The concept of thriving at work is an important concept that scientists and businesses have been interested in for a long time, and many studies and experiments have been made on how employees will be successful at work. It is thought that thriving at work will be more effective and important not only unilaterally, but also the individual's self-development, with the effect of his interaction in the workplace. In this study, the mediating role of employee voice in the thriving at work-on-work alienation was examined, with reference to social exchange theory. In this context, data were collected from 263 employees of a private factory operating in the province of Erzincan by survey method. The obtained data were analyzed with statistical programs (SPSS 22, AMOS 23 and PROCESS macro). As a result of the analyzes, it was seen that thriving at work had a negative effect on work alienation and a positive effect on employee voice, at the same time, there was a negative relationship between employee voice and work alienation. In addition, it has been determined that the voice of the employee has a mediating role in the effect of thriving at work-on-work alienation. In the literature, there is no study that examines these three variables together and examines the mediating role of employee voice in the relationship between thriving at work and work alienation. In this respect, it is anticipated that the research will contribute to the literature and will be an important resource in future studies.

13 glass artifacts, evaluated within the scope of this study, were found from a chamber tomb unearthed in 2010 in the necropolis area of the Neapolis Ancient City, located within the borders of Yazıkent Town, Bozdoğan District, in today's Aydın Province. Among the mentioned works, there are various examples such as bowls, unguentariums and glasses, most of them; Conical body, pear-shaped body, miniature spherical body, tube-shaped and candelabra (bell) body, which is divided into various sub-types, form the vessel called unguentarium. The earliest example among the Neapolis artifacts is the bowl produced by mold making, which is understood to belong to the Hellenistic Period. All of the artifacts, except the bowl, were made by using the free blowing technique, which is thought to have originated in Syria in the 1st century BC. The works evaluated in this context; They were grouped typologically and dated as a result of analogical evaluations made with known examples in ancient glass art. It is understood that among the artifacts produced in a wide range of dates from the middle of the 2nd century BC to the 3rd century AD, especially the unguentariums are associated with burial rituals.

Bu çalışmanın konusunu Ali Sami Boyar'ın Ayasofya'yı konu alan dokuz eseri oluşturmaktadır. Boyar, ressam, müzeci, eğitimci, sanat yazarı/eleştirmeni ve bahriye subayı gibi farklı kimlikler doğrultusunda ortaya koyduğu sanat anlayışı ve ürettiği eserlerle Osmanlı-Cumhuriyet modernleşmesi sürecine katkıda bulunmuştur. Sanâyi-i Nefîse Mektebi ve Paris Güzel Sanatlar Akademisi'nde resim eğitimi almış, İnas Sanayi-i Nefise Mektebi'nde müdürlük yapmıştır. Boyar'ın Askeri Müze, MSGSÜ İstanbul Resim ve Heykel Müzesi, Deniz Müzesi, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Kütüphane ve Müzeler Müdürlüğü gibi müzelerin yanı sıra yurt içinde ve yurt dışında çeşitli özel koleksiyonlarda eserleri bulunmaktadır. Sanatçı, yağlı boya ve sulu boya gibi birçok teknikle eserler vermiştir. Müzeci kimliği ile Boyar, Bahriye Müzesi, Türk ve İslâm Eserleri Müzesi ve Ayasofya Müzesi gibi müzelerde müdürlük görevlerinde bulunmuştur. Ayasofya Müze müdürlüğü yaparken "Ayasofya ve Tarihi" adında bir kitap yayımlamış, kitapta resmetmiş olduğu eserlere de yer vererek Ayasofya ve tarihini anlatmıştır. Bu makalede, sanatçının yayımladığı kaynaktan yola çıkarak, Ayasofya'yı konu alan eserleri incelenmiştir.

This research aims to understand and interpret the changes in the working and family lives of women entrepreneurs working in SMEs during the pandemic process. The research was designed with a phenomenological pattern by using qualitative research methods. The participants consisted of 14 women entrepreneurs selected by using purposeful and snowball sampling techniques among women entrepreneurs who received KOSGEB support in Ankara. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews.
It has been revealed that the most important change in the working life of women entrepreneurs during the pandemic process is the decrease in incomes and increase in expenses. The decrease in business capacity has led women entrepreneurs to exhibit pessimistic attitudes towards working life. It is possible to collect other changes in working life under the categories of decrease in the number of customers, decrease in the number of employees, change in working hours, inability to save, consuming existing savings, working from home, benefiting from social media opportunities in working life.
Although some of the women entrepreneurs stated that the pandemic was functional in terms of increasing the interaction of family members, strengthening ties and providing the opportunity to rest, it is understood that the domestic workload of women entrepreneurs increased significantly in parallel with the negativities in their working life. There has been an increase in the use of domestic labor by women entrepreneurs such as care, cleaning, nutrition, and support for education. In this context, it can be claimed that the tendency of women entrepreneurs to stay away from work and withdraw to home life is getting stronger. As a result, the pandemic process has had a knock-on effect on the working and family lives of women entrepreneurs, and has had interrelated negative consequences that can be described as double disadvantage.

