Sumario: Wellbeing at work (WAW) continues to increase in importance for employees and employers and across countries. While there are different definitions of what the concept entails, within the European Union (EU) one useful definition acknowledges that well being is a summative concept that characterises the quality of working lives, including occupational safety and health (OSH) aspects, and it may be a major determinant of productivity at the individual, enterprise and societal levels¿ (1). The relevance of the concept is heightened further as the work environment continues to change assisted by increasing migration (especially from less developed to more developed countries), globalisation, the development of new technologies, the move from manufacturing to service-basedeconomies, the ageing workforce and population, an increase in the number of women in the workforce, and the transformation of work patterns; these factors have led to a workforce for which psychosocial risks have increased in priority. Therefore, there is a need to keep employees healthier, which in turn could increase the length of time spent in the workforce and thereby assist with some of the factors mentioned above, such as the ageing workforce. OSH addresses the safety and health of the workforce; while the health¿ aspect is as relevant as the safety¿ aspect in ensuring workplace wellbeing, at times this may not be reflected in the policies within organisations
; The article offers a summary of the history of youth work in Spain. After a brief conceptual clarification, three stages stand out: the first one gathers the precedents in the first third of the 20th century; the second one goes through the period of the Franco dictatorship; the third one analyzes the democratic transition and the institutionalization of youth work in Spain. In conclusion, some reflections are provided on the impact of the recent economic and political crisis on youth policies and on the collective action practices of young people.
; The socioeconomic and technological changes (such as robotics, reengineering, lean management, lean production,…)that happened in the capitalist formations over the last three decades have had deep impact in the production line organization and in the mass production techniques. Within this context, described as "neopostfordism", the productive/ reproductive work that has its main ingredients in applied science and in the ways of life transforms itself through this complex articulation of machine systems and flexible hiring. One of the results of these changes has been a social duality such as stable and unstable contracts or left outs (contingent jobs, working poor, structural unemployed). There are different answers to this process. From the ones who hold up that the new economic groups will make up for the unemployment brought in (Castells, etc.) to the ones who reaffirm that the irreversible paradoxical aspect of this process recognizes the right to a fix rent for the left outs (Offe, "free money", etc.). All in all, what is a must in front of this performance is to build up a critic social (and political) theory according to the postindustrial procedures (cognitive capital, immaterial production…)A new theory to deal with "ludditas" contributions or with the Clastres anthropology ones.

Lanaren diseinuak eragin handia du langileengan, taldeengan eta erakundeengan. Erakunde publikoak ere fenomeno horren eraginpean daude. Espainiako administrazio publikoek aldaketa handiak egin behar dituzte lanaren diseinuan, sektore horretako lanpostuak digitalizatzeko beharrak eraginda. Lanpostua ondo diseinatuta dagoela bermatzen ez bada, digitalizazioak arriskuak ekar ditzake langileen osasunerako, ongizaterako eta errendimendurako. Artikulu honen helburua da Espainiako administrazio publikoetako kudeatzaileei lanpostuen eraldaketa digitalean aurrera egiteko ideiak ematea, horiek birdiseinatu ditzaten, osasungarriak ez ezik produktiboak ere izan daitezen. Helburu hori lortzeko, lan honetan, bi mekanismo deskribatzen dira, horien bidez azaltzeko zergatik den pertsonentzat garrantzitsua lanaren diseinua eta zer-nolako onura dakarkien bai langileei, bai erakundeei, lanpostua ondo diseinatuta egoteak. Azkenik, SMART lanaren diseinuaren eredua aurkezten da, lanpostuak ondo diseinatzeko gida gisa, eta gomendio praktiko batzuk eskaintzen dira.Azkenik, job crafting kontzeptua gaineratzen da enplegatu publikoen karrera horizontala bultzatzeko estrategia gisa lanpostuak birdiseinatzeko. Spanish Public Administrations are facing important changes in work design due to the digitalization needs in this sector. If a good work design is not ensured, digitalization can entail risks for the health, well-being, and performance of employees. The aim of this paper is to provide Spanish Public Administration managers with insights enabling them to advance with the digital transformation of workplaces by redesigning them in a way that ensuresboth the health and productivity of workers. To achieve this goal, this article describes two mechanisms that explain why work design is important to people and what the benefits of good work design are for employees and organizations. Further, the SMART work design model is presented as a guide to good work design and some practical recommendations are offered. Finally, the concept of job crafting is introduced as a job redesign strategy to promote the horizontal career of public employees.
This article aims, focusing on Argentina, to problematize the cultural inheritance of the last dictatorship and how it demarcates democratic politics. Analyzing the novel La aventura de los bustos de Eva by Carlos Gamerro, we will see how the neoliberal transformations on the work culture, define the confronted hegemonic blocks of the political present as the novel depict its similarities on the equal work process of subjectification that takes over the soul and desire of the worker, which is translated into a political antagonism with more in common than differences. We will arrive to the conclusion on the necessity to question work as a reproductive praxis in order to recover the soul of the worker and to create another politics beyond the pendular political antagonism inherited from the last dictatorship.
