éducation brésilienne et, à ce titre, une figure du droit et des politiques publiques. Cependant, le cheminement historique et social pose aussi des défis qui surgissent dans le mouvement même de transformation de la société et des modes de vie, de travail et de production. Faire face à ces défis et rester dans la lutte sont ici élevés comme des drapeaux clés dans la production de nouveaux et d'autres sens de la Formation par Alternance, sans toutefois s'éloigner de ses piliers, de ses médiations et/ou de ses instruments pédagogiques et, surtout, avec le renforcement de ses biais politiques, émancipateur et transformateur des réalités et de leurs sujets. C'est pourquoi nous exprimons ici nos sincères remerciements à la Revista Brasileira de Educação do Campo pour nous avoir accordé cet espace, qui se traduit à son tour par une action de diffusion des connaissances et des actions de la Pédagogie par Alternance. En vue d'assurer une certaine organisation des textes en fonction des différents sujets traités, nous avons regroupé les vingt-six articles suivant trois apports : d'abord les articles qui traitent de l'histoire de la pédagogie de l'alternance et de son entrelacement avec l'éducation rurale ; les principes épistémologiques et l'analyse de leurs médiations ou instruments pédagogiques. Suivent les textes qui traitent spécifiquement de la pédagogie de l'alternance dans la formation des éducateurs-moniteurs-enseignants sur le terrain et enfin, en plus grand nombre, nous présentons les recherches autour des pratiques dans les différentes expériences d'éducation scolaire de base et au-delà. Par conséquent, ce que la recherche nationale et internationale sur la Pédagogie par Alternance dit en ces 50 ans d'histoire est une invitation à la connaissance produite par des sujets qui agissent, réfléchissent et problématisent la praxis par le biais de la recherche scientifique. ; O ano de 2019 constitui um marco na Educação Brasileira, em especial para as experiências formativas da Educação do Campo, pela celebração dos 50 anos da Pedagogia da Alternância. Nascida na França e trazida para o Espírito Santo por um padre jesuíta, foi construída nas diferentes realidades de nosso país pelos sujeitos camponeses como uma possibilidade contra-hegemônica de educação que amalgama a formação escolar-acadêmica ao mundo do trabalho, ao pertencimento a terra e às suas identidades culturais. Nessa perspectiva, os grupos de pesquisas Culturas, Parcerias e Educação do Campo (CNPq/UFES) e de Investigação Internacional do Sistema Dual-Alternância da Universidade de Sherbrooke/Canadá, assumem junto à Revista Brasileira de Educação do Campo a proposição desse dossiê. Trata-se de uma oportunidade de reunir, no âmbito desse importante periódico, uma pluralidade de discussões e resultados investigativos que emergem da práxis dos monitores-educadores-professores e investigadores que atuam com a Formação por Alternância no Brasil, Canadá, Espanha, Camarões, Itália e França. Compreendemos esta oportunidade como um marco da reflexão, problematização e do compartilhamento das boas experiências, considerando os inúmeros desafios do cenário atual. Não se trata de um dossiê contemplativo, mas reflexivo e problematizador, no sentido de uma práxis viva e dinâmica, produzida por sujeitos historicamente situados, que se colocam no campo da resistência e por assim se constituírem pensam os contextos e acenam possibilidades. Desta forma, as pesquisas aqui compartilhadas emergem das mais diversas experiências, da educação básica ao ensino superior, o que nos revela o potencial transgressor da Alternância. Reconhecer essa diversidade de práticas é também afirmar que a Pedagogia da Alternância, nascida em terras brasileiras há 50 anos, constitui-se hoje em Patrimônio da Educação Brasileira e como tal figura na lei e nas políticas públicas. Contudo, a caminhada por ser histórica e social, também nos coloca desafios que surgem no próprio movimento de transformação da sociedade e dos modos de vida, trabalho e produção. Enfrentar tais desafios e permanecer na luta são aqui erguidos como bandeiras fulcrais na produção dos novos e outros sentidos da Formação por Alternância, sem afastar-se de seus pilares, suas mediações e/ou instrumentos pedagógicos e, sobretudo, com o fortalecimento de seu viés político, emancipador e transformador das realidades e de seus sujeitos. Com vistas a buscar uma organização dos textos por aproximação das discussões, reunimos em sequência os vinte e seis artigos a partir de três abordagens: Inicialmente os artigos que trazem a história da Pedagogia da Alternância e seu entrelaçamento com a Educação do Campo; princípios epistemológicos e análise das suas mediações ou instrumentos pedagógicos. Na sequência, os textos que discutem especificamente a Pedagogia da Alternância na formação de educadores-monitores-professores do campo e, por fim, em maior número, trazemos as investigações acerca da sua práxis nas diferentes experiências da educação básica escolar e para além dessa. Portanto, o que dizem as pesquisas nacionais e internacionais sobre a Pedagogia da Alternância nesses 50 anos de história é um convite ao conhecimento produzido por sujeitos que atuam, refletem e problematizam a práxis por meio da investigação científica.
From the nostalgia of the Promised Land to the nostalgia of the exile land of the Moroccan Israelites The disappearance of the Jews in Morocco, noticed after the fact, gave rise to a great deal of questioning: were the motives behind this phenomenon mystical or Zionist in nature? Or were they the result of persecution? In the Morocco of the 1980's, the mellah showed the only remnants of the civilization, the testament of a bygone existence. Both recent and distant past in the memories of those living alongside the Jews. In pre-Protectorate Morocco, the Judeo-Arabic coexistence gave way to socio-economic organization that can ultimately be called interdependence. Economically speaking, the Jewish existence was seen as necessary for the Muslim society. It was the result of a coexistence, varying according to the era in question and the reigning symbiosis and hostility. Trades a Muslim could not or did not wish to take on were left to the Jews, from import-export trade to peddling. This division of work, perceived as both discrimination and allocation, is representative of the ambiguity of the Judeo-Arabic relation. This ambiguity disturbs the work of researchers in the field. If Jews were merely tolerated, subject to their discriminatory status, so be it, but their presence was still generally seen as necessary by the Muslim. By the same token, the Jews' political substatus in Muslim society represented a permanent strength against assimilation, and the preservation of an ancestral link with the homeland. The mellah, symbolizing exclusion, also allowed the Jewish community to be a homogenous social, political, economical and cultural group, a micro-society whose religious identity was constant and rigorous growth, through a series of rituals and practices. Tradition kept identity alive: the Jewish identity, alive in a single prayer to return to Holy Land. The fragile Judeo-Arabic equilibrium, little-known by those who dreamt of colonizing North Africa (beginning in the 19th century), was upset by the French Protectorate of Morocco (1912-1956). With its colonialist ideology, the latter imposes a policy that widened the gap between Jews and Muslims, exacerbating their religious differences and affecting their relations. The Protectorate Morocco had a rude awakening to a number of outside influences -the invasion of European capitalism, administrative reforms and modernism- causing rapid destruction of traditional values. The population grew poorer in their inability to maintain the furious pace of this revolution, while the Muslim intellectual youth, deprived of its traditional privileges, took up the struggle against the foreign stranglehold on its country. The spare of early nationalism driven by the Protectorate's so-called Berber politics, whose project was to distinguish between Berbers and Moroccans through possible conversion to Catholicism and the French language. The anticolonialist struggle found its way in a growing Islamic identity which attracted the