This paper summarizes a three-stage study of spiritual influences that play a formative role in male gender identities. During the first stage participants volunteered that spiritual beliefs played an important role in their male development. The second stage asked 100 men to define their particular spiritual beliefs. An item analysis of the responses came up with the ten tenets or beliefs: finding inner wisdom, searching for truth, speaking from the heart, confronting the dark side, loving, working for a better world, passing a test, belonging to something great, following scripture, and believing in destiny. These spiritual beliefs form a continuum extending from isolated spiritual practice to communion with others, sharing beliefs, and traditions. During the final stage 163 men rank ordered these ten tenets according to which ones most influenced their lives.
The aim of this paper is to discuss the main tenets of industrial policy. Industrial policy, as a conscious effort on the part of government to encourage and promote activities specific, industry or sector with an array of policies, through the process of cooperation and coordination with the private sector, is an indispensable tool for steering economic development. It is needed both for developing and developed countries. Due to the information and coordination externalities, the productive forces cannot be developed through the market mechanism itself and the intervention on the part of government is needed. The programmes of an industrial policy need to be tailor made and country specific. However, some of the programmes have been historically shown as effective. Those programmes are: Subsidizing costs of "self-discovery", Developing mechanisms for higher risk finance, Internalizing coordination externalities, Public R&D, Subsidizing general technical training, Taking advantage of nationals abroad (Rodrik 2004). Serbia as a country that has experienced the process of deindustrialisation needs an industrial policy that will take into account the main tenets of the concept of industrial policy.

Describes the foreign policy practice of "eDiscussions," ie, online public consultations, hosted by Foreign Affairs Canada & considers the degree to which this indicates the emergence of a "responsive foreign policy making." Responsiveness as a structural component of political & diplomatic representation is discussed, outlining four modes of responsiveness, before elaborating on the eDiscussion process, including the extent of public involvement. Institutional & organizational challenges created by eDiscussions are considered, contending that this process hinges on the foreign ministry's ability to frame public debates & absorb public inputs effectively. Whether eDiscussions represent improved responsiveness or amount to only a new public diplomacy tool is contemplated. D. Edelman

Education starts informally at home and its definition can change person to person. While Tyler defines education as a period of changing one's behavior pattern, Ertürk's explanation is that education is a period of creating intentional desired change in one's behavior by way of own living and Fidan also describes education as a period of managing people according to specified goals (4). According to today's education system, after 60th month of birth, every child has to start the formal education. Turkish Education System has been being changed so frequent and irregularly. Terminally, private teaching institutions, called dershane, are forced to close down by heavy sanction. Even worse, these institutions are allowed to transform to Private Fundamental High Schools just by changing their signboard. The aim of this study is to go around National Education Ministry's Private Fundamental School judgment that is far from equality in education and from general targets of Turkish National Education System and constituted in accordance with political profits. Reflections of instability of deformed education system by six national education minister changes in fourteen years are observed. The judgment's potential damages to our education system and to the next generations are also remarked. In this study, nine Private Fundamental High School teachers from four different cities were interviewed face to face with question-answer technique about current and potential problems of these schools. The inequality of financial support of National Education Ministry to the Private Fundamental High School students' topic is studied in the light of a 12-question survey applied to 126 teachers and directors and thesis, article, book and explanations of National Education Ministry. Data is analyzed by SPSS 22 program. Percentage distribution of survey participant teachers is %5,6 preschool teacher, ,8 primary school teacher (1-4), ,9 branch teacher (5-8), .8 branch teacher (9-12).
