This raises the issue of universalism in its cultural, philosophical, moral, and legal manifestations in light of the current human rights discussion. Moreover, the disciplinary power within the state is now the subject of a disciplinary mechanism in a broader context of international surveillance of human rights protection. The watcher has become watched and we can only ask ourselves: who holds the power within a state in today's world?

On February 3, 2021, the International Court of Justice delivered its judgment on preliminary objections in Alleged Violations of the 1955 Treaty of Amity, Economic Relations, and Consular Rights (Islamic Republic of Iran v. United States of America). The judgment rejected all of the United States' preliminary objections, declared the admissibility of Iran's Application, and held that the Court has jurisdiction "on the basis of Article XXI, paragraph 2 of the Treaty of Amity, Economic Relations, and Consular Rights of 1955."

The article discusses the emotional state disorders that occur in patients with psychosomatic illnesses, their role in the severity of the disease and its negative consequences. It is noted that various somatic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal diseases are often manifested by emotional state disorders and conversely, in these diseases emotional sphere disorders prevent complete recovery from the disease. These cases require the organization of psychological care in the clinic of psychosomatic diseases and the implementation of all psychoprophylactic and corrective measures.

A challenge posed by the demographic transition is the funding of the welfare state, which, in the Nordic countries, is relatively generous, and will have to serve growing proportions of older citizens in need of home-help services and nursing homes. Both active workers and pensioners pay income tax. However, by keeping older workers in working life for longer, the tax revenue increases while pension expenses for the government decreases. Most simulation packages provide long line models containing only two input terminals and two output terminals. These models allow testing transient states initiated by the occurrence of interference at the ends of the line. For this reason, it is not possible to study disorders occurring at any point of the electrical network. The article describes in detail the mathematical models of the long line, their implementation in the Matlab environment and exemplary results of computer simulations.