masses and united Moroccan leaders behind the struggles of North Africa. In the Jewish community, the effect of the Protectorate is more significant. The westernization process attracts an elite aspiring to rise to the European level using the French language and culture, and wishing to legitimately free itself from the demeaning dhimma status. A long way from the parent population whose fate is the same as the Muslims, privileged individuals of the Jewish community distance themselves both from the religious tradition of the Jewish identity as well as the age-old Judeo-Arabic rituals. This distinction manifests itself in education and travel, or simply moving away. The new class of Europeanized Jews abandons the use of the vernacular for French and leaves the mellah to the poor, the uneducated, and the destitute. The tensions between Jews and Arabs in Palestine, intensified by the Balfour Declaration (1917), also feed the Muslim-Arabic identity whose followers include Muslim nationalists. This option distances the Jewish community from the political scene and thus future Moroccan perspectives. While the Muslim mass is won through this struggle, the Jewish mass continues, away from the political upheavals shaking the Arabic world, to dream of the Promised Land and nurture a sense of nostalgia. This nostalgia is fulfilled with the declaration of the State of Israel in 1948, thus launching the Moroccan 'aliya. Exile was the great memory, the mystical nostalgia, wandering and danger, uprooting and spiritual affirmation. Moroccan roots were merely of convenience despite lasting so many generations, though Moroccan Jews had buried there their forefathers, created shared ways and customs, tended to their cherished cemeteries, developed their languages. and nonetheless Morocco spiritually had only ever been a temporary home, a land of transition, a lesser evil in adversity? Once the wandering and danger over, what of this Promised Land? Did some nourishment, for the mind and body, heart and soul, rise from this new breeding ground where the long awaited and conflicted resettlement occurred? The components of the plural memory have come together in the great gathering: places, values and manners, feelings, social perceptions, exposing to all the divide, the diversity and marks of exile, showing the socio-theologico-political disparities. Disparities that Zionism, in its hope for Jewish unity, planned to standardize and smooth into unity. A project impossible without the cultural uprooting and the identity crisis of North Africans. Taken to Israel beginning in 1948, Moroccan Jews met with a Western model established by the pioneers of European socialism: the Ashkenazi. Very early, the Israeli population was divided into two groups; the Ashkenazi, founders of the country they lead, and their recently immigrated coreligionists: the North Africans, who, for the first twenty years of their lives in Israel, would be members of the proletariat. The messianic ideal motivating the Moroccan 'alya confronted the secular conception of the Israeli state. This conception involves the rejection of the Diaspora heritage and the Exile of the Jews in favour of a new "normal" nation in the image of developed Western societies. The secular State based on legitimate representation of the Jewish people, replaces religious identification with a state identification or nationalism, a status unknown to Moroccan immigrants barely removed from their secular status as traditional religious minority. To the Judaism by choice succeeds Judaism by nature and community organization becomes a complex state organization closed to new citizens. For new Moroccan immigrants, the Jewish identity should suffice for integration into the Promised Land, but once arrived, the reality of significant differences regarding religious practice, language, rituals, tradition, and economic differences caused disillusion of the sacred dream: "In Morocco, he was Jewish, Jewish through the heritage of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Jewish tangled in the holy and sacred Law of Moses. (.) In Israel, he became -what a turn of events!- Arabic." Out of this disillusion arose nostalgia, nostalgia for the first nostalgia, nostalgia for the exile that some authors (Ami Bouganim, Erez Bitton) would continue to sing: "She sings the exile, a nostalgic tone in the voice, the exile from Jerusalem, the exile from Spain, the exile from Morocco. (.) She sings a Spanish serenade then a French song, an Arabic threnody then a hymn in Hebrew. (.) Without end, Zohra's songs recreate the fabulous scenery of her past." Recreate the scenery of one's past to struggle against the oblivion of the deads and the depersonalization of the livings. Recalling an identity lost in a process of assimilation imposing the oblivion of the Jewish Diaspora and the rebirth of Modern Hebrew. Memory finds its place once again: recreating an identity and a culture parallel to the national Israeli identity and culture. And this reconstitution is first reactivated through maternal memory, a domestic memory constituting ancestral rituals, smell of cooking, laughters, household tasks, games, festive music, superstitions and rumours, jokes in local dialect. folkloric memories. Because the mother is the character who embodies tradition, who has been the least touched by the maelstrom of the 'alya. It is in the literary expression of Moroccan Israelites that we see this nostalgia, through characters who do not feel they are part of a coherent Israeli entity. The language, the culture and the mentality exacerbate these differences, and allow their particularism take its course. Even though it is an historical fact, the creation of the Israeli society underwent the rules of immigration. More than elsewhere, the Israeli terrain is best suited for a review of immigration issues: integration, acculturation, ethnic mix, as a hypothesis of the future of societies in the growing globalization of our world. ; De la nostalgie de la terre promise à la nostalgie de la terre d'exil chez les Israéliens originaires du Maroc La disparition, constatée après coup, des Juifs du Maroc suscita bien des interrogations : les motivations de cette envolée étaient-elles de nature mystique ou sioniste ? Ou la conséquence de persécution ? Dans le Maroc des années 80, le mellah seul en montrait les vestiges et témoignait d'une existence révolue. Un passé proche et lointain gisant dans les mémoires de ceux pour qui le Juif fut du voisinage. Dans le Maroc d'avant le Protectorat, la coexistence judéo-arabe donnait lieu à une organisation socio-économique que l'on peut, malgré tout, qualifier d'interdépendance. L'existence juive en société musulmane était reconnue nécessaire au plan économique. Il en découlait une coexistence dont la nature variait selon les périodes et les règnes entre symbiose et hostilité. Les corps de métiers qu'un musulman ne pouvait ou ne voulait faire étaient laissés aux Juifs depuis l'import-export jusqu'au commerce itinérant. Ce partage de fonction qui est perçu à la fois comme une discrimination et une répartition, comporte en soi l'ambiguïté du rapport juif-arabe. Cette ambiguïté embarrasse le travail du chercheur dans ce domaine. Que le Juif ne fut que toléré, soumis au statut discriminatoire, soit, il n'en demeure pas moins que sa présence était généralement reconnue nécessaire par le Musulman. Parallèlement, le sous-statut politique du Juif dans la société musulmane lui était une force permanente contre l'assimilation et pour le maintien d'un lien ancestral avec la terre antique. Le mellah qui symbolisait l'exclusion, permettait aussi à la communauté juive d'être un groupe social, politique, économique et culturel homogène, une micro-société dont l'identité religieuse se cultivait continuellement et rigoureusement en un ensemble de rites et de pratiques. La tradition véhiculait l'identité ; celle d'être juif, animée par une seule prière celle de retrouver la Terre Sainte. Le fragile équilibre judéo-arabe, méconnu par ceux qui rêvent de coloniser l'Afrique du Nord (à partir du 19ème siècle), se déstabilise avec le Protectorat français (1912-1956) au Maroc. Par son idéologie colonialiste, ce dernier avance une politique éloignant encore plus les Juifs