Algérie, décennie 2010: aux origines du mouvement populaire du 22 février

« Le présent ouvrage entend éclairer les origines et les fondements du hirak echaâbi (mouvement populaire) algérien de février 2019. Ce mouvement n'est pas né ex nihilo. À partir de luttes, fragmentées et contraintes, a émergé, dans la diversité des revendications et des lieux, une pluralité de demandes qui se sont retrouvées dans le creuset qu'a constitué le mouvement du 22 février. Ce mouvement est apparu ainsi comme un catalyseur de tous ces apports et transformations au carrefour d'un basculement générationnel, entendu ici comme espace-temps défini par une globalisation en œuvre. Cependant, ce mouvement marque une transformation par rapport aux formes de contestations et mouvements sociaux et politiques, depuis l'indépendance. Pour cela, l'ouvrage opère un retour sur la décennie 2010 qui en a vu la gestation. Il s'appuie sur des recherches empiriques, nourries d'une connaissance au plus près du terrain algérien, qui donnent à voir les étapes et les éléments constitutifs qui ont permis son déploiement loin de toute immédiateté et précipitation analytique, voire politique. Il ouvre sur des points de vue qui permettent d'éclairer les enjeux et soubassements sociaux et politiques de ce moment de l'histoire algérienne. « (Verlagsbeschreibung)
