AB ile müzakereler sürecinde AB ortak tarım politikasının Türkiye'ye uyumu ve uygulanabilirliği ; Adaptation and applicability of the European Union common agricultural policy to Turkey in process of negotiations with European Union
Bu çalısmanın amacı Türkiye'nin tarım politikasında karsısına çıkan engelleri, mevzuat ve uygulama yanlıslarını ortaya çıkarmak, çıkarılan bu sonuçları AB'ye uyumda Tarım Müzakereleri çerçevesinde düzeltmek için gerekli politikanın OTP oldugunu göstermektir. Çalısmada aynı zamanda AB'nin nasıl gıda ithalatçısı konumundan, ihracatçı konumuna geçtigini görmekteyiz. Türkiye için AB Uyum Müzakerelerinde en büyük engel OTP'ye uyumdur. OTP'nin AB'nin ilk ve en büyük bütçeyle destekledigi politikası olması dolayısıyla, AB Türkiye gibi tarım potansiyeli yüksek bir ülkeyi Topluluga almaktan çekinmektedir. Türkiye'nin, AB'ye ister üye olsun ister olmasın; istikrarlı bir tarım politikasına ihtiyacı vardır. Enflasyon hedeflemesi için gerekli olan Merkez Bankası'nın bagımsızlastırılması politikasına benzer, tarım politikalarının tek bir birimden yönetilmesi için bir adım atılması gerekmektedir. Görüldügü gibi ülkemiz için eksiklikleri olsa da, Türkiye Tarım Sektörü için günümüzde OTP'ye uyulmasına ihtiyaç vardır. ; The purpose of this study is to reveal the complications in Common Agricultural Policy that Turkey come across during the period , the legislation and implementation errors and to demonstrate the necessity of Common Agricultural Policy to arrange these problems within The Agriculture Negotiations. In this study we see how European Union become an exporter of food instead of being an importer. In The Agriculture Negotiations, the most important difficulty is the adaptation to the Common Agricultural Policy. CAP, for being the first and supported with the biggest budget policy of European Union, EU forbear to accept Turkey to the community. Turkey needs a stable agriculture policy in any case. It is necessray to make an attempt for the management of agriculture policies under one unit like the independency of Central Bank for inflation targeting. Determining the Desired Traits in Employees with Job Advertisements Analysis

In the tourism sector, employees are an essential element in the continuation of their activities and in providing quality service to their customers. With the industry becoming more competitive, every business wants to have qualified employees. This desire leads to an increase in the qualifications that companies are looking for in their employees. In this context, the primary purpose of this research is to determine the qualifications sought by the employees by examining the job advertisements of enterprises in the tourism sector. The study's data were obtained on the relevant website on September 23, 2022. On this date, there are 260 advertisements published within the last 15 days. Two hundred sixty job advertisements were analyzed by content analysis. Qualifications written in job advertisements were evaluated according to themes and codes with the Maxqda program. Five main themes were determined as employee personality traits, working conditions, management skills, program usage and other. The most desired employee qualities by businesses are the development of communication skills in employee personality traits, to be in harmony with the principle of teamwork and guest satisfaction in working conditions, having a problem-solving ability of employees in management skills, using Office programs in the theme of using the program and graduating from an institution that provides tourism education in the other theme. It is thought that the research findings will significantly benefit the employees. Keywords: Tourism, Employees, Job Advertisements