des Musulmans en exacerbant leurs différences religieuses et en affectant leurs rapports. Le Maroc du Protectorat s'ouvre brutalement aux influences extérieures : invasion du capitalisme européen, réformes administratives et modernisme, causent une destruction accélérée des valeurs traditionnelles. La masse populaire s'appauvrit, faute de pouvoir suivre le rythme effréné de cette révolution, tandis que la jeunesse intellectuelle musulmane, privée de ses privilèges traditionnels, élabore des formes de lutte contre la mainmise étrangère sur son pays. La flamme naissante du nationalisme est attisée par la politique dite --berbère-- du Protectorat, dont le projet est de distinguer les berbères du peuple marocain par une possible conversion française et catholique. La lutte anti-coloniale trouve alors sa voie dans une identité islamique accrue qui attire les masses et rallie les leaders marocains aux luttes d'Orient. Dans la communauté juive, l'effet du Protectorat est plus conséquent. Le processus d'occidentalisation attire une élite qui aspire à s'élever au niveau des Européens par le moyen de la langue et de la culture française, et veut légitimement s'affranchir du statut réducteur de la dhimma. Loin de la population de base qui subit le même sort que les musulmans, les privilégiés de la communauté juive s'écartent à la fois de la tradition religieuse véhiculant l'identité juive et des coutumes judéo-arabes séculaires. Cette distinction se traduit par l'instruction et l'éloignement géographique. La nouvelle classe juive européanisée abandonne l'usage de la langue vernaculaire au profit du français et laisse le mellah aux pauvres, non instruits, démunis. Les tensions entre Juifs et Arabes en Palestine, affûtées par la Déclaration de Balfour (1917), alimentent, par effet sympathique, l'identité arabo-musulmane à laquelle s'identifient et adhèrent les nationalistes musulmans. Cette option éloigne la communauté juive de la scène politique et donc des perspectives marocaines d'avenir. Tandis que la masse musulmane est gagnée au combat, la masse juive continue, à l'écart des bouleversements politiques qui secouent le monde arabe, à rêver de la terre Promise et en cultiver la nostalgie. Nostalgie qui trouve son accomplissement à la déclaration de l'Etat d'Israël en 1948 et commence alors la 'aliya marocaine. L'exil c'était la grande mémoire, la nostalgie mystique, l'errance et la précarité, le déracinement et l'affirmation du spirituel. L'ancrage marocain ne fut que de circonstance quand bien même il perdura tant et tant de générations, quand bien même les Juifs du Maroc y ont enterré la cohorte de leurs aïeux, créé des us et coutumes partagés, entretenus leurs chers cimetières, forgé leurs langues.et néanmoins le Maroc ne fut, spirituellement, qu'une terre d'attente, un lieu transitoire, un moindre mal dans l'adversité ? Errance et précarité ne sont plus, mais qu'en-est-il de cette terre promise ? Une sève nourricière pour le corps et l'esprit, l'âme et le cœur, a-t-elle monté dans ce nouveau terreau où s'est accompli le réenracinement si longtemps différé ? Dans le grand rassemblement se sont affrontées les composantes de la mémoire plurielle : lieux, mœurs, sentiments, perceptions sociétales, dénonçant au grand jour les lignes de partage, les diversités et les empreintes d'exils, faisant apparaître les disparités socio-théologico-politiques. Disparité que le sionisme, dans son aspiration à l'unité du peuple juif, projetait d'uniformiser et de dissoudre dans l'unicité. Projet qui ne parvint pas sans éviter aux Orientaux le déracinement culturel et la crise d'identité. Envolés vers Israël à partir de 1948, les Juifs marocains rencontrent un modèle occidental établi par les pionniers issus du socialisme européen : les Ashkénazes. Très tôt, la population israélienne est divisée en deux classes ; les Ashkénazes, fondateurs du pays dont ils sont l'élite dirigeante, et leurs coreligionnaires récemment immigrés : les Orientaux, qui durant les vingt premières années de leurs vie israélienne en constitueront le prolétariat. L'idéal messianique qui motivait la 'alya marocaine se heurte à la conception laïque de l'état israélien. Conception qui implique le rejet de l'héritage diasporique et du Juif de l'exil pour une nouvelle nation "normale" à l'image des sociétés occidentales évoluées. L'état, laïque, basé sur une représentation légitime du peuple juif, remplace l'identification religieuse par une identification nationale, statut inconnu des immigrants marocains à peine coupés de leur statut séculaire de minorité religieuse traditionnelle. Au judaïsme de condition succède un judaïsme d'élection et à l'organisation communautaire une organisation étatique complexe et hermétique aux nouveaux citoyens. Aux yeux des immigrés marocains, l'identité juive devait suffire à les intégrer en terre promise, mais une fois là, la mise en présence de différences notables concernant la pratique religieuse, la langue, les coutumes, la tradition, les disparités économiques, produisirent la désillusion du rêve sacré confronté à la réalité concrète : "Au Maroc, il était juif, juif de par l'héritage d'Abraham, d'Isaac et de Jacob, juif empêtré dans la sainte et sacré Loi de Moïse. (.) En Israël, il est devenu --ô farce du destin !- arabe". De cette désillusion naquit la nostalgie, nostalgie de la nostalgie première, nostalgie de l'exil que certains auteurs (Ami Bouganim, Erez Bitton) chanteront sans cesse : "Elle chante l'exil, un embrun nostalgique autour de la voix, l'exil de Jérusalem, l'exil d'Espagne, l'exil du Maroc. (.) Elle passe d'une sérénade en espagnole à une chanson en français, d'une mélopée en arabe à un cantique en hébreu. (.)Sans cesse, les chants de Zohra reconstituent les décors fabuleux de son passé." Reconstituer les décors du passé pour lutter contre l'oubli des morts et la dépersonnalisation des vivants. Retrouver une identité perdue au cours d'un processus d'assimilation qui imposait l'oubli du Juif de la diaspora et la renaissance de l'Hébreu moderne. Ainsi la mémoire retrouve son rôle ; celui de reconstituer une identité et une culture parallèle à l'identité et à la culture nationale israélienne. Et c'est par la mémoire maternelle d'abord que se réactive cette reconstitution, une mémoire domestique faite de coutumes ancestrales, d'odeur de cuisine, de rires, de petits devoirs, de jeu, de musique festives, de superstition et de rumeurs, de blagues en parler local.mémoire folklorique. Car la mère est le personnage de la tradition que le maelström de la 'alya a corrodé le moins. C'est dans l'expression littéraire d'Israéliens issus du Maroc que pointe cette nostalgie avec des personnages qui ne se sentent pas dans une entité israélienne cohérente. Le parler, la culture, la mentalité exacerbent leurs différences et laissent agir leur particularisme. Bien que ce soit une particularité historique, la formation de la société israélienne a subi les règles de l'immigration. Plus qu'ailleurs, le terrain israélien est celui qui, le mieux, se prête à l'examen des problèmes posés par l'immigration : intégration, acculturation, mélange ethnique, en tant qu'hypothèse du devenir des sociétés dans la mondialisation.
