本文回顧了前近代時期中國傳統婦產科一門的醫學沿革與歐美產科醫學的「現代化」過程,追溯了西方婦產醫學自19世紀中期以來傳入廣州的發展軌跡。同時將目光聚焦於傳統醫學與19世紀傳入廣州的西方醫學,並將兩種體系進行比較。發現在不同的情況下二者表現出不同的利弊,無法評價其各自方法之優劣。而由傳教士所帶來的西法接生因為其統一、規範的操作被務實的廣州人所接受,並被善堂採用而作為慈善服務的一種,從而在廣州傳播並得到普及。可見,在廣州的西化過程中,是國人將適合自身的西方事物融入到本地社會生活中,並在不斷的磨合中完成「現代化」,而非國人克服種種困難,不斷地追求科學等現代指標。 ; 此外,本文描繪廣州社會在20世紀初期接納「西法接生」,並將其作為一種摩登的接生方法而運用的歷史。受教會訓練的「女醫生」已成為一種正當的職業在社會上存在,「西法接生」這種由西醫外科衍變而來的技術為女醫生所利用,成為她們執業的亮點。通過善堂的贈接生善舉,「西法接生」在廣州的認知度得以提升,直至政府將婦女生產納入其衛生行政體系,並對接生從業者加以規管。可見,廣州婦女分娩的「現代化」並非得力於政府衛生行政的推動,而是在更早時期自發出現的。 ; 通過比較香港、北京、廣州、上海四地政府對助產人員的規管條例,不同城市顯示出各自的特色。北京、上海借助西方公共衛生行政管理方法,集中對產婆進行培訓、登記,使其接生操作符合衛生行政要求,從而建立出一套適應中國社情的混合式制度,並以這一模式進行婦女生產的「現代化」。在中國醫療西化的過程中,不同的地方社會有著不同的衛生行政管理軌跡。 ; This article examines the introduction, development, and proliferation of western Obstetrics, in particular the Midwifery, in Canton from 1860s to 1930s. By comparing and contrasting treatment of childbirth by traditional Chinese Midwifery in pre-modern period, especially the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Western Midwifery brought to Canton in this period, it is concluded that, subscribed to each distinctive medical theories, the two applied different views and strategies on the course of childbirth. Nevertheless, from an overall perspective, western Midwifery didn't display obvious advantages compared with the Chinese traditional one. During the period of 1890s and 1920s, local philanthropic organizations actively promoted the approach and benefits of western midwifery to the local community to the childbirth modernity. ; In addition, the modernization on childbirth in Canton was different to which in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. In Beijing and Shanghai, the Municipal Governments established a new blended system legislating the centralized training and registration of traditional midwives to archive childbirth modernization with the application of western public health methods. 田漢(1898-1968)是中國現代文學的重要劇作家之一。他亦以電影劇本作家、戲曲作家、詩人、小說家、散文家、翻譯家、歌詞作家、文學評論家和社會活動家知名於世。田漢雖在文學史上有著舉足輕重的地位,其研究卻長期受到政治因素制約。新時期以來,田漢研究轉趨活躍,但論者多從比較文學的角度分析其作品。本論文希望從田漢在日本大正時期留學的經歷,考察其早期藝術生命之形成。 ; 大正時期,日本在經濟、文化、社會價值觀各方面都有著激烈變動,「兩性解放」為其時代精神,「新女性」的話題非常盛行。論者雖然大多留意到女性角色和婚戀議題在田漢早期作品的重要,但甚少提及田漢留日時期的經歷與其作品的關係。田漢是中國留日學生,早在日本時期即已開展話劇創作。除對外國文學的接受外,田漢實際上亦受到日本化的西方思想、運動和生活方式,例如女性解放理論、劇場運動和咖啡店文化所影響,而這些影響更以不同方式滲透到其早期作品中。本論文旨在闡述這些因素在田漢早期創作生命中所起的作用,尤其是他對女性和婚戀議題的思考和取態。本論文的研究範圍涵括田漢在二十世紀二十年代的整個創作歷程。 ; 本論文共分五章,內容如下:第一章為導論,簡介田漢研究的情況、本論文的研究範圍、目的和方法。第二章至第四章討論大正時期不同的社會文化因素與田漢早期作品的關係。第二章考察田漢早期作品對日本大正時期女性解放理論的接受和轉化,以及田漢對當時社會戀愛事件的評價。第三章闡述藝術座的新劇運動,以及其創立人島村抱月和松井須磨子的戀愛事跡對田漢早期創作生命的影響。第四章從大正時代的咖啡店文化出發,分析田漢一系列不同文類、以咖啡店女侍為主角的早期作品。第五章為總結。 ; Tian Han (1898-1968) is one of the most prominent dramatists of modern Chinese literature. He is also renowned as a film scriptwriter, xiqu (traditional Chinese drama) writer, poet, novelist, proser, translator, lyricist, literary critic and social activist. Nevertheless, the study of Tian had long been at a standstill due to political reasons. Since the 1980s, most of the researches have been conducted from the approach of comparative literature. This thesis, however, traces the development of Tian's literary life by examining his experiences in Japan during the Taisho Period. ; During the Taisho Period, Japan experienced tremendous changes in economy, culture and social values, with "sex liberation considered as the zeitgeist and "new women as a popular issue. Many scholars have discussed the significance of female characters and the theme of "love and marriage in Tian's early works, but they seldom mentioned the influences by Tian's experiences in Japan. Tian, as a returned Chinese student, had started his playwright career in Japan. 本文主要考察社会主义中国的文化政策经历了怎样的发展变化,并试图回答自1949年以来中国共产党是如何介入与领导当代中国的文化,其文化治理的理论与实践又是如何发展与转变,对文化领域又产生了怎样的影响。 ; 与只对政策文件进行解读的传统政策研究不同,本研究采用文化的政治经济学和文化社会学取经,结合宏观与微观、观念与实践两个层面,对上述问题进行考察与分析,从而梳理出中国文化政策发展变化的历史脉络。除了对中共制订的政策文件及主要思想理论进行梳理与分析外,本文选取了代表中国社会主义国家特色的上海市工人文化宮及其话剧生产为个案研究对象,通过文献研究、实地考察、深度访谈、历史比较分析等方法,具体深入地考察文化主体与文化政策之间的关系,尤其是在后毛泽东时代的发展变化,以此勾勒出社会主义中国文化政策从思维到实践的运动轨迹。 ; 本文希望通过这一研究可以在以下三个方面有所贡献:(1)梳理出一种社会主义中国的文化政策的历史脉络;(2)试图通过个体深访和个体口述史,来考察社会主义中国文化政策与个体的关系,从而在微观上提供关于社会主义中国文化政策的重要实证数据。并且,(3)在中观和宏观的层面上建议一种关于社会主义中国文化政策研究的理论框架,作为今后这一研究课题发展的一个基础;(4)通过比较中国与西方发达资本主义国家之间文化政策发展与运动趋势的异同,反思中国文化政策的转型,从而为推进中国文化政策的发展与进步建言。最后,希望本论文可以对社会主义国家或发展中国家的文化政策研究提供中国经验的参考与启发。需要强调的是,本文并非急于给社会主义中国文化政策的历史变迁下定论,限于历史资料收集的有限性和文化政策历时研究的复杂性,本文主要是通过现有的史料和相关数据,来做一项关于社会主义中国文化政策领域的开拓性的基础研究,也是为日后中国文化政策研究的发展做一种铺垫。 ; The thesis project attempts to answer the questions about how the Chinese Communist Party governs the cultural domain in Contemporary China, and how the cultural governance develops and influences cultural production in China since 1949. ; This research tries systematically explores the development of the cultural policy of Socialist China by focusing on Shanghai Municipal Workers Palace of Culture and its cultural production, which is an understudied topic in Chinese Studies. Through investigating the CCP's theories, thoughts and policies in cultural sphere, the ways and rules of producing literature and art, it will systematically analyze the relationship of the Chinese party-state and culture in different historical periods, and illustrate the development of the CCP's cultural policy from theory to practice. ; The study mainly adopts Cultural Political Economy and Sociology of Culture approaches. 本研究从超常规色彩强烈的重大灾害危机处置入手,分析当代中国动员体制在改革时代的变化特征,以此为切入点来考察动员这项"革命制度遗产对当代中国政治的影响。本研究以中国政府在地震领域的危机动员实践作为实证案例,从1949年以后的不同时期选取四场震例进行纵向比较,以此来把握中国政府在危机条件下启动的政治动员在不同的政治发展阶段会呈现出什么样的整体特点。中国在地震领域的危机动员实践能够证明,中国的政治动员体制比传统动员政治研究假定的要更具动态性。兴起于革命时代的政治动员在进入改革时代以后依然能够延续,并没有随着乌托邦意识形态、计划经济乃至全能主义体制的整体瓦解而走向直线衰落。至少作为中国政府独特的公共危机处置手段,政治动员在改革时代呈现出的变化轨迹是复杂的,成形于全能主义时期的动员政治元素在改革时代不仅没有直接衰败,在某些阶段还重新获得了发展动力,能够与改革时代出现和或者强化的动员模式并存。本研究通过观察中国政府跨越不同政治经济发展阶段的地震危机动员实践发现,中国政府涉灾财政能力和行政能力的发展均衡程度,以及中国政治精英对国家在灾害治理领域角色定位的认知变化,能够对中国政府的地震危机动员模式产生重要影响;既包括s新模式兴起和旧模式衰落,也包括新旧模式的共存。