Este artículo presenta una conceptualización y teorización del término 'sostenibilidad' desde sus movilidades y tensiones. El análisis se refleja en cuatro ámbitos principales: lo filosófico, lo cultural, lo económico y lo pedagógico. Tales tensiones, que en sí mismas contienen una discusión político-ambiental y social, están enmarcadas en la pregunta por la realidad Latinoamericana y Colombiana para el caso de la adopción de políticas, individuales y colectivas, frente al ambiente.ABSTRACTThis article presents a concept and a theory about 'sustainability' from its moves and tensions. In this paper we shall approach to the following topics: philosophy for children and inclusive education. The main thesis we argue are: (i) It is necessary for our educational system to increase the learning of philosophy and (ii) Teaching philosophy to children could have a positive effect in the programme of inclusive education that Panamanian society is carrying out. ; En este trabajo abordaremos dos temas: la filosofía para niños y la educación inclusiva. Las ideas que defenderemos son básicamente las siguientes: (i) es necesario extender la enseñanza de la filosofía, (ii) la implementación de la enseñanza de la filosofía a los niños podría tener un impacto positivo en el programa de educación inclusiva que promueve la sociedad panameña.

Resumen: En las últimas décadas la ciudadanía se ha convertido en uno de los grandes temas de la filosofía de derecho, la sociología, las ciencias políticas y generalmente del interés público. En una nueva era de migraciones mundializadas y en tiempos de crisis econó- mico mundial, acentuado en países como España, se levantan las voces que piden un cierre de las fronteras para proteger las sociedades occidentales. Las migraciones no solamente parecen representar una amenaza para el estado de bienestar y la cohesión social, sino también para la identidad nacional, la cultura y forma de vida de las sociedades occidentales. En este contexto el autor de este artículo se plantea varias preguntas: ¿Existe una tendencia en la política europea hacia una nueva asimilación cultural? ¿Cuál es el poder homogeneizador que tiene el Estado-nación en un sentido cultural? ¿Cuál es el papel que tiene la ciudadanía en estos procesos? A base de un análisis de un estudio sobre los procesos de aculturación de dos colectivos de inmigrantes, realizado por un grupo de investigación de la Universidad de Almería, el autor intenta encontrar respuestas a estas preguntas. Abstract: Over the last decades citizenship has become one of the most important topics of philosophy of law, sociology, political science and the public interest in general. In times of globalized migrations and world-wide economic crises, most notably in countries like Spain, more and more people demand a closing of the borders to protect western societies. Migration not only seems to represent a threat for the welfare state and social cohesion, but also for the national identity, the culture and way of life of the western societies. In this context the author considers a number of questions. Does there exist a tendency towards a new cultural assimilation in Europe? What kind of power does the nation-state have in the context of cultural homogenization? What´s the role played by citizenship during this process? On the basis of an investigation about the acculturation process of two immigrant groups, realized by a research group of the University of Almeria, the author tries to answer these questions.

Two of the recurrent topics in Edgar Allan Poe's (1809-1849) work are the origin and order of the world, which this author considered expressions of a superior spiritual reality, and for the approach of which he wrote some texts that went from the philosophy of furniture and landscaping to cosmology in an attempt to explain the sense of the physical world for human beings, as well as its impact on them from forms, magnitudes and distribution.

The article seeks to demonstrate the strong late medieval voluntaristic legacy of Scotus in modern political philosophy, especially in Bodin, Machiavelli, and Hobbes, but also in Locke, Rousseau, and Kant. It examines the Scotist conception of power and its philosophical-theological foundations, as well as some of the topics of his "new" metaphysics and anthropology in order to identify their direct or indirect conse­quences for modern political philosophy. ; Se busca mostrar la fuerte herencia voluntarista tardo-medieval de origen escotista en la filosofía política moderna, sobre todo en Bodino, Maquiavelo y Hobbes, pero también en Locke, Rousseau y Kant. Se examina la concepción escotista del poder y su fundamentación filosófico-teológica, así como algunos tópicos de su "nueva" metafísica y antropología para desglosar sus consecuencias directas o indirectas en la filosofía política moderna.

In contrast to the abundant literature on Plato's rich characters, very little has been said so far about the places and their political meaning in his works, as if they were contingent to the various topics discussed. On the contrary, my claim is that these places are of primary importance to understand how Plato's political philosophy operates as a process of transformation and displacement of places, in their meaning and function and, sometimes, in their organization as well. I will first show why and how places are important in Plato's political thought. En este artículo se expone una compendiada disertación sobre los confines del derecho y la moral, tema de suma y capital importancia para la filosofía del derecho y verdadero cabo de hornos o de las tormentas de la ciencia y la filosofía jurídica, donde tantos sistemas, al intentar remontarlo y quizá salvar a los anteriores, han naufragado. Nuestro objetivo es exponer el desarrollo histórico de esta relación desde la edad antigua, la medieval y la moderna, para dar cuenta de cómo la filosofía jurídica krausista se imbrica en este contexto y cómo ha dado respuestas que han dejado tras de sí frutos interesantes y de gran vigencia en el campo de la filosofía jurídica. Por último, trataremos de exponer algunas de las cuestiones que la filosofía del derecho krausista abrió a la discusión jurídica de su tiempo, y que fueron enormemente originales y precursoras de lo que aún hoy en día continúa siendo objeto de debate en las áreas de Filosofía Del Derecho y Filosofía Política. ; In this article we present a dissertation on the limits of law and morality, a topic of supreme importance for the Philosophy of Law and the real cape horn or the storms of Science and Legal Philosophy, where so many systems, when trying to overcome it and perhaps save the previous ones, have been shipwrecked. Our aim is to expose the historical development of this relationship from ancient, medieval and modern age, to give an account of how the Krausist legal philosophy was interwoven in this context and how it has given answers that have left interesting results of great validity in the field of legal philosophy. Finally, we expose some of the topics that the philosophy of law opened to the juridical discussions of its time, and which were enormously original and precursors of what still is being debated today in the areas of Philosophy of Law and Political Philosophy.