Our motivation for writing this synthesis is the personal and collective trauma caused by a new wave of attacks in France in 2015 and their aftershocks in Belgium, Germany and Great Britain. These dramatic events have rekindled important professional and existential questions worth consideration. They encouraged thinking anew about the aims and functioning of the educational institutions in which we are involved.Our research question therefore starts from an appreciation of a contemporary humanity and state of the world that seem distant from what would have been hoped for amid immense modern technological advances, for instance massive access to information and to primary education . The working hypothesis is that the ontological dimension would certainly already be present in the educational curricula and the common core, but that it would be exercised unconsciously, even repressed, which would have the effect of slowing down the emergence of responsible individuals able to act positively toward themselves, others and the planet. The objective is therefore to try to better understand and support, in view of realizing this goal, the multi-referential process of our humanization, as long as, as the Renaissance humanist Erasmus once said: "We are not born human, but rather become human". The main theoretical frameworks and concepts that we mobilize to build this work and our proposals in Education and Training Sciences are based on three fields. First, Transdisciplinarity (complex thinking , systems of systems and consciousness ). Then, transpersonal psychology (on issues of freedom, responsibility and ethics). Finally, Digital Humanities, from technological artifacts and educational technologies , to technontology .In the form of insets, we will regularly report moments from our "life story", thus inserting us into the current of biographisation , as evidence of the evolution of our own journey.In the first part, we work on the construction of a hypothetico-deductive ontological model of Being, taking into account the human condition in its spatiotemporal context – Being as it unfolds in time and space – to understand how this model functions in terms of rooting, need, capacity, desire, surpassing etc. We represent man by a metaphorical schema, called "structure-temple", comprising seven parts. The pedestal of the building symbolizes its affiliation with the "anthropological / cultural" context of birth, currently the Anthropocene (which begins with the transformative action of sustainable human action on the planet, mainly because of its technical actions) (Wallenhorst, 2019). The first column expresses the "physical / biological / energy" dimension; the second, the "emotional / sensitive" part; the third, the "mental / cognitive"; the fourth, the "groupal / social"; and the fifth, the "axiological / existential / (post) metaphysical". The pediment is the "aperture / ontological" headdress of the ensemble, which invites an optimistic conclusion according to the maxim of the Greek temple of Delphi attributed to Socrates: "Know thyself and you will know the universe and the gods".We then analyse this approach through two temporal dimensions: the big history or long cosmic history from the big bang to the creation of our planet and the development of the biosphere, as well as the ephemeral human life during which each of us will try to accomplish an "involved project" . A third timeless dimension completes them: the life of the spirit. We observe the evolutionary dynamics of the temple-structure thanks to the complementarity that it achieves with the logic of the included third and the "Hidden Third", as well as its non-reductionist character. This model is fractal because it tends toward intra-infinity, and holographic because it is multilayered. It builds a system of "cosmodern" equilibrium, testifying to the historical epistemological separation between the world of subjects and that of the objects it brings together through the theory of "Transreality" . Ultimately, it proposes to surpass an apparent dichotomy by adopting a non-dual approach intended to be effective through the "project approach" .We thus develop a model that could be useful for an ontoformation . The action links updated in the temple-structure by the exercise of the thirds (included and hidden) can be mobilized in the "essence" of the teacher's practice. The teacher must be able to evaluate his or her professional "situated action", which we would evaluate in the context of time (Pedestal and Columns) and in the "vertical" dimension of the whole structure (From Pedestal to Pediment). This approach would shift the quasi-unidirectional binary master-student relationship in the exclusive application of the programs to a dynamic sensitive process of a ternary relationship through the mobilization of the structure-temple tool, for evaluative and then truly educational purposes, as much for the position of the master as for that of the pupil. This holistic approach integrates educational proposals that can be grouped under the terms self-training and self-co-training: "Training here refers to the vital and permanent process of shaping by interaction between oneself (self), others (socio, hetero, co) and the world (eco). Self-training is then defined as the awareness, understanding and transformation by the subject of this interaction. It is the transformation of the relationship with oneself, with others and with the world" .We therefore seek to examine, through the model of the temple-structure in an educational situation, whether the poles and various elements are invested in a correctness (the right ingredient, at the right time, in an adequate quantity) that avoids imbalances, for example disturbances of other moments of life dedicated to transmission and learning and, more broadly, life outside educational spaces. To deepen this question, we will explore the model in other contexts of learning and other educational situations, such as knowledge and disciplines, practices and pedagogies, educational technologies etc.The second part of the work contextualizes the temple-structure metaphor in the field of education and training. From a harmonious reciprocal approach of a triple development, operated on personal, professional and collective levels, emerges a proposal of "Integrative and Implicative Pedagogy" (P2i). It is anchored in the long history of New Education born in the early twentieth century. Through the technicalized updating of the socioconstructivist project approach, the P2i cultivates the efficient consideration of learners, teachers and third parts (staff, parents and other partners) in all their dimensions. This reflection requires discussing the evolution of the role of the teacher in the acquisition of the fundamental learning of primary school, from "read, write, count" to "respect others", thus passing from quantitative performance to qualitative subtlety. It is a question of anticipating the passage from an "integrative" character of educational objects in all their varieties, to the "integral" dimension of the subjects in formation. The temple-structure metaphor is then presented as a multidimensional project. The research therefore applies to the field of disciplines, peri-, para- and extra-curricular activities as well as cross-cutting issues such as eco-citizenship, empowerment, happiness and well-being, emotion management, positive education etc.The P2i studies the places, the means, the methods and the tools made available to institutions and teachers (philosophical debate, yoga or laical meditation ) to allow a secular approach allowed of spirituality , which is interested in the "life of the mind". As a method of analysis and foresight, it can be mobilized to study any question related to the Sciences of Education and Training, from secularism or evaluation to open access or big data. The temple-structure and the P2i jointly propose a theoretical and practical framework favoring the application of educational "strategies of success" by the establishment of "virtuous circles" while developing our "part of humanity". For example: "class management" x "adapted learning" x "support for personalities" x "learners' skills" x "existential dimension" and so on, situating ourselves in the current of slow education and alternatives approaches to / from education. Then a question emerges: should we be guided, by need or necessity, towards a paradigm shift in education? And if so, what should we strive for?The most important aspect would ultimately be an ability to lead multi-referential lives that are connected with each other, with educational partners, with institutions, in relation to knowledge. Examples abound, especially in the field of active pedagogies. In the manner of design thinking, which manages innovation by synthesising analytical thought and intuitive thought as it mobilizes processes of co-creativity that will involve end-users, or like the operating rules stemming from sociocracy and holacracy (as decision with zero objection, election without self-declared candidates, revocability of mandates). Such examples are an extension of work that emphasizes the spiritual dimension – the opposite of routine. It is therefore essential in teacher training not to develop only professional skills, but rather to promote the development