Symbolic interactionism is presented as a theoretical approach for understanding media choice processes during managerial communications. In an exploratory study, 65 managers from 11 organizations were interviewed about communication incidents involving face-to-face, telephone, electronic mail, and written media. Managers were asked the reasons they chose the particular medium. A content analysis of the reasons suggests that three factors influenced managers' media choices: (a) ambiguity of the message content and richness of the communication medium, (b) symbolic cues provided by the medium, and (c) situational determinants such as time and distance. The findings also indicated the diversity of media use in management communications, with face-to-face selected primarily for content and symbolic reasons, whereas telephone and electronic mail typically were chosen because of situational constraints.

; "This mysterious union could only operate through secret guilds as the government would withstand and they couldn"t change the whole destiny. These secret guilds that are formed upon need are divided into smaller, diverse and socalled enemy groups. From time to time they publish extremely opposing ideas in religion, economics and politics, and these ideas target the administration. However, they actually serve for an unknown core that they all are loyal to, and run by. Within this core lies a driving force, enabling them to govern all the nations in the world." (J.M Hoone Wronski, Histoire et doctrine des Rose-Croix) The ideas I"ll be proposing in my thesis are briefly foreshadowed in the quotation above. To put it simply, There are such secret guilds that have been operating since the beginning of human civilazation. These guilds can build empires or split them into countries If they wish. They interpret the faith system as however they want and seperate it into cults. They first build socio-economic systems and then create a completely opposite counter-models. The reason being is to rule over humanity. They"re daring enough to create even their own enemy before waiting to see the public reaction or feedback. Only themselves decide the social change, the reason for that comes from their desire to steer the humanity according to their interest by keeping everything under control.
