Our report is to help combat the effects of combat trauma a of those, who have recently stood up for Ukraine. Work must be done to create a safe and comfortable, wellness space that encourages one's creativity. This space gives a new strength and in the former, warrior can feels the taste of life and then return to society with healthy psychological condition.The aim of the study is to study the innovations in the rehabilitation of ATO/OOS participants based on the work of a psychotherapist in a military hospital.Materials and methods. The statistical reports of the rehabilitation department of the Kremenchug Regional Hospital for War Veterans of the Poltava Regional Council were analyzed, as well as reports on the work of a psychologist and psychotherapist.Results. Most of the interviewed servicemen 73.8% – in 2016, 75.6% – in 2017, 62% – in 2018 did not have any symptoms of anxiety and depression, but there is a tendency for a gradual decrease in specific gravity every year from 73, 8% in 2016 to 62% in 2018. On the other hand, signs of subclinical anxiety and depression in this contingent have been increasing every year, namely, in 2016, among participants of ATO/OOS, there were signs of subclinical anxiety (almost 9.2% of respondents), in second place signs of subclinical depression (7.0% in accordance). On the other hand, in 2017, 31 persons (8.5%) were the most alarmed servicemen, with 25 people in second place (6.7%) with subclinical anxiety. And in 2018 among respondents, the highest percentage with subclinical anxiety was 102 people (16.2%) and subclinical depression – 76 people (12.1%).Conclusions. Therefore, the presence of ATO/OOS military personnel with a steady upward trend in the number of patients with signs of subclinical anxiety and depression requires the earliest possible start of psychological rehabilitation, as long as there is a high rehabilitation potential and a positive outlook for rehabilitation.

В результаті її реалізації було створено понад 800 об'єднаних територіальних громад (ОТГ), які охопили третину території України. The paper provides a comprehensive study of the problem of combating racial discrimination in the United States. The main factors influencing the intensification of protest movements have been identified. The main phases and their specifics of the political process of combating racial discrimination are highlighted. A model of the process of combating racial discrimination in the United States has been formed. Special attention is paid to the study of the structure and levels of racial discrimination in American society, which has helped to provide a better structuring and understanding of this issue. An analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators of the object, identified general trends in the development of anti-discrimination movements in the United States. In September 2011, Ukraine began the process of joining the partnership by joining the International Initiative Open Government Partnership, which aims to increase the level of openness and transparency of public bodies, the introduction of high standards of professional integrity in public administration. The OpenGovernment initiative raises and raises the issue of improving the efficiency of democratic institutions in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to review the experience of the United States and European countries. The article provides a comparative analysis of the foreign experience of reforming state power, on the basis of which it was concluded that the process of reforming the state power had a very important political motivation in connection with the crisis of confidence in democratic countries at the end of the twentieth century to the traditional political institutes of representative democracy, which ensured its legitimacy throughout the century - parties, elections, parliaments, the state as a whole. The format of the initiative "Open Government" is considered, within the framework of which the state assumes clear commitments on the specified priorities. The official goal of this initiative is to ensure an unprecedented level of government openness, to create a system of transparency, participation and cooperation of government agencies with citizens and interest groups of the public, private and non-profit sectors in the formation and implementation of policy decisions. It is concluded that the use of experience of foreign countries with effective systems of informational openness of the authorities can bring significant benefits in the process of improving the activities of state authorities of Ukraine. However, it should be borne in mind that each country has its own specifics and blind borrowing of "foreign" samples is unlikely to bring the expected results. Therefore, Ukraine needs its own model of the system of information openness of power, which will take into account national specifics, features of historical development, political, socio-economic, cultural, socio-psychological and other factors. ; У вересні 2011 року Україна почала процедуру вступу в партнерство та приєдналася до Міжнародної ініціативи «Партнерство «Відкритий Уряд»», яка спрямована на підвищення рівня відкритості та прозорості діяльності державних органів, упровадження високих стандартів професійної чесності в державному управлінні. Ініціатива «Відкритий Уряд» актуалізує і ставить на порядок денний питання про підвищення ефективності демократичних інститутів в Україні. Метою статті є розгляд досвіду Сполучених Штатів Америки і європейських країн. У статті проведено порівняльний аналіз закордонного досвіду реформування державної влади, на основі якого зроблено висновок про те, що процес реформування державної влади мав дуже важливу політичну мотивацію у зв'язку із кризою довіри в демократичних країнах наприкінці ХХ століття до традиційних політичних інститутів представницької демократії, які забезпечували її легітимність протягом усього століття, - партій, виборів, парламентів, держави загалом. Розглядається формат ініціативи «Відкритий Уряд», у рамках якої держава бере на себе чіткі зобов'язання за вказаними пріоритетами. Офіційна мета даної ініціативи - забезпечення безпрецедентного рівня відкритості уряду, створення системи прозорості, участі та співпраці урядових агентств із громадянами і групами інтересів публічного, приватного та некомерційного секторів у формуванні та реалізації політичних рішень. Зроблено висновок про те, що застосування досвіду закордонних країн, що мають ефективні системи інформаційної відкритості органів влади, може принести помітну користь у процесі вдосконалення діяльності органів державної влади України. Проте варто враховувати, що кожна країна має свою специфіку, сліпе запозичення «чужих» зразків навряд чи принесе очікувані результати. Тому Україні необхідна власна модель системи інформаційної відкритості влади, що враховуватиме національну специфіку, особливості історичного розвитку, політичні, соціально-економічні, культурні, соціально-психологічні й інші чинники.