of full-fledged human beings. As if reconciling a posture of legitimacy of the teacher with that of a permission of the student. Without force or manipulation. By focusing on the "educational flow" to better enter in the learning of "content stocks". By putting more freedom in learning while maintaining ethics. With freedom of conscience in the face of ideological approaches between normality and (relative) deviance, between independence and the need for connection. By passing from the class group to the subject group. The learner becomes an actor with the acquisition of autonomy. And when the learner realizes this, it is the beginning of emancipation, which can cause shocks. Because this dynamic in progress can also create resistance, as much for the actors concerned as for the institutions. Because we must first accept the discomfort of these new situations. Accompaniment, integration and inventiveness are practices that facilitate these processes of creation, which must each time be new, in order to prevent falling back into reproducing pre-established models.The third part presents an assessment of our journey as a researcher-practitioner in the form of a reflexive return, with its strong points and its gray areas: the examination of the slow professional and spiritual "drying up" as the technicization of our research after our appointment at the Paris IUFM in 1998; our "revivification" thanks to the action involved in non-institutional teams, the first fruits of the adventure described by the present overview; the misunderstandings of our peers and the difficulties in sharing and pursuing administratively and scientifically our work orientations.This report is completed by a presentation of the research perspectives with our laboratory on the question of the uses of digital education; international collaborations with the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Japan and the Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (CTI) in Brazil on stress at work; by the continuity of our work in the context of current teaching (integration in the axes of GIS Rreefor-Espe); the continued testing of P2i in teacher training or the deepening of the Culture of Peace. The extent of the engagement in our research community and our actions for the promotion of the discipline of the Sciences of Education and Training are particularly notable in relation to cooperation initiatives with foreign universities for teacher training in Romania (Cluj-Napoca), Spain (Valencia), Russia (Moscow), Ecuador (Chuquipata) and China (Chengdu), through the endorsement of editorial responsibilities as a reviewer, through the organization of scientific meetings, by answering requests for expert opinions…In conclusion, in the era of the Anthropocene, which is characterized by societal and lethal environmental risks for the human species, questioning what constitutes society is now absolutely necessary. Starting from our specialty, education, this problem is tackled by the study of conditions and modalities, a strategy that allows surpassing a mere "doing together" to a true "living together". At the heart of the areas to explore further are secularism and the relationship with religion . As the pedagogue Philippe Meirieu has noted: "'Believing' divides while 'knowing' brings together" . Experience facilitates passing from the first verb to the second. Massification and longer study times seem to go hand in hand with the standardization of training courses. The latter would then risk rejecting the otherness of those who follow them and tend to format them, which would be the opposite of the search for creative solutions that society needs. Finding interest and constructing the "common points" that respect diversity, based on real benevolence, with co-constructed rules, would be a pragmatic solution to consider. Fundamental principles may include but are not limited to: citizenship, partnership, democracy, team and collaborative learning, acceptance of different ideas, small group work, and extended teacher roles beyond traditional disciplines.The apparently intuitive point of convergence between these principles can be seen by taking into account our "common point of humanity" in all its various expressions. And this common point could in turn be guided by a call for a transcendence of each individual "little person", in a transcendence that is necessarily collective. If it were a matter of something informal and unspoken, all would benefit from having it brought to consciousness. In the tradition of Metagogy Theorem , we would approach a meta-science of education: a scientific and transversal model supported by an integral pedagogical paradigm that would provide a necessary and sufficient space for the ontological and spiritual dimensions.The objective of this research is to participate in the understanding of the question of consciousness and its deployment in human activities (subject / object / project), particularly in educational situations, with intention as the first criterion of analysis. ; Notre motivation à entrer dans l'écriture de cette note de synthèse trouve sa source à la suite du séisme traumatisant personnel et collectif provoqué par une nouvelle vague d'attentats en France en 2015 et par leurs répliques en Belgique, en Allemagne et en Grande-Bretagne. Ces événements dramatiques ont ravivé chez nous des questionnements professionnels et existentiels jusque-là mis de côté faute de lieu et de moment institutionnel dédié pour réfléchir aux finalités et aux fonctionnements des instances éducatives dont nous sommes partie prenante.Notre question de recherche part donc de l'appréciation d'une humanité et d'un état du monde contemporains qui semblent loin d'être à la hauteur qu'auraient laissé espérer les immenses avancées technologiques modernes, parmi lesquelles l'accès à l'information, conjuguées à une éducation primaire dispensée à très grande échelle sur la planète .Une hypothèse est que si la dimension ontologique est d'une certaine façon déjà présente dans les programmes scolaires et dans le socle commun de connaissances, de compétences et de culture de l'école et du collège notamment au travers des humanités et des compétences relationnelles et psycho-sociales, elle s'y exercerait toutefois de façon non ou insuffisamment conscientisée, ce qui amoindrirait ses effets positifs. Cet état de fait, attaché à une sorte de refoulement, aurait pour effet de ralentir la capacité de formation et d'émergence d'une personne qui soit responsable et qui agisse de manière positive envers elle-même, envers les autres et envers la planète. L'objectif poursuivi est donc de chercher à mieux comprendre et à accompagner vers ce but le processus multi-référentiel de notre humanisation au travers de l'éducation, pour autant que, comme l'affirmait déjà Érasme à la Renaissance : « On ne naît pas homme, on le devient ». Les principaux cadres théoriques et les concepts que nous mobilisons pour construire ce travail et nos propositions en Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation s'appuient sur trois domaines. D'abord la Transdisciplinarité , avec la pensée complexe , la théorie des systèmes et la question de la conscience . Ensuite la Psychologie Transpersonnelle , sur les questions de liberté, de responsabilité et d'éthique. Enfin les Humanités Numériques, depuis les artefacts technologiques et les technologies éducatives jusqu'à la technontologie (technique plus ontologie).Sous forme d'encarts, nous relaterons régulièrement des moments issus de notre « histoire de vie », nous insérant ainsi dans le courant de la biographisation , en tant que témoignages de l'évolution de notre propre parcours.Dans une première partie, nous travaillons à la construction d'un modèle ontologique hypothético-déductif, « l'être en tant qu'être », en tenant compte de la condition humaine dans son contexte spatio-temporel - « l'être dans le temps de l'être »- pour en comprendre le fonctionnement en termes d'enracinement, de besoin, de capacité, de désir, de dépassement… Nous représentons l'Être humain par un schéma métaphorique, appelé « structure-temple », comprenant sept éléments. Nous observons la dynamique évolutive de la structure-temple grâce à la complémentarité qu'elle opère avec