Türk dillerinde kanıtsallık, bilinçli bir özne ya da alıcı tarafından (birinci kişi dahil) bilgiye dolaylı şekilde ulaşıldığına atıfta bulunarak ifade edilir. Kanıtsallığın alt ulamı dolaylılık ise Türk dillerindeki görünümüne göre kendi içinde üçe ayrılır: algısallık, çıkarımsallık, aktarımsallık. Ancak dillerde birinci kişi ile kanıtsal kullanımında farklı anlam alanları ya da kişiye göre kanıtsal seçimi gibi durumlar ortaya çıkar. Birinci kişi bağlamında kanıtsal kullanımına alanyazında kısaca yer verilerek konuşucunun farkında olmadığı durumlar anlam alanıyla örneklendirilir: Uyu-muşkanıtsal-um1.kişi. Bunun dışında Türk dilinin farklı dönemlerine ait yazılı dil malzemesinde kanıtsallığın birinci kişi bağlamında hangi durumlarda kullanıldığı, eylemlerin anlamı nasıl etkilediği ve bu kullanımların kanıtsallığın ulamlarıyla ilişkisi incelenmeyi beklemektedir. Bu konuya dikkat çekmek ve diller arası incelemelere katkı sağlamak amacıyla bu çalışmada, Mehmet Âkif Ersoy'un eserlerinden oluşan derlem çerçevesinde birinci kişi ile kanıtsallık işaretleyicileri -mIş/ImIş kullanımları ele alınmıştır. İncelemede, eylemlerin kılınış özellikleri, eylem sınıflandırmalarına göre olay ya da içsel durum eylemi olup olmamaları ve eylemin istemli veya istemsiz gerçekleşme durumu örnekler üzerinden anlam bilimsel ve edim bilimsel yaklaşımla tartışılmıştır. Bir sınıflandırma önerisi geliştirilerek derlemde belirlenen kullanımlar, konuşucunun bilinç durumuna göre altı alt başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. Bunlara ek olarak özellikle edebî eserlerde kanıtsallığın görünümü ve bir üslup özelliği olarak hangi durumlarda kullanımına başvurulduğu sorgulanmıştır. Kullanım örneklerinin tarandığı derlemin oluşturulmasında, metinlerin diyalog içermesi ve konuşma diline yakın olması ölçüt olarak kabul edilmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda, birinci tekil ve çoğul kişi tercihinin anlamın ortaya çıkmasında etkili olduğu, özellikle birinci tekil kişi ile kullanımlarda geniş bir anlam alanının işaretlenebildiği görülmüş, kontrol eksikliği ve bilinç dışı katılım gibi konuşucunun dolaylılığı tercih ettiği bilince dayalı durumlar ve edimsel olarak ironi, nesnellik vb. anlamlardaki kullanımlar tespit edilmiştir. Derlemde birinci çoğul kişiyle kanıtsal kullanımı, önermenin sorumluluğunu alma ve anlatımı güçlendirme amacıyla tercih edilen bir üslup özelliği olarak yorumlanmıştır. Sözlük birimlerin özellikleri değerlendirildiğinde ise çoğunlukla istemsiz gerçekleşen ve içsel durum eylemlerinin kullanıldığı bulgusuna erişilmiştir.

Çağdaş Türk resminin önemli kadın sanatçılarından olan Oya Katoğlu, sanat kariyeri boyunca resimlerinde farklı teknikler kullanarak birçok konuyu ele almış, çok yönlü bir sanatçıdır. Katoğlu'nun çalıştığı temalardan biri olan kadın teması, sanatçının sıklıkla kullandığı bir konudur. Bu kapsamda araştırmada Oya Katoğlu'nun kadın temasını işlediği resim ve kitap kapak kompozisyonları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada, sanatçının diğer konuları kadar önemli bir yer tutan kadın temasını gün ışığına çıkarmak amaçlanmıştır. Konu hakkında yazılmış akademik bir çalışmanın olmaması araştırmayı önemli kılar. Katoğlu ilk resimlerinde Anadolu kadınlarının hayatına yönelirken, geç dönem çalışmalarında ise kadın figürlerini dışavurumcu bir yaklaşımla resmetmiştir. Tuvallerinde bu temayı istikrarlı olarak görselleştiren sanatçının çalışmaları, kadın konulu yazın dünyasının kitaplarını süslemiştir. Oya Katoğlu, kadın sanatçıların yer aldığı dünya çapında düzenlenen yarışmalara katılarak dereceler elde etmiştir. Katoğlu naif bir ressam olmasına rağmen konularında toplumsal ve eleştirel çalışmalara yer vermesi yönüyle diğer Türk naiflerini etkilemiştir.

