Abstract

TELEWORK AND ITS MAIN DETERMINANTS. A REVIEW OF LITERATURE
In: Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Braşov. Series VII, Social sciences, law, Band 14(63), Heft 2, S. 337-344
ISSN: 2066-771X
Even though home-working and teleworking are very common words used often nowadays, they do not name a new phenomenon. Working from people's homes was a common practice in the pre-industrial era, because many people worked primarily close to their homes in various craft workshops. The actual context of COVID-19 associated with contact restrictions has influenced many companies to allow their employees to work from home to reduce the possibility of infections, so it can be seen as a significant change in this perspective. Analyzing both new and old studies on the subject, it is clear that the phenomenon has evolved and its most significant changes have occurred in the last period, in addition to providing a broad perspective on this type of work. The study focuses on the effects of teleworking on productivity, attitudes toward home-based telework and traditional office work, work-life balance, hybrid work mechanisms, and environmental benefits.

THE NECESSITY OF COUPLE EDUCATION REGARDING THE IMPACT OF ONLINE INFIDELITY ON ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS
In: Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Braşov. Series VII, Social sciences, law, Band 14(63), Heft 2, S. 307-316
ISSN: 2066-771X
The main objective of this study was to investigate behavioural and emotional cues that could predict engaging in unfaithful behaviour online. Starting from the use and gratification theory, this study shows how people satisfy certain personal needs which are not fulfilled in their romantic relationships using social networks. A number of 250 participants, (N = 250) completed the SONTUS scale of time spent on social networks, the TILES scale, which reports the interference of technology in everyday life, and the SMIRB scale for online infidelity. Time spent on social networks and the interference of technology in everyday life predict infidelity in the online environment. It is necessary to educate couples on this subject.

In: Oradea journal of business and economics, Band 9, Heft 1, S. 124-132
ISSN: 2501-3599
This paper endeavors to assess the overall level of employees' perception of corporate sustainable development (CSD) across its three defining dimensions – economic, social, and environmental. Variations in the perceived significance based on individual and professional characteristics among employees are additionally identified. The research methodology involves conducting Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on the information collected from a survey distributed to employees of companies operating in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector within Romania's Western region. The findings affirm a direct, restrictive and positive impact of employees' socio-professional characteristics on their perception of CSD.