les logiques du tiers inclus et du « Tiers Caché », ainsi que son caractère non-réductionniste. Ce modèle est fractal par son caractère intra-reproductible et holographique car multicouche. Il construit un système d'équilibre « cosmoderne » témoignant de la séparation épistémologique historique entre le monde des sujets et celui des objets qu'il réunit par la théorie de la « Transréalité » . Il propose in fine de dépasser cette dichotomie apparente en adoptant une approche non-duelle destinée à être opérante au moyen de la « démarche de projet » .La deuxième partie du travail contextualise la métaphore de la structure-temple dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation. À partir d'une démarche en réciprocité harmonieuse d'un triple développement, opéré sur les plans personnel, professionnel et collectif, émerge une proposition de « Pédagogie Intégrative et Implicative » (P2i). Elle procède d'un cadre théorique intégratif et aboutit à un dispositif implicatif ancré dans la longue histoire de l'Éducation Nouvelle dont Philippe Meirieu décèle « les prémices dès le XVIIIème siècle » . Par l'actualisation technicisée de la démarche de projet socioconstructiviste, la P2i cultive la considération efficiente des apprenants, des enseignants et des tiers (personnels, parents et autres partenaires), et ce, dans toutes leurs dimensions. Cette réflexion nécessite de discuter de l'évolution du rôle de l'enseignant dans l'acquisition des apprentissages fondamentaux de l'école primaire, depuis le « lire, écrire, compter » jusqu'au « respecter autrui », passant ainsi de la performance quantitative à la sensibilité qualitative. Il s'agit d'anticiper le passage d'un caractère « intégratif » des objets pédagogiques dans toutes leurs variétés à la dimension « intégrale » des sujets en formation. La métaphore de la structure-temple est alors déclinée comme un projet multidimensionnel. La recherche s'applique donc aussi bien au domaine des disciplines, des activités péri-, para- et extra-scolaires qu'aux questions transversales comme l'éco-citoyenneté, le pouvoir d'agir, le bonheur et le bien-être, la gestion des émotions, l'éducation positive…La P2i étudie les lieux, les moyens, les méthodes et les outils mis à disposition des institutions et des enseignants (débat philosophique, yoga ou encore méditation ) pour permettre une approche laïque autorisée de la spiritualité , qui s'intéresse à la vie de l'esprit. Tenant lieu de méthode d'analyse et de prospective, elle peut être mobilisée pour étudier toute question touchant aux Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation, depuis la laïcité ou l'évaluation jusqu'à l'open access ou le big data. La structure-temple et la P2i proposent conjointement un cadre théorique et pratique favorisant l'application de « stratégies de réussite éducatives » par l'instauration de cercles vertueux tout en développant notre part d'humanité. Par exemple des notions pédagogiques ou didactiques comme « la gestion de classe », « les apprentissages adaptés », « l'appui sur les personnalités », « les compétences des apprenants », « la dimension existentielle » etc. tous envisagés et pris en compte simultanément ou à tour de rôle multiplient les effets positifs de chacune de ces dimensions. Nous situant dans le courant de la slow education et des approches alternatives de/à l'éducation, une question, qui pourrait devenir « vive », se fait jour : faudrait-il nous orienter, par besoin ou par nécessité, vers un changement de paradigme éducatif ? Et si oui, vers lequel nous diriger ?La troisième partie présente un bilan de notre trajet de chercheur-praticien sous forme de retour réflexif, avec ses points forts et ses zones d'ombre : l'examen du lent « assèchement » professionnel et spirituel au fur et à mesure de la technicisation de nos recherches après notre nomination à l'Iufm de Paris en 1998 ; notre « revivifiance » grâce à l'action impliquée dans des équipes para-institutionnelles, prémices de l'aventure de cette note de synthèse ; les incompréhensions de nos pairs et les difficultés à partager et poursuivre administrativement et scientifiquement nos orientations de travail…Ce bilan est complété par un exposé des perspectives de recherche au sein de notre laboratoire sur la question des usages du numérique en éducation ; par des collaborations internationales avec le National Institute of Informatics (Tokyo, Japon) et le Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (Campinas, Sao Paolo, Brésil) sur le stress au travail ; par la continuité de nos travaux dans le contexte d'enseignement actuel (intégration dans les axes du GIS Rreefor-Espe) ; la poursuite de la mise à l'épreuve de la P2i dans la formation des enseignants ou encore l'approfondissement de la Culture de Paix. L'ampleur de l'engagement dans notre communauté de recherche et nos actions pour le rayonnement de la discipline des Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation s'apprécient notamment par des initiatives de coopération avec des instituts et des universités étrangères de formation des enseignants comme le National Pedagogical College (Cluj-Napoca, Roumanie), le Florida Grup Educatiu (Valencia, Espagne), la Moscow City University (Russie), l'Universidad Nacional de Educación (Chuquipata, Équateur) et l'École Normale de Chengdu (Chine) ; par la prise de responsabilités éditoriales dans des revues relevant de la section ; par l'organisation de rencontres scientifiques ; par la réponse à des demandes d'expertises nationales et internationales…En conclusion, il ressort que l'objectif de cette recherche est de participer à la compréhension de la question de la conscience et de son déploiement dans les activités humaines (sujet/objet/projet), et particulièrement en situation éducative, avec l'intention pour premier critère d'analyse.
Our motivation for writing this synthesis is the personal and collective trauma caused by a new wave of attacks in France in 2015 and their aftershocks in Belgium, Germany and Great Britain. These dramatic events have rekindled important professional and existential questions worth consideration. They encouraged thinking anew about the aims and functioning of the educational institutions in which we are involved.Our research question therefore starts from an appreciation of a contemporary humanity and state of the world that seem distant from what would have been hoped for amid immense modern technological advances, for instance massive access to information and to primary education . The working hypothesis is that the ontological dimension would certainly already be present in the educational curricula and the common core, but that it would be exercised unconsciously, even repressed, which would have the effect of slowing down the emergence of responsible individuals able to act positively toward themselves, others and the planet. The objective is therefore to try to better understand and support, in view of realizing this goal, the multi-referential process of our humanization, as long as, as the Renaissance humanist Erasmus once said: "We are not born human, but rather become human". The main theoretical frameworks and concepts that we mobilize to build this work and our proposals in Education and Training Sciences are based on three fields. First, Transdisciplinarity (complex thinking , systems of systems and consciousness ). Then, transpersonal psychology (on issues of freedom, responsibility and ethics). Finally, Digital Humanities, from technological artifacts and educational technologies , to technontology .In the form of insets, we will regularly report moments from our "life story", thus inserting us into the current of biographisation , as evidence of the evolution of our own journey.In the first part, we work on the construction of a hypothetico-deductive ontological model of Being, taking into account the human condition in its spatiotemporal context – Being as it unfolds in time and space – to understand how this model functions in terms of rooting, need, capacity, desire, surpassing etc. We represent man by a metaphorical schema, called "structure-temple", comprising seven parts. The pedestal of the building symbolizes its affiliation with the "anthropological / cultural" context of birth, currently the