The present article has for aim to address the disequilibrium and fragmentation from which Moroccan associations suffer as well as to direct the attention towards the different challenges and constraints which the associative movement in Morocco has confronted and which have contributed in this latter's evolvement regardless of the encountered difficulties. First and for most, this article will review the main historic periods tracing the existence of associative movements in Morocco while focusing on the significant challenges and constraints having been confronted by these latter. Second, while the main purpose of this articles is to analyze and explain these challenges and constraints and at the same time looking into the role which they have played in establishing the situation, this paper will also address the many interrelated factors which have led to this disequilibrium and the promotion of chaos in the network of associations most of which are considered related to human behavior, that is, the behavior of actors in the network of associations, while others are related to non-human actors. Finally, the article will conclude that the socio-economic and political evolution of the country agrees with adopting an associative approach even though it is a slow and laborious process. This article analyzes the morphology of the tendencies of association of the non-European immigrant population in the Valencian Community. With this objective and from a quantitative methodological perspective, we present a synthetisis of the joint results of two research projects carried out in the Valencian context. Given the heterogeneity, dynamism and complexity presented by the associative phenomenon, this analysis considers and investigates the current structural, organizational and functional elements that accompany and define it. This has enabled us not only to gain knowledge of the logic and factors operating in it, but also to establish a typology of migrant organizations taking into account those variables that are most significant from a statistical point of view.

Health alert situation provoked by coronavirus has had social and economic consequences. From this pandemic scenario we have learned a new way of coping difficulties and thinking of communal, prioritizing health of the population over individual well-being. This sort of coping problems wich appeals individual responsibility in order to benefit common good is a training we must remember and strengthen mainly in educative environments. The results of a qualitative study, supported on a consult to different social organizations dedicated to addiction assistance and social exclusion in Andalucia (N=96), a region in the south of Spain, are shown in this article. Its goal was to know the reaction of this entities and their response to alleviate the uncertainty suffered by the people assisted since the beginning of the confinement until the gradual laxity of restrictions, after the declaration of the state of alarm by the Spanish government. Among the results, we highlight the creativity and resilience of the associations to carry on with the day-to-day work facing new challenges such as the digital divide and the closure of the primary care services. Finally, several positive experiences which have been considered good practices are exposed due to innovate in order to continue supporting the most vulnerable people, in particular an awareness campaign about homeless people and a social reintegration program for persons deprived of liberty. ; La situación de emergencia sanitaria provocada por el coronavirus ha tenido consecuencias económicas y sociales. Our PhD thesis aims to reveal the mechanisms of the drastic decrease of women's numbers within the power space in Mongolia since the adoption of a democratic Constitution in 1992. A study was carried out to assess the individual and collective strategies of women to gain different social capital in order to access the power space: political, economical and intellectual capital presented in the first part, family and symbolic capital of the nomadic culture in the second part, and finally "feminine" capital and "international recognition" capital developed by the movement of women's organizations' studied in the third part of the thesis. After analysing varying male leader's resistances, our thesis comes to the conclusion that the power space can not be seen as a "public space" anymore: the power space is a private masculine space whose main characteristics are to be locked from the inside, secret and self reproduced, in every political regimes including democracies. ; Notre thèse de doctorat a cherché à révéler les mécanismes explicatifs du net recul de la présence des femmes au sein de l'espace du pouvoir en Mongolie, depuis l'adoption de sa Constitution démocratique en 1992. The renewal of various forms of associationism in France since the sixties has generated a lot of commentaries. It is expected to play a significant rôle in the implementation of social experimentation. The author observes that the main actor in these processes seems clearly to be the State. This leads him to a more complex qualification of the process and a more thorough investigation of the specific social groups leading the movement.

"This contribution argues that the growing movements for source-, data- and knowledge-sharing (Open Access, Open Source, Open Courseware, etc.) are of crucial importance for 'global civil society'. We claim that these movements are giving new content to the concepts of the public sphere, civil society and the digital divide. By enabling individuals and civil society organizations to become participants in global information-sharing communities, the Open Access and Open Source movements contribute to the emergence of a networked and knowledgebased global civil society. In a first step, the article argues that classical concept of civil society is less and less convincing and not adapted to the features of modern world society. In a second step the article proposes different ways to rethink the notions of 'civil society' and the 'public' to fit the reality of a world society where knowledge is increasingly a resource for creating self-governing associations and networks. We argue that the Open Access and Creative Commons movement have contributed to the proliferation of non-localised, global 'epistemic communities' and have created new definitions of information and ownership. By enabling small and resource-poor organizations and countries to tap into the global knowledge pool and to become part of global networks these movements have also provided a new context to rethink the 'digital divide'." A mosaic of community initiatives yet exist in the shadow of a policy "de guichet" (awarding grants subject to lengthy bureaucratic procedures) that attempt to unite in what some call the Community Organizing and is expressed through the collective of associations "Pouvoir d'Agir" (www.pouvoirdagir.fr). We are interested more particularly to certain manifestations of this "power to act" around Marseille, through some action on cities where social housing can meet, between consensus and conflict, central intervention calling for the consultation (Cité Bellevue, as part of the renovation of a condominium dominated the original peoples of North African and Comorian) and local initiatives of community residents (Bassens city, set of collective social housing completely demolished and rebuilt in houses with a strong involvement of the resident community). ; Ce chapitre identifie d'abord les types d'action qui, en France, peuvent s'apparenter au Community Planning. Dealing with cultural action and associative intervention of Luso-African youth in Portugal, I will draw some hypothesis about young women participation within the associative movement. I first describe the social and political framework that set the emergence of the immigrants' associative movement in order to focus on the ethnic mobilisation of Luso-African youth, linking cultural identity to their strategies of political participation (a concept used in a broader sense). ; Partiendo de la acción cultural del asociacionismo de los jóvenes luso-africanos en Portugal, formularé algunas hipótesis sobre la participación de las jóvenes en el movimiento asociativo. This article reflects an overview of the current socio-political situation in Morocco, a country with great relationship and link with Spain he has played, plays and will play an important role in the current geopolitical map. Women's movements, understood as variant forms of collective action in pursuit of common goals, have been analysed in both feminist political theory and development studies. This article aims to combine these two discussions to provide a theoretical account of the emergence and character of such movements through the identification of three different forms of collective action, termed 'independent', 'associative' and 'directed'. The article considers the relation of such movements to projects of general political import, be these of an authoritarian or democratic character, and returns to the debate over the usefulness or otherwise of conceptualizing women's interests. It concludes with an assessment of the place of women's movements in the contemporary politics of citizenship.
