Después de más de treinta años, la ley de costas española ha sido profundamente modificada. Sigue en vigor, excepto en aquellos aspectos que se han revisado, pero los cambios son tan profundos que se ha dibujado un escenario notablemente distinto al anterior. En este trabajo se recogen los motivos que han hecho de la ley de 1988 una norma difícil de aplicar, así como la controversia generada especialmente por la transformación de los propietarios de viviendas situadas en el dominio público, en titulares de un derecho de ocupación temporal. Los efectos de los informes de la Comisión de Peticiones del Parlamento Europeo, emitidos en 2009 y 2013, han sido también determinantes en la redacción de la Ley 2/2013 de protección y uso sostenible del litoral y de modificación de la Ley 22/1988, de Costas. ; More than thirty years after, the Spanish Coastal Law has been deeply modified. Remains in force, except in those aspects that have been revised, but the changes are so profound that a noticeably different from the preceding stage is drawn. This work includes the reasons that have made the 1988 Coastal Law very difficult to apply, and the controversy generated by the transformation of households located in public domain in holders of a right of temporary occupation. The effects of the reports of the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament, issued in 2009 and 2013, have also been determinant in the drafting of the law 2/2013 of protection and sustainable use of coasts and modification of the 22/1988, former law of coasts.

Hvylyoviy's is an effective journalistic materials, the functional distinction between the author and the image of the author on the basis of them helps to understand the features of journalistic communication. The article aims to trace the pamphlets of M. El cine de autor defiende la figura del director como centro creativo y núcleo del proceso fílmico. Dicho concepto se encuentra establecido en la Historia del Cine desde su surgimiento en la década de los cincuenta junto al movimiento de la Nouvelle Vague. Este fenómeno cinematográfico se adapta a las características del vídeo musical creando el videoclip de autor, definido como aquellos en los que se manifiesta el estilo del realizador en detrimento de otros factores de creación estética como el propio cantante o el tema musical que actúa como base. En este artículo se plantean los rasgos de dicha teoría extrapolables al vídeo musical y se muestran las similitudes e influencias entre el cine y el videoclip en cuanto al estilo y la personalidad artística. Los objetivos propuestos son la aplicación de los conceptos de autor y de estilo al vídeo musical, y de forma específica, la creación e implantación de la categoría de videoclip de autor para la mejora del estudio de este formato. La metodología utilizada se basa en la descripción y en la exposición objetiva de la teoría cinematográfica así como de las características del videoclip, y la posterior extrapolación y comparación entre ambas producciones audiovisuales. Se concluye la relación de las nociones de autor y de estilo con los rasgos propios del vídeo musical realizados por directores que plasman sus personalidades artísticas en estas creaciones que combinan imágenes y música con un gran efectismo y experimentación. Igualmente, se trata de poner en valor la figura del director clip de un modo equiparable al prestigio del director de cine. ; Auteur theory defends the director figure as a creative centre and as the core of the film process. This concept is established in the history of cinema since the fifties by the movement of the Nouvelle Vague and the politique des auteurs. This cinematographic phenomenon adapts to music video's characteristics creating the auteur music video theory. In these music videos manifests director's style at detriment to other factors of aesthetic creation as the singer or musical theme of base. This article arise the features of this theory extrapolated to music video and shows similarities and influences between film and music video in style and artistic personality. The proposed objectives are the application of the concepts of author and style to the music video, and, specifically, the creation and implementation of author category in music video to improve the study of this format. The methodology is based on the objective description and exposure of film theory and the characteristics of the music video, and subsequent extrapolation and comparison between the two audiovisual productions. As conclusion, is obtained the relationship of the notions of author and style with the features of the music video made by directors that reflect their artistic personalities in these creations combining images and music with a great spectacular and experimentation. Similarly, it is to value the clip of the director of a comparable way to the prestige of the film director, being as the autor's music video shows the choices of techniques and artistic options by the clip director.

