The application of synergetics as a modern transdisciplinary science in radiation physics is discussed. It is shown that the basic concepts of synergetics are very well applicable to the description of the number of radiation processes both in the volume of crystals and on their surfaces. The effectiveness of the approach is demonstrated by the example of the description of the sputtering processes of solids under bombardment by molecular ions and of the explanation of the radiation accident of the «Phobos-Grunt» spacecraft.
Today geology aspires to be in general agreement with the progress of modern natural science. But it can become a cause of crisis of some geological directions. Last decade many researchers were trying to bring geological postulates in accord with synergetics ideas, first of all principles of plate tectonics. We've elected the plate tectonics only because it, in accordance with current belief, focuses many problems and achievements of modern geology and pretends to be a standard of research success. Here it is demonstrated one of general property of lithosphère dynamic processes -cooperativity and, thus, long-range order, -by the example of canonical structures (folds, lenses, fracture networks). A thermo-gravitational instability effect (Bernard's effect) is a model of these processes. Now it is known some attempts to correlate this phenomenon with plate tectonics foundations. But our researches have shown that fundamental tenets of the plate tectonics (such as independent continental drift, two-cell convection, multi-layer convection etc.) are superfluous from synergetic point of view.
Introduction.Today, the development of science, the need to develop a culture of philosophical thinking require further expansion and strengthening of human knowledge, a comprehensive study of events and phenomena taking place in the world, the formation of scientific knowledge about the future of humanity on this basis, as well as the formation of a new approach to the problem of scientific creativity. This, in turn, determines the need for a scientific and philosophical study of the mechanisms of scientific creativity, i.e. intuition, a theoretical justification of its place in scientific knowledge. The Head of State noted that today, looking back at the path we have passed, evaluating the work done over these years, as well as plans for the future, we note that our great and sacred Motherland, which courageously and selflessly overcame the most difficult and difficult trials of restoring national statehood, strengthening political and economic independence, confidently moving forward, relying primarily on its own strength, capabilities and potential, for the sake of building a democratic state, civil society, should always be proud of our noble people. Materials and methods. This article presents the thoughts of the ancient philosopher Pythagoras about the knowledge of the early Universe, the French scientist, philosopher, one of the founders of geometry Rene Descartes and the founder of the direction of intuitionism in modern mathematics, the German philosopher I. Kant, the French mathematician and philosopher Henri Poincare, the Dutch mathematician L.Brower's philosophical thoughts were studied. His scientific arguments on the synergetic analysis of the properties of intuition in scientific knowledge in the interpretation of philosophers were also published. Results and discussions. Intuition is one of the most important concepts of the development of philosophy and science and is in dialectical connection with thinking, including rational and irrational thinking, creativity, in particular with such concepts as "artistic and scientific creativity", "intelligence", "memory", "imagination", "attention", "foresight", "consciousness", "unconscious", "subconscious sphere" and "instinct". A comprehensive analysis of the content and essence of these concepts, the study of scientific, philosophical and intuitive thinking styles on a scientific basis allow us to open new facets of the development of science. Therefore, an in-depth study of this issue has a special scientific significance. "Creativity", "scientific creativity" and "intuition" are interrelated concepts that have interested philosophers since time immemorial. Conclusion. Intuition, intuitive cognition, intuitive thinking is a complex, multifaceted and holistic cognitive process that is directly related to the human psyche, and not only with his emotional and mental abilities to cognition.

The article considers the interaction of science and art, as well as the development of Science Art from the standpoint of the theory of self-organization and the theory of humanitarian-technological revolution. The world is at the point of bifurcation defining the future. The choice of the further trajectory will be largely determined by what is happening in the emotional and intuitive spaces. This, in turn, depends on the development of art, science, philosophy. The article discusses alternative futures and the role of culture in them.Charles Snow wrote about a gap between the two cultures — natural science, answering the question "How?" and looking into the future, and humanities, answering the question "What?" and often reflecting on the past. The growing gap between the two cultures prevents the civilization from relying to the necessary extent on scientific knowledge and leads to its devaluation. The authors show the importance of the "exchange of metaphors" between science and art, allowing to build bridges over the gap of two cultures. Another way to connect these two spaces is the development of interdisciplinary approaches, in particular, the theory of self-organization, or synergetics. In the 1970s, synergetics was conceived as a language that allowed humanitarians, specialists in natural sciences and mathematicians to discuss, formulate and pose common problems, while remaining, nevertheless, in the space of science. Now the central interdisciplinary problem is the study of not only the rational (as during the last three centuries), but also the emotional and intuitive space of human and society.Currently, there are two forecasts materializing — the one of D. Bell, on the transition from the industrial phase of development to the post-industrial, from the world of technology to the world of people, and the one of N.A. Berdyaev, on the transition from the Second Antiquity to the Second Middle Ages. The article shows how this will change the culture itself and its place in society.
This paper discusses aspects of the impact of globalization on the performance and prospects of the development of modern states. Based on the analysis using the theory of synergy or, as it is often called, chaos theory. Originally it was applied to natural phe-nomena, but, for several decades, have been used successfully for the analysis of social phenomena, and in particular public administration. Synergetic, exploring mutual order and chaos in the development of complex systems, combined with articles on a worldwide process of globalization. A look at the society from the standpoint of the problem of order and chaos in the context of globalization provides new addressed such issues as the chang-ing role of the state and public administration in the evolution of social structures. ; The article deals with globalization and its impact on governance in terms of synergy. The author analyzes the phenomenon of reduction of the role of national states under the influence of globalization processes on the basis of synergetic methodology, management theory under uncertainty and multidirectional. Practice globalization of recent years shows that the methods used by the designers of the new synergy of global peace for disruption of social systems that do not meet their requirements. One of the methodological aspects of the justification of this process is to involve the ideas of chaos theory to justify postmodern philosophy. We can conclude that globalization paradigm synergistic blend of, on the one hand, seeks to strengthen the trend towards sustainability of the government as civilization increases the number of common factors amenable to management and control. But on the other hand, it also increases the ...