而且,尽管国家能力和国家意愿之间没有必然关联,可是一旦两个因素出现比较同步的增强,还能够为这种"革命制度遗产在改革提供新的制度化动力,促成动员模式更进一步的变化。本研究的结论是,只要作为关键动员主体的中共政权在规范和结构上保持相对稳定,政治动员仍将会是中国政府重要的危机管理工具。而且随着中国政府有更强的意愿和能力来承担公共服务供给职责,政治动员形式和内涵都会有所改变。曾经具有很强非正式和应急色彩的政治动员不仅会变得越来越常态化,而且还会成为正规、任务内容更加广泛的中国涉灾公共治理体系的重要组成部分。 ; This research investigates the dynamics and resilience of China's politlical moblization by making hsitrocial comparison of Chinese government's management of earthquake disasters across four decades. The author selects four major earthquake catastrophesTangshan, Lancang-Gengma, Lijiang, and Wenchuanfrom different historical periods to examine how Chinese government mobilized different types of subjects to contain and control crises under different political, social, and economic conditions. Based upon participatory and non-participatory observation, interviews, and extensive document analyses, this research reveals that China's political mobilization, at least in the issue area of catastrophe management, has demonstrated a more complicated trajectory of change than predicted by most mainstream politilcal theories, espeically in the post-revolutionary era featured by increasing socio-economic pluralization and political liberalization. Insitutional elements promoting mass particpation and self-sufficience thriving in the revolutionary stage not only continue to function in the reform era, but also coexist with newly emerged mobilizational elements featured by increased state dominance, formal legal procedures, and professional expertise. ...

近年来,针对就业和就学中遭遇歧视的困境,中国乙肝携带者发起一场要求消除歧视、维护合法权益的抗争运动。为什么乙肝携带者就业歧视问题在中国如此显著?面对国家和市场这两大最具权势的系统,公民社会将何以对抗?本文旨在从社会学的视角对这场"将'乙肝'去除"的运动进行解读。 ; 本文采用个案研究方法,以北京益仁平中心为主要研究对象,围绕 "乙肝"在中国的建构和重构过程,将研究聚焦于三个方面:第一,乙肝污名化过程以及国家、市场中的话语权;第二,反乙肝歧视维权运动的条件和动员机制;第三,"将'乙肝'去除"中的政治和权力话语三角。 ; 本文从社会运动理论中的资源动员、政治机会结构和框架理论出发解读中国乙肝携带者的维权运动;将运动中的微观景象与宏观社会结构结合起来,考察影响乙肝携带者维权运动的主要因素以及运动的动员机制。研究伊始分别从国家和市场两个领域审视乙肝歧视问题在中国的建构过程,阐明乙肝污名化是政府权威以及市场中医药商和医学权威共谋下的合力作用,从而为乙肝携带者反歧视抗争运动的后续研究选择一个合适的立足点。笔者在案例中发现,组织在维权运动中将乙肝携带者群体动员起来,采取有效的策略,充分利用其在资源获得方面的优势、建立乙肝维权组织网络、善于把握时机营造政治机会空间、并能够吸纳律师和媒体的专业力量是维权行动能取得成功的重要因素。 ; 组织在维权行动中的话语框架对运动的发展至关重要。乙肝携带者群体对组织运动框架的认同是动员成功的基础;掌握定义"乙肝"的主动权、运动领袖的可信性、框架话语表达的日常化、与媒体的良好关系等策略有助于框架在动员中与参与者、旁观者产生共鸣;抗争精英通过话语框架为抗争活动提供合法性。 ; 反乙肝歧视维权运动可以看作是一个"将'乙肝'去除"的"去污名化"运动。一方面,中央政府与地方政府有着各自自主性利益;另一方面,乙肝携带者群体内部就抗争形式也难以统一,这两种分裂情况交叉形成了一个围绕"将'乙肝'去除"的,以规则、效益和权利为话语的权力三角,支撑反歧视行动的抗争空间。权力三角的多变性决定去除"乙肝"的行动是有策略的、冒险的,但却相对稳定。 ; Hepatitis B Virus carriers (HBVers) have launched series social movements targeting at eliminating discriminations against HBVers in job market and promoting fair employment in recent decade of years. Why does nowhere match the HBV discrimination in such country like China? How is contentious politics possible when the powerless engage in struggles with power holders, like state and market in China? The thesis attempts to learn the intricacies of body politics with sociological approaches. ; Yirenping, a NGO located in Beijing, is selected as research object in this case study.