For that, it contrast the physical platform of innovative milieu that prometes 22@Barcelona with it proposed in the plan. ; Sabiendo que en la actualidad se puede acceder a cantidades inmensurables de información, diferentes autores sugieren que lo importante no es tenerla, sino procesarla intelectualmente para transformarla y obtener un beneficio de ella. Es decir que la información ha pasado a ser vista como la materia prima a transformar para conseguir con ello un bien final un producto de valor denominado conocimiento siendo éste el producto más preciado de la nueva era. De ahí que la economía que aspira a pasar de la era industrial a la informacional, se preocupe por la creación del medio adecuado en donde la innovación se produzca con la máxima fluidez y frecuencia, y es a éste al que se ha dado en llamar el medio innovador. During the 1940–60 s in the formation of the USSR raised the question of creation and provision of textbooks schools. Given the present aim of our work is to study the matter, based on the general scientific and historical principles and specific methods of scientific research. After analyzing the source base study may be noted that textbooks for 1940–60 years was an important part of the educational process. Obviously remained schematism presentation materials for students that was due to the social and political order. Their appearance was stipulated curriculum material, which led the authors to update or create entirely new. Creating textbooks, attracted specialists from various disciplines. Among the authors and reviewers were both academics and practicing teachers, each in their own way have seen their activities. Obstacles to their systematic and effective work were lack of material and human resources. Often material overloaded students formulated standard thinking they do not take into account individual physiological characteristics of, restrict their creativity. There was a pattern creation and publication of textbooks, which has echoes and at this stage of the process. The positive in this period remained publication of textbooks for children – representatives of different ethnic groups living in the USSR, which created the preconditions for the study of their culture, although there were some ideological obstacles to full disclosure of their potential. Theoretical use our work possible in the study courses on national history and culture. Practical – the process of resolving issues related to textbooks, resolving semantic and organizational aspects of the issue. In the future, pay attention to the peculiarities of textbooks for different parts of the school during the period studied. ; Протягом 1940–1960-х рр. в освіті УРСР поставало питання творення та забезпечення підручниками шкіл. З огляду на сучасність, метою нашої роботи є вивчення цього питання, спираючись на загальнонаукові та конкретно історичні принципи та методи наукового дослідження. Проаналізувавши джерельну базу дослідження можна відзначити, що створення підручників протягом 1940–1960-х рр. стало важливою складовою освітнього процесу. Очевидним залишався схематизм подання матеріалів для учнів, що обумовлювався суспільно-політичним замовленням. Їхня поява обумовлювалась програмовим матеріалом, який спонукав авторів до оновлення або створення зовсім нового. Створюючи підручники, залучали фахівців із різних галузей знань. Серед авторів і рецензентів були як науковці, так і педагоги-практики, кожен з яких по-своєму бачив власну діяльність. Перепонами до їхньої системної та плідної роботи стали брак матеріальних та людських ресурсів. Часто матеріал переобтяжував учнів, формував у них стандартне мислення, не враховував індивідуальні психофізіологічні особливості розвитку, обмежував їхню творчість. Існувала певна схема створення та видання підручників, яка має відгомін і на сучасному етапі цього процесу. Позитивним у зазначений період залишалось видання підручників для дітей – представників різних етносів, які мешкали в УРСР, що створювало передумови до вивчення їхньої культури, хоча існували певні ідеологічні перепони до повного розкриття їхнього потенціалу. Теоретичне застосування нашої роботи можливе у процесі вивчення спецкурсів з вітчизняної історії та культури. Практичне – в процесі вирішення питань, пов'язаних зі створенням підручників, вирішенням змістових та організаційних аспектів цього питання. У майбутньому варто звернути увагу на особливостях підручникотворення для різних ланок школи протягом періоду, що вивчається.
