Lightfoot & Lilley look at the writing of utopia, beginning with an analysis of happiness. Science fiction is explored as a cite of utopian thought. It is argued that the literary examples create worlds out of re-arranged artifacts. The novel is seen as the center of the infinite limits of individualized authority. It is concluded that writing carries a weighty responsibility as utopias are killed upon their realization. 43 References. J. Backman
