The number of jobs in Indonesia nowadays is not comparable with the amount of labor, causing high levels of unemployment in the country. This situation has become one of the challenges that must be faced in order to pursue the country's development in a better direction. The government has rightly acknowledged the need to increase its efforts to reduce unemployment levels by creating new jobs or promoting entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research was to explore the influence of the antecedents of entrepreneurial intention among students of Airlangga University. The research used survey methods in relation to 68 student participants in the WEBS activity unit in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Airlangga University. Using a partial least square statistical tool (SmartPLS 2.0, SmartPLS GmbH, Boenningstedt, Germany), the results of the study showed that individual skills aligned with attitudes towards entrepreneurial behavior, perceived environmental dynamism aligned with perceived entrepreneurial behavior control, attitudes towards entrepreneurial behavior aligned with entrepreneurial intentions, and subjective norms aligned with entrepreneurial intentions in positive and statistically significant relationships. However, although the relationships between perceived environmental support and perceived entrepreneurial behavior control, and perceived entrepreneurial behavior control and entrepreneurial intentions were positive, they were not statistically significant.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of internal quality assurance at the Pacific Morotai University and provide detailed findings regarding the obstacles faced by the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) of the Pacific Morotai University, North Maluku. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Pacific University of Morotai, North Maluku. Data were collected based on document tracing, observation, and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation of internal quality assurance at the University of Pacific Morotai faces obstacles in the lack of auditors who have an understanding and number of human resources in carrying out monitoring and evaluation tasks. The technical implementing unit formed by LPM in carrying out its duties only consists of six people spread across six faculties with details of one person for each faculty. The impact is due to the lack of auditors who are experts in quality assurance, so it affects external quality assurance or accreditation. In fact, the university does not yet have an institutional accreditation status and eleven study programs have the same accreditation rating, namely C. Thus, the implementation of quality assurance is not carried out optimally and properly monitored as a result it is difficult to measure the achievement of the university's quality in setting higher education standards

© 2021 The Authors. In an era of mass extinction, who gets a life jacket, who is left to drown or swim—and on what basis? This article addresses these questions by analyzing how tropes and practices of responsibility are variously enacted, reworked, contested, and refused across the global nexus of orangutan conservation. Drawing on multisited, collaborative ethnography, we trace the mutually constitutive relation between multiple orangutan figures and commons imaginaries at different nodes of conservation—from environmental activism in the Global North to NGO-villager encounters in rural Borneo. In so doing, we "uncommon" international conservation's encompassing planetary imaginaries, showing how dominant portrayals of the orangutan as a global responsibility are translated and fragmented in different settings. We further contemplate what an analytic of responsibility might bring to ongoing discussions about the "commoning" planetary epoch in which conservation is increasingly embedded: the Anthropocene. Victims are faced with the power relations of educational institutions whose reputation is tarnished because of cases of sexual violence. The existence of social media as a social driver is able to mobilize cases of sexual violence on Campus to become a national issue. This prompted the Ministry of Education and Culture to issue Ministerial Regulation no. 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in universities. This research focuses on critical discourse analysis of this Ministerial Regulation. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research type. To gain comprehensive power of qualitative research analysis, the research phase requires the power of reason which is the source of analytical ability (Arikunto, 2010). The scalpel uses the critical discourse analysis technique of Norman Fairclough's model. The main study is focused on microstructural (text), mesostructure (discourse practices), and macrostructural (sociocultural practices) data. The study results are, first, this regulation is motivated by the phenomenon of the iceberg of sexual violence in the university environment. The government feels the need to provide legal certainty to perpetrators and victims. Second, in this regulation, the government uses educational narratives, prevention, and handling, protecting whistleblowers, and restoring victims' rights. Third, this regulation impacts the social life of the community through various responses.
