Die Beziehungen zwischen der Türkei und der Europäischen Union waren bis zu Beginn des 21. Jahrhunderts von großer Skepsis auf beiden Seiten geprägt. Seit der Regierungsübernahme der islamisch-konservativen AK-Partei 2002 näherte sich die Türkei durch relevante gesetzliche Änderungen in Form der Harmonisierungspakete an Europa an, was den Beginn der EU-Verhandlungen bedeutete. Muhtevasında Allah, âhiret hayatı, insan ve fıtratın yer aldığı İnsan Sûresi'ndeki âyetler, anlam içeriğine ve konu bütünlüğüne göre tekil veya çoğul olarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmayla birlikte, İnsan Sûresi'nde talim ve terbiye için birçok değerin, öğretim ilke ve yönteminin yer aldığı tespit edilmiş; vahyin aslı ve usûlüyle insanlar için kaynak, kılavuz ve eğitici olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