1925 yılında Musul Meselesi aleyhine sonuçlanmış olan Türkiye, enerjide dışa olan bağımlılığını azaltmak için petrol arama çalışmalarına ağırlık vermiştir. Petrol arama çalışmalarını kendi içerisinde iki dönemde ele almak gereklidir. Birinci dönem; petrol sahalarının tespiti sürecinin yaşandığı jeolojik etüt çalışmalarıdır. Başlangıçta Lüksemburglu Dr. Michel Lucius, 1929 yılından sonra ise ABD'de yaşayan mühendis Cevat Eyüp Taşman'ın Türkiye'ye gelmesi üzerine O'nun öncülüğünde jeolojik etüt çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Etüt çalışmaları Hükümet adına yapıldığı gibi yerli sermayedarlar ve yabancı şirketler de Hükümetten aldıkları izin üzerine bu petrol arama çalışmalarına katılmışlardır. Petrol arama çalışmalarının ilk günlerinde gerek kanuni altyapının bulunmaması gerekse kurumsal birikimin olmaması nedeniyle bu yöndeki eksiklikler de giderilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan etüt çalışmaları ve zaman içerisinde petrol arama çalışmalarının kurumsal bir kimlik kazanması üzerine petrol arama çalışmalarında ikinci dönem başlamıştır. Bu dönemde ise eldeki veriler eşliğinde petrol bölgesi olduğu düşünülen yerlerde sondaj çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Dönemin İktisat Vekili Celal Bayar'ın da hazır bulunduğu bir törenle Mardin ili Midyat ilçesi Basbirin bölgesinde ilk sondaj kuyusu açılmıştır. 13 Ekim 1934 tarihinde başlatılan sondaj çalışmaları neticesinde Basbirin-1 ismi verilen kuyuda petrol emarelerine rastlanılmışsa da bu petrolün ekonomik bir değeri olmadığı gerekçesiyle 15 Haziran 1936'da sondaj kuyusu kapatılmıştır. Basbirin bölgesinden sonra Midyat ilçesindeki Hermis ve Kerbent bölgelerinde sondaj çalışmalarına devam edilmiştir. Sondaj çalışmalarından sonuç alınamaması üzerine Türkiye'nin ekonomik değerli ilk petrol kuyularının açılacağı Raman Dağı'nda çalışmaların devam etmesi kararlaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; 1940 yılında Siirt vilayeti Beşiri İlçesi İluh (Batman) nahiyesinde ekonomik değer teşkil eden ilk petrol kaynakları tespit edilene kadar ki süreçte Türkiye'nin petrol arama çalışmalarını ortaya koymaktır ; Turkey, in 1925, as the Mosul issue resulted against it, in order to reduce its dependence on foreign energy, has focused on oil exploration. It is necessary to consider oil exploration in two different periods. First period was the period in which geological survey of oil fields was performed. Originally, the exploration activities started with Michel Lucius from Luxembourg, but after 1929, continued with Engineer Mr. Cevat Eyüp Taşman who came to Turkey from the United States. New geological survey work has been performed under his leadership. The survey studies have been performed on behalf of the government but it was also possible for local investors and foreign companies to participate in these oil exploration works upon the permission received from the government. Due to the lack of legal infrastructure and corporate know-how during the first days of the oil exploration efforts, such deficiencies have also been tried to be eliminated during the process. As a result of the survey studies made and as the oil exploration work gained an institutional identity, the second period in oil exploration has started. In this period, drilling operations were carried out in the areas where it was thought to contain oil pursuant to the available data. The first borehole was drilled in the Basbirin region of Midyat district of Mardin province with a ceremony with the presence of Celal Bayar who was the Deputy Minister of Economy at the time. As a result of the drilling operations initiated on October 13th, 1934, even though traces of oil were encountered in the well known as Basbirin-1, this borehole was closed on June 15th, 1936, on the grounds that the oil in it had no economic value. After the Basbirin region, drilling operations were continued in the Hermis and Kerbent regions of Midyat. Upon the lack of positive results from these drillings, it was decided to continue the exploration surveys at Mount Raman, which was going to be the region where Turkey's first economically viable oil wells were to be established. The purpose of this study is to reveal the oil exploration attempts of Turkey throughout the process until the first economically viable oil resources were found in İluh (Batman) sub-district of Beşiri district of Siirt province in 1940.

There has been much scholarly attention given to the role of women in the labor market throughout the years. While there are plenty of evaluations of ideas and perspectives regarding work-life concepts, there is limited understanding regarding the theoretical foundation of work-life concerns specifically about mothers. This study aims to provide an overview of theories used to investigate the work-life issues of working mothers. The data were collected from the Web of Science database. A total of 63 research studies examining the work-life challenges faced by employed women were evaluated based on theoretical frameworks. It was seen that identity theory and gender perspective are dominant perspectives in the current literature. In addition, the prevailing work-life perspectives adopted in the studies are work-life balance and work-life conflict. The study offers a detailed examination of the various theoretical perspectives employed in understanding the work-life difficulties encountered by employed mothers.