The article focuses on the «Intellectual Dark Web», an informal group of scholars, publicists, and activists who openly opposed the identity politics, political correctness, and the dominance of leftist ideas in American intellectual life. The author examines the reasons for the emergence of this group, names the main representatives and finds that the existence of «dark intellectuals» is the evidence of important problems in US public discourse.The term «Intellectual Dark Web» was coined by businessman Eric Weinstein to describe those who openly opposed restrictions on freedom of speech by the state or certain groups on the grounds of avoiding discrimination and hate speech. Extensive discussion of the phenomenon of «dark intellectuals» began after the publication of Barry Weiss's article «Meet the renegades from the «Intellectual Dark Web» in The New York Times in 2018. The author writes of «dark intellectuals» as an informal group of «rebellious thinkers, academic apostates, and media personalities» who felt isolated from traditional channels of communication and therefore built their own alternative platforms to discuss awkward topics that were often taboo in the mainstream media. One of the most prominent members of this group, Canadian clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson, publicly opposed the C-16 Act in September 2016, which the Canadian government aimed to implement initiatives that would prevent discrimination against transgender people. Peterson called it a direct interference with the right to freedom of speech and the introduction of state censorship. Other members of the group had a similar experience that their views were not accepted in the scientific or media sphere. The existence of the «Intellectual Dark Web» indicates the problem of political polarization and the reduction of the ability to find a compromise in the American intellectual sphere and in American society as a whole.Key words: intellectuals; USA; liberals; conservatives; Intellectual Dark Web; Jordan Peterson. ; У статті йдеться про «темну мережу інтелектуалів» – неформальне об'єднання науковців, публіцистів та активістів, які відкрито виступили проти політики ідентичності, політкоректності і домінування лівих ідей в американському інтелектуальному житті. An issue of optimization of estimating and counting of inventory in Ukrainian accounting based on American practices was studied in this article. Amidst the aspects analyzed and compared were accounting regulations of Ukraine and the United States, methodology, techniques and appropriate technologies that are commonly used in the two countries. The main obstacles of adapting of American practices of inventory counting in Ukraine, according to the conclusions made by the authors, are impossibility of applying those practices in the way they function in the United States due to far more narrow regulation field in Ukraine and supposed inability of the vast majority of Ukrainian companies to afford soft-and-hardware which are implied to be used within certain inventory methods.The necessity of adopting of inventory counting to the needs of modern businesses in Ukraine is far relevant due to fact that the core and some methods used were designed for enterprises that had been functioning in Planned Economy of the Soviet Union and don't fully satisfy needs of Market Economy. This issue can be solved by adopting regulations and laws that wider the list of legal counting and estimating methods for inventory. Another reason which approves the necessity of improving Ukrainian accounting system of inventory is its technological obsolescence. As the techniques and technologies fully depend on legislative permissions of use, the pre-step of renewing must be done by the Ministry of Finance. The next step, in the opinion of the authors, should be tackled in common by the state and within entrepreneurial initiatives in order to design affordable software and hardware which would meet costs, simplify, accelerate the process of estimation and inventory and make it more accurate. Among the methods of estimating and inventory counting, the authors consider the following to be successfully applied in Ukrainian accounting: cycle counting inventory method which can be more appropriate for big trading companies with wide range of goods and the method of continuous counting which can be used by small trading firms, more commonly retail ones. ; Стаття присвячена питанню оптимізації оцінки й інвентаризації запасів в українській системі обліку на основі американського досвіду, зокрема методів для його здійснення. Були розглянуті різні аспекти обліку запасів, такі, як законодавче забезпечення, методологічна, технічна і технологічна складові, що застосовуються в Україні і США – їх було проаналізовано та порівняно в розрізі двох країн. Було визначено, що основною перешкодою до застосування окремих практик є їх неадаптованість до українського законодавства, а також імовірна неспроможність більшості українських підприємств технічно забезпечити облік запасів частково або повністю використовуючи американські методики через відносно високу вартість відповідного програмного та апаратного забезпечення. Отже, з метою вдосконалення обліку запасів в українській обліковій системі необхідні положення, що розширять перелік дозволених методів та розробка доступних за вартістю програмного та технічного забезпечення.