Este documento pretende reunir algunos comentarios y demostraciones de lo que la teoría de las decisiones colectivas y la teoría de los juegos enseñan, con aplicación especialmente a lo vivido en las últimas décadas en Argentina. El objetivo final es destacar las virtudes del proceso democrático y republicano, y lo que debería mejorarse en este campo hacia futuro luego de lo experimentado muy recientemente en nuestro país. Про метальну зброю гарнізону генуезької фортеці Чембало (XIV—XV ст.)У статті розглядаються археологічні дані щодо озброєння гарнізону генуезької фортеці Чембало, яка відігравала важливу роль у володіннях Лігурийської республіки в Криму. Автор підкреслює, що у XIV—XV ст. різноманітна й досконала метальна зброя використовувалася поряд і одночасно із вогнепальною. Він послідовно надає та аналізує данні про ручну метальну зброю (праща, лук, арбалет) та метальну артилерію (баліста, требюше). Автор вважає, що деякі кам'яні та глиняні кулі вагою 10–15 г (діаметр 20–35 мм), що вважалися снарядами для пращі, насправді були кулями для ручної вогнепальної зброї (сарбакан), а мармурові кулі були снарядами для бомбард. Разом з тим, воїни гарнізону використовували й пращі, як стародавній, але ефективний вид зброї.Автор аналізує дані про використання гарнізоном Чембало луків (240 наконечників стріл) та арбалетів (66 болтів). С. В. Д'ячков вважає, що постачання арбалетної зброї гарнізону здійснювалося централізовано. На озброєнні фортеці стояли також балісти — метальні машини, які використовували кам'яні снаряди від 6 до 15 см у діаметрі. Автор відносить до цього виду метальної артилерії 22 ядра, що знайдені під час розкопок захисних об'єктів фортеці. «Важкою» метальною артилерією чембальського гарнізону були машини типу требюше, що призначалися для боротьби із кораблями противника. Головним свідченням про використання цього виду метальної зброї є «арсенал» кам'яних ядер (208 снарядів, вагою від 20 до 104 г), знайдений під час розкопок консульського замку фортеці. Загальна вага арсеналу досягала 7,5 т. Таким чином, гарнізон фортеці Чембало напередодні османського завоювання мав різноманітну метальну зброю, що відповідала вимогам тогочасної воєнної справи.Ключові слова: Генуезька Газарія, Чембало, метальна зброя, арбалет, баліста, требюше. SummaryS. Dyachkov. About the Missile Weapon of cembalo Genoese Fortress Garrison (XIV—XV c.) The article considers the archaeological data of Cembalo Genoese fortress armament, which played an important role in domain of the Liguria republic in the Crimea. The author emphasizes that in XIV—XV centuries various perfect missile weapon was used semultaneously with fire-arm. He gives and analyses successfully the information about hand missile weapon (slim, bow, arbalest) and missile artillery (ballist, trebuchet). The author believes that some stone and clay shells weighting 10–15 gr (20–35 mm in diameter) which considered to be shells for slim, were really shells for hand fire-arm (sarbakan) and marble bullets were shells for bombards. At the some time, the garrison warriors slims as an ancient but effective weapon.The author analyses the data about the usage of bows (240 arrow-heads) and arbalest (66 bolts). Dyachkov S. V. believes that the garrison had centralized war supplies of arbalest weapon.The garrison was armed with ballists — missile machines using stone shells from 6 to 15 cm in diameter. The author attributes 22 shells which were found during the excavations of the fortress defense constructions to this type of missile artillery. Trebuchet type machines the heavy missile artillery of the Cembalo garrison, were intended for fighting with enemy ships. The main evidence of this missile weapon being used is the stone shell arsenal (208 shells which weigh 20–104 kg) found during excavations of the fortress Consular Castle. The total weight of the arsenal reached 7,5 tones. Thus, the Cembalo fortress garrison possessed various missile weapon which met the requirement of the military art of that time before the Osman conqvest.Key words: Genoese Gazaria, Cembalo, missile weapon, arbalest, ballista, trebuchet.