Anthropocene (which begins with the transformative action of sustainable human action on the planet, mainly because of its technical actions) (Wallenhorst, 2019). The first column expresses the "physical / biological / energy" dimension; the second, the "emotional / sensitive" part; the third, the "mental / cognitive"; the fourth, the "groupal / social"; and the fifth, the "axiological / existential / (post) metaphysical". The pediment is the "aperture / ontological" headdress of the ensemble, which invites an optimistic conclusion according to the maxim of the Greek temple of Delphi attributed to Socrates: "Know thyself and you will know the universe and the gods".We then analyse this approach through two temporal dimensions: the big history or long cosmic history from the big bang to the creation of our planet and the development of the biosphere, as well as the ephemeral human life during which each of us will try to accomplish an "involved project" . A third timeless dimension completes them: the life of the spirit. We observe the evolutionary dynamics of the temple-structure thanks to the complementarity that it achieves with the logic of the included third and the "Hidden Third", as well as its non-reductionist character. This model is fractal because it tends toward intra-infinity, and holographic because it is multilayered. It builds a system of "cosmodern" equilibrium, testifying to the historical epistemological separation between the world of subjects and that of the objects it brings together through the theory of "Transreality" . Ultimately, it proposes to surpass an apparent dichotomy by adopting a non-dual approach intended to be effective through the "project approach" .We thus develop a model that could be useful for an ontoformation . The action links updated in the temple-structure by the exercise of the thirds (included and hidden) can be mobilized in the "essence" of the teacher's practice. The teacher must be able to evaluate his or her professional "situated action", which we would evaluate in the context of time (Pedestal and Columns) and in the "vertical" dimension of the whole structure (From Pedestal to Pediment). This approach would shift the quasi-unidirectional binary master-student relationship in the exclusive application of the programs to a dynamic sensitive process of a ternary relationship through the mobilization of the structure-temple tool, for evaluative and then truly educational purposes, as much for the position of the master as for that of the pupil. This holistic approach integrates educational proposals that can be grouped under the terms self-training and self-co-training: "Training here refers to the vital and permanent process of shaping by interaction between oneself (self), others (socio, hetero, co) and the world (eco). Self-training is then defined as the awareness, understanding and transformation by the subject of this interaction. It is the transformation of the relationship with oneself, with others and with the world" .We therefore seek to examine, through the model of the temple-structure in an educational situation, whether the poles and various elements are invested in a correctness (the right ingredient, at the right time, in an adequate quantity) that avoids imbalances, for example disturbances of other moments of life dedicated to transmission and learning and, more broadly, life outside educational spaces. To deepen this question, we will explore the model in other contexts of learning and other educational situations, such as knowledge and disciplines, practices and pedagogies, educational technologies etc.The second part of the work contextualizes the temple-structure metaphor in the field of education and training. From a harmonious reciprocal approach of a triple development, operated on personal, professional and collective levels, emerges a proposal of "Integrative and Implicative Pedagogy" (P2i). It is anchored in the long history of New Education born in the early twentieth century. Through the technicalized updating of the socioconstructivist project approach, the P2i cultivates the efficient consideration of learners, teachers and third parts (staff, parents and other partners) in all their dimensions. This reflection requires discussing the evolution of the role of the teacher in the acquisition of the fundamental learning of primary school, from "read, write, count" to "respect others", thus passing from quantitative performance to qualitative subtlety. It is a question of anticipating the passage from an "integrative" character of educational objects in all their varieties, to the "integral" dimension of the subjects in formation. The temple-structure metaphor is then presented as a multidimensional project. The research therefore applies to the field of disciplines, peri-, para- and extra-curricular activities as well as cross-cutting issues such as eco-citizenship, empowerment, happiness and well-being, emotion management, positive education etc.The P2i studies the places, the means, the methods and the tools made available to institutions and teachers (philosophical debate, yoga or laical meditation ) to allow a secular approach allowed of spirituality , which is interested in the "life of the mind". As a method of analysis and foresight, it can be mobilized to study any question related to the Sciences of Education and Training, from secularism or evaluation to open access or big data. The temple-structure and the P2i jointly propose a theoretical and practical framework favoring the application of educational "strategies of success" by the establishment of "virtuous circles" while developing our "part of humanity". For example: "class management" x "adapted learning" x "support for personalities" x "learners' skills" x "existential dimension" and so on, situating ourselves in the current of slow education and alternatives approaches to / from education. Then a question emerges: should we be guided, by need or necessity, towards a paradigm shift in education? And if so, what should we strive for?The most important aspect would ultimately be an ability to lead multi-referential lives that are connected with each other, with educational partners, with institutions, in relation to knowledge. Examples abound, especially in the field of active pedagogies. In the manner of design thinking, which manages innovation by synthesising analytical thought and intuitive thought as it mobilizes processes of co-creativity that will involve end-users, or like the operating rules stemming from sociocracy and holacracy (as decision with zero objection, election without self-declared candidates, revocability of mandates). Such examples are an extension of work that emphasizes the spiritual dimension – the opposite of routine. It is therefore essential in teacher training not to develop only professional skills, but rather to promote the development of full-fledged human beings. As if reconciling a posture of legitimacy of the teacher with that of a permission of the student. Without force or manipulation. By focusing on the "educational flow" to better enter in the learning of "content stocks". By putting more freedom in learning while maintaining ethics. With freedom of conscience in the face of ideological approaches between normality and (relative) deviance, between independence and the need for connection. By passing from the class group to the subject group. The learner becomes an actor with the acquisition of autonomy. And when the learner realizes this, it is the beginning of emancipation, which can cause shocks. Accompaniment, integration and inventiveness are practices that facilitate these processes of creation, which must each time be new, in order to prevent falling back into reproducing pre-established models.The third part presents an assessment of our journey as a researcher-practitioner in the form of a reflexive return, with its strong points and its gray areas: the examination of the slow professional and spiritual "drying up" as the technicization of our research after our appointment at the Paris IUFM in 1998; our "revivification" thanks to the action involved in non-institutional teams, the first fruits of the adventure described by the present overview; the misunderstandings