This paper represents a comparative study of cognitive and discursive contrasts in toxic political discourses in the United States and Ukraine. Toxicity is the perception of the behavior of a political figure that causes moral harm or discriminates against the addressee; it is characterized by radical trends in politicians' and influencers' worldviews to the right or left being the result of assigning the attribute "toxic" to representatives of opposing socio-political groups. Politicians' utterances are toxic if they are aimed at destroying the beliefs and preferences of the opponent with harmful consequences for his/her personality or image. The study is based on videos of speeches delivered by American (Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Ann Coulter) and Ukrainian (Iryna Herashchenko, Oleh Liashko, Iryna Farion, Illia Kyva, and Oleksii Honcharenko) politicians labeled as "toxic" in the media. The paper is aimed at identifying common and distinctive means of verbal and nonverbal expression of toxicity in the speeches of American and Ukrainian politicians. The verbal markers of toxicity include the politicians' explicit use of ideological, national, gender-related and other utterances that demean another person and discriminate against him/her. The nonverbal markers of toxicity encompass the manner of speaking (aggressive, loud, fast, screaming, hysterical, ostentatious, exaggerated) and his/her kinesics (tense movements and posture, clenched fists, impulsive gestures and head movements, exaggerated body movements and facial expressions, eyes, grimacing). The contrasting feature of the toxic speech behavior of American politicians is discriminating racist and sexist statements, which are conceptually related to the #BlackLivesMatter and #MeToo movements and explicate ideological and gender-related toxic thematic zones. Toxic themes in Ukrainian politics ignore gender-related issues, but focus on the conflicting ideological national-patriotic block of concepts ("Ukraine above all", "Ukraine is not Russia", "colonial status", "language issue"). The commonality of the political discourses of the United States and Ukraine is the aggressive-emotional type of toxic politicians, whose speech is characterized by confrontational tactics of accusations and insults of the opponent, as well as active involvement of impulsive gestures and head movements, exaggerated facial expressions and aggressive speech to kinesically enhance verbal toxicity. ; Статтю присвячено зіставному дослідженню когнітивно-дискурсивних контрастів токсичних політичних дискурсів у США й Україні. Токсичність – це сприйняття поведінки політичної фігури, яка завдає моральної шкоди або дискримінує адресата, характеризується радикальною спрямованістю поглядів політиків і суспільно значущих осіб у праву або ліву сторону і є результатом приписування атрибута "токсичний" представникам протилежної соціально-політичної групи. Висловлювання політика є токсичними, якщо вони скеровані на руйнування переконань та уподобань опонента і мають шкідливі наслідки для його/її особистості або іміджу. Матеріалом дослідження слугували відеозаписи виступів американських (Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter) та українських (Ірина Геращенко, Олег Ляшко, Ірина Фаріон, Ілля Кива, Олексій Гончаренко) політиків, яким у медіа приписано ознаку «токсичний». Мета дослідження – визначити спільні та відмінні засоби вербального та невербального вираження токсичності в промовах політиків США та України. До вербальних маркерів вираження токсичності відносимо експліковане використання політиком ідеологічних, національних, гендерних та інших висловлювань, які принижують особистість іншої людини і дискримінують її. Невербальні маркери вираження токсичності включають манеру говоріння політика (агресивна, голосна, швидка, вересклива, істерична, пафосна, утрирувана) та його міміку і рухи (напружені рухи і поза, стиснуті кулаки, імпульсивні рухи рук і голови, перебільшені рухи тіла і міміка, розширені очі, кривляння). Контрастною рисою токсичної мовленнєвої поведінки американських політиків є дискримінуючі расистські та сексистські висловлювання, які концептуально пов'язані із рухами #BlackLivesMatter та #MeToo і експлікують ідеологічну та гендерну токсичні тематичні зони. Токсичність тематичних зон в українській політиці не торкається гендерних проблем, але для неї також є конфліктним блок ідеологічних національнопатріотичних концептів («Україна понад усе», «Україна не Росія», «колоніальний статус», «мовне питання»). Спільним для політичних дискурсів США та України є агресивно-емоційний тип токсичних політиків, мовлення яких характеризується конфліктними тактиками звинувачення та образи опонента, а також активним залученням імпульсивних рухів рук і голови, перебільшеної міміки й агресивної манери говоріння для кінесичного посилення вербальної токсичності.
