A date was agreed upon to remit the corresponding transfer document. Mr. José G. Parrés, Vice Secretary of Agriculture and Development, writes to Fernando Torreblanca regarding the same issue. Summary of a geological survey carried out in the limits of the Xiconténcatl, Tamaulipas zone, with the objective of determining the possibility of finding oil in that region. He also informs that the Russian government mistrusts Mexico and views it as a small bourgeois government, allied to the Imperialism, enemy of the proletariat. He states that the actions against the Communist Party in Mexico have affected its situation in Russia. He says that the news about Mexico in the local newspapers are hostile and with a tone of despise. General Calles informs his daughter-in-law, Elisa Sáenz, of his arrival in Monterrey and his move to Hacienda Soledad de la Mota, in General Terán, Nuevo León.
