"Seit Jahren machen internationale Leistungsstudien deutlich, dass selektive Schulsysteme (auch unter dem Etikett der 'integrierten Gesamtschule') keine anspruchsvollen Kompetenzen hervorbringen, ohne das Prinzip der Chancengleichheit zu vernachlässigen. Deshalb müssen Forschung und Politik an einer radikalen und nachhaltigen Erneuerung unseres Schulsystems arbeiten und die Widerstände gegen eine erneute Reformdiskussion überwinden". (Autorenreferat)

Web topologies are commonly characterised by hierarchical structures and highly unbalanced compositions, as illustrated by the difference of centrality and connectivity as to their elements. The major interest of the problem addressed in this paper lies in restructuring web communities to reduce these initial disequilibria so as to democratise information access or even for the purpose of preserving contents distributed on the Internet. Discussion of this issue thus leads to a hub location problem, formalised by network and integer programming models. Due to its highly complex nature, a GRASP and a tabu search heuristics were developed to find good quality feasible solutions to the problem. The set of test instances includes web communities obtained by crawling the web and using epistemic boundaries, as well as other randomly generated communities, built with specific network analysis software. The experiment demonstrated that the metaheuristics produced low costs and balanced structures, at least for the lower dimension web communities considered. All the redesigned web communities are more closely connected than before and the average distance among their elements reduced.

International Work-Conference on the Interplay Between Natural and Artificial Computation, IWINAC 2013 (5th. 2013, Mallorca, España) ; We consider the fuzzy job shop scheduling problem, which is a variant of the well-known job shop problem, with uncertainty in task durations that we model using fuzzy numbers. We propose a tabu search algorithm for minimising the expected makespan based on reversing arcs within critical blocks. We test the algorithm and then combine it with a genetic algorithm from the literature so we can observe the synergy effect, obtaining better results with the hybrid algorithm than with its components by separate. Finally we compare our hybrid algorithm with a memetic algorithm from the literature and show that even in similar times, our method is better in terms of expected makespan ; This research has been supported by the Spanish Government under research grants FEDER TIN2010-20976-C02-02 and MTM2010-16051

This research effort presents a tabu search algorithm to solve the dynamic airlift loading problem. Given a set of palletized cargo items which require transportation from an aerial port of embarkation to an aerial port of debarkation within a pre-specified time frame, the dynamic airlift loading problem seeks to partition the pallets into aircraft loads, select an efficient and effective subset of aircraft from available aircraft, and assign the pallets to allowable positions on those aircraft. The dynamic airlift loading problem differs from many partitioning and packing problems described in the literature because, in addition to spatial constraints, factors such as allowable cabin load, balance restrictions, and temporal restrictions on cargo and aircraft are included. The algorithm developed in this research, the dynamic airlift loading problem-tabu search, was tested on a variety of problem instances. Since real-world solutions are hand generated by subject matter experts and no previous research effort has solved this specific problem, the algorithmic results are compared to compute lower bounds on the number of aircraft trips required.

The aim of this paper is to express the input-output matrix as a linear ordering problem which is classified as an NP-hard problem. We then use a Tabu search algorithm to find the best permutation among sectors in the input-output matrix that will give an optimal solution. This optimal permutation can be useful in designing policies and strategies for economists and government in their goal of maximizing the gross domestic product.

The freedom in social media communication have not been responded wisely by the citizen of the net (netizen). Sometimes while expressing themselves in the social media, netizens used the taboo words which potentially break the law. The problems chosen in this research is a type of taboo words used by the netizen and also whether these expressed words have a potential to violate the law. The method to collect the data is "Simak bebas libat cakap"(SBLC), it is a method where there is no active communication between interviewer and interviewee but it is only taken the data from internet, then to transcribe the taken data. The following step is analyzing data which used referential equivalent method, then the results of the analysis were presented informally. The findings showed that taboo words used in social media consisted of: (1) obscene words, (2) vulgar language, and (3) nick name and insult. These taboo words potentially violate the government regulation of the Republic Indonesia number 11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions article 27 paragraph (3) and article 45 paragraph (1) as well as article 310 section (1) and article 311 section (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code concerning defamation. Therefore, netizens must be careful in the way how communicate. Criminal Code, defamation, forensic linguistics, ITE Law, netizen, social media, taboo