of our peers and the difficulties in sharing and pursuing administratively and scientifically our work orientations.This report is completed by a presentation of the research perspectives with our laboratory on the question of the uses of digital education; international collaborations with the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Japan and the Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (CTI) in Brazil on stress at work; by the continuity of our work in the context of current teaching (integration in the axes of GIS Rreefor-Espe); the continued testing of P2i in teacher training or the deepening of the Culture of Peace. The extent of the engagement in our research community and our actions for the promotion of the discipline of the Sciences of Education and Training are particularly notable in relation to cooperation initiatives with foreign universities for teacher training in Romania (Cluj-Napoca), Spain (Valencia), Russia (Moscow), Ecuador (Chuquipata) and China (Chengdu), through the endorsement of editorial responsibilities as a reviewer, through the organization of scientific meetings, by answering requests for expert opinions…In conclusion, in the era of the Anthropocene, which is characterized by societal and lethal environmental risks for the human species, questioning what constitutes society is now absolutely necessary. Starting from our specialty, education, this problem is tackled by the study of conditions and modalities, a strategy that allows surpassing a mere "doing together" to a true "living together". At the heart of the areas to explore further are secularism and the relationship with religion . As the pedagogue Philippe Meirieu has noted: "'Believing' divides while 'knowing' brings together" . Experience facilitates passing from the first verb to the second. Massification and longer study times seem to go hand in hand with the standardization of training courses. The latter would then risk rejecting the otherness of those who follow them and tend to format them, which would be the opposite of the search for creative solutions that society needs. Finding interest and constructing the "common points" that respect diversity, based on real benevolence, with co-constructed rules, would be a pragmatic solution to consider. Fundamental principles may include but are not limited to: citizenship, partnership, democracy, team and collaborative learning, acceptance of different ideas, small group work, and extended teacher roles beyond traditional disciplines.The apparently intuitive point of convergence between these principles can be seen by taking into account our "common point of humanity" in all its various expressions. And this common point could in turn be guided by a call for a transcendence of each individual "little person", in a transcendence that is necessarily collective. Il propose in fine de dépasser cette dichotomie apparente en adoptant une approche non-duelle destinée à être opérante au moyen de la « démarche de projet » .La deuxième partie du travail contextualise la métaphore de la structure-temple dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation. À partir d'une démarche en réciprocité harmonieuse d'un triple développement, opéré sur les plans personnel, professionnel et collectif, émerge une proposition de « Pédagogie Intégrative et Implicative » (P2i). Elle procède d'un cadre théorique intégratif et aboutit à un dispositif implicatif ancré dans la longue histoire de l'Éducation Nouvelle dont Philippe Meirieu décèle « les prémices dès le XVIIIème siècle » . Par l'actualisation technicisée de la démarche de projet socioconstructiviste, la P2i cultive la considération efficiente des apprenants, des enseignants et des tiers (personnels, parents et autres partenaires), et ce, dans toutes leurs dimensions. Cette réflexion nécessite de discuter de l'évolution du rôle de l'enseignant dans l'acquisition des apprentissages fondamentaux de l'école primaire, depuis le « lire, écrire, compter » jusqu'au « respecter autrui », passant ainsi de la performance quantitative à la sensibilité qualitative. Il s'agit d'anticiper le passage d'un caractère « intégratif » des objets pédagogiques dans toutes leurs variétés à la dimension « intégrale » des sujets en formation. La métaphore de la structure-temple est alors déclinée comme un projet multidimensionnel. La recherche s'applique donc aussi bien au domaine des disciplines, des activités péri-, para- et extra-scolaires qu'aux questions transversales comme l'éco-citoyenneté, le pouvoir d'agir, le bonheur et le bien-être, la gestion des émotions, l'éducation positive…La P2i étudie les lieux, les moyens, les méthodes et les outils mis à disposition des institutions et des enseignants (débat philosophique, yoga ou encore méditation ) pour permettre une approche laïque autorisée de la spiritualité , qui s'intéresse à la vie de l'esprit. Tenant lieu de méthode d'analyse et de prospective, elle peut être mobilisée pour étudier toute question touchant aux Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation, depuis la laïcité ou l'évaluation jusqu'à l'open access ou le big data. La structure-temple et la P2i proposent conjointement un cadre théorique et pratique favorisant l'application de « stratégies de réussite éducatives » par l'instauration de cercles vertueux tout en développant notre part d'humanité. Par exemple des notions pédagogiques ou didactiques comme « la gestion de classe », « les apprentissages adaptés », « l'appui sur les personnalités », « les compétences des apprenants », « la dimension existentielle » etc. tous envisagés et pris en compte simultanément ou à tour de rôle multiplient les effets positifs de chacune de ces dimensions. Nous situant dans le courant de la slow education et des approches alternatives de/à l'éducation, une question, qui pourrait devenir « vive », se fait jour : faudrait-il nous orienter, par besoin ou par nécessité, vers un changement de paradigme éducatif ? Et si oui, vers lequel nous diriger ?La troisième partie présente un bilan de notre trajet de chercheur-praticien sous forme de retour réflexif, avec ses points forts et ses zones d'ombre : l'examen du lent « assèchement » professionnel et spirituel au fur et à mesure de la technicisation de nos recherches après notre nomination à l'Iufm de Paris en 1998 ; notre « revivifiance » grâce à l'action impliquée dans des équipes para-institutionnelles, prémices de l'aventure de cette note de synthèse ; les incompréhensions de nos pairs et les difficultés à partager et poursuivre administrativement et scientifiquement nos orientations de travail…Ce bilan est complété par un exposé des perspectives de recherche au sein de notre laboratoire sur la question des usages du numérique en éducation ; par des collaborations internationales avec le National Institute of Informatics (Tokyo, Japon) et le Centro de Tecnologia da Informação (Campinas, Sao Paolo, Brésil) sur le stress au travail ; par la continuité de nos travaux dans le contexte d'enseignement actuel (intégration dans les axes du GIS Rreefor-Espe) ; la poursuite de la mise à l'épreuve de la P2i dans la formation des enseignants ou encore l'approfondissement de la Culture de Paix. L'ampleur de l'engagement dans notre communauté de recherche et nos actions pour le rayonnement de la discipline des Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation s'apprécient notamment par des initiatives de coopération avec des instituts et des universités étrangères de formation des enseignants comme le National Pedagogical College (Cluj-Napoca, Roumanie), le Florida Grup Educatiu (Valencia, Espagne), la Moscow City University (Russie), l'Universidad Nacional de Educación (Chuquipata, Équateur) et l'École Normale de Chengdu (Chine) ; par la prise de responsabilités éditoriales dans des revues relevant de la section ; par l'organisation de rencontres scientifiques ; par la réponse à des demandes d'expertises nationales et internationales…En conclusion, il ressort que l'objectif de cette recherche est de participer à la compréhension de la question de la conscience et de son déploiement dans les activités humaines (sujet/objet/projet), et particulièrement en situation éducative, avec l'intention pour premier critère d'analyse.
