Analysis of Turkey - Russia Relations in the Context of Interests and Conflicts; Çıkarlar ve Çatışmalar Bağlamında Türkiye – Rusya İlişkilerinin Analizi

Türkiye ve Rusya, tarihsel tecrübeleri ve konumlandıkları coğrafya itibariyle dünya üzerinde stratejik öneme sahip iki devlettir. Her iki devletin birbiriyle kurduğu ilişki hem bölge ülkeleri açısından hem de küre açısından dikkate değer bir boyuttadır. Zira Kafkasya, Orta Doğu ve Doğu Akdeniz'de yaşanacak gelişmelerde Türkiye'nin takındığı tavır tüm dünya açısından ne kadar önemliyse Rusya'nın Suriye ve Libya başta olmak üzere sahada yürüttüğü siyaset de o kadar önemli hale gelmiştir. Hem Rusya'nın
hem de Türkiye'nin birbiri ile olan ilişkisini ve ilgili bölgelerde izlemiş oldukları siyaseti anlamak için Rusya ve Türkiye üzerine yaptığı çalışmalarla ön plana çıkan Aleksandr Dugin'in görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Zira Dugin, Türkiye ve Rusya ile ilgili çalışmalarıyla ön plana çıkan önemli bir düşünürdür. Bu sebeple 2000 yılından sonra Türkiye ve Rusya ilişkilerine dair yapılan bu çalışma ile amaçlanan Türkiye'nin ve Rusya'nın
yaklaşık son yirmi sene içerisinde nasıl bir ilişki içerisinde olduğu ve hayata geçirdikleri bölgesel hamlelerde nelerle karşılaştıklarını Dugin'in analizleriyle ele almaktır.

DEMAND OF OUTSOURCING IN TURKEY: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

The level of the collaboration of third-party logistics users and logistic service providers are elaborated in Turkey. The synergy which is expected to come out after this cooperation seems to be lacking. Therefore the industry of Turkey is operating by carrying the opportunity cost of this synergy. The purpose of this paper is defining the reasons of the necessity of third-party logistics (3PL) using and exploring the reasons of being reluctant to this kind of collaborations. An empirical study is conducted in industrial organizations in Turkey. The research is designed according to the structure of the Turkish companies and the main issues of the logistics. Semi-structured interview are used to collect information and learn the opinions of the managers of the companies. The responses from 7 logistic service provider companies and 10 from some other randomly selected companies were evaluated at this explaratory research, 17 valid responses are analyzed. According to findings of this study, the expected synergy does not seem to be able to appear before the removement of some prejudices and embracing the modern and effective methods. On the other hand, size of the companies is strictly correlated with outsourcing and it is the reason of inadequate demand in Turkey.
Employee Loyalty In Frontıer Markets Of Anatolıa ; Anadolu'nun Gelişmekte Olan Pazarlarinda Çalişan Sakadati
Tüzel kişilik taşıyan lirketler Anadolu'nun gelişmekte olan piyasalarına yatırım yapmaktan kaçınmaktadır. Çünkü yatırımcılar çalışanların bir sorun olup olmayacağından emin değildir. Devlet teşvikleri bu piyasaların gelişmesini hedef almaktadır. Anadolu'nın gelişmekte olan pazarlarında maliyet ve işgücü avantajları vardır. Çalışanların kalite algılarının çalışan sadakati üzerinde büyük etkisi vardır ; Investing in the frontier markets of Anatolia are avoided by the corporations. Because the investors are not sure whether the employees will be an issue or not. The government incentives are aimed to support the development of these markets. The frontier markets of Anatolia have cost and labor advantages. Quality perceptions of the employees have a great impact on employee loyalty. To learn the opinions of the enployees, 50 employees are interviewed. It is seen that they relate employee loyalty, brand reputation and quality to each other. This is an opportunity for the reputable companies which is planning to invest in Anatolia
