The article is devoted to the study of the administrative and legal regulation of the privatization of citizens in the Republic of Lithuania and Ukraine. The author makes a comparative analysis of the current state of the national legislation and legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the sphere of citizenship, namely, the Constitution, the Law "On Citizenship of Ukraine" of January 18, 2001 and the Law of the Republic of Lithuania "On Citizenship" of December 2, 2010 No. XI- 1196 as well as other normative and legal acts. On the basis of what it proposes to improve the modern legislation of Ukraine in the administrative-legal aspect, imposing it on international standards and norms on the example of the Republic of Lithuania. ; Стаття присвячена дослідженню адміністративно-правового регулювання припинення громадянства в Литовській Республіці та Україні. Автором здійснено порівняльний аналіз сучасного стану національного законодавства та законодавства Литовської Республіки, що регулює сферу громадянства. У зв'язку з цим запропоновано пропозиції вдосконалення законодавства України в адміністративно-правовому аспекті шляхом наближення його до міжнародних стандартів та норм на прикладі Литовської Республіки.

Стаття присвячена аналізу принципів адміністративних процедур, якими має керуватися суб'єкт владних повноважень у процесі прийняття рішень щодо припинення громадянства України особою. Автором проаналізовано поняття принципів, різні підходи вчених-адміністративістів до класифікації принципів адміністративних процедур, а також сучасний стан законодавства України на рівні європейських стандартів. На підставі проведеного дослідження запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення національного законодавства в аспекті адміністративно-правового регулювання і наближення його до норм міжнародного права. ; This article examines the principles of administrative procedures that should be governed by the power of attorney when deciding on the termination of citizenship in Ukraine. The author also analyzed the concepts of principles, different approaches of scientists to the classification of principles of administrative procedures and the current state of Ukrainian legislation on the level of European standards, namely, the following normative acts such as: the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the Treaty on European Union, the Charter of Fundamental Rights The European Union, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Citizenship of Ukraine", the Draft Administrative Procedural Code and other normative legal acts.That is, the purpose of this article is to study the essence of the principles of administrative procedures, their content and the main problems that arise when the decision of the subject of authority, on the termination of citizenship. But on the basis of the conducted research, ways of improving the national legislation in the aspect of administrative-legal regulation and bringing it closer to the norms of international law are proposed.

This article is attached to the study of administrative-legal order and one of the reasons for the termination of Ukrainian citizenship – as a result of the loss.The article explores and highlights the essence, content and key issues of the termination of Ukrainian citizenship, namely: as a result of expulsion from the citizenship of Ukraine; as a result of the loss ofcitizenship of Ukraine and on the grounds provided by international treaties of Ukraine.However, the author investigates one of the most problematic reasons for terminating Ukrainian citizenship – loss of citizenship, as well as analyzes the legislation on citizenship, namely, international acts, the Constitution, laws and bills.On the basis of which the author proposes to introduce changes to the legislation on the improvement of the legislation of Ukraine in the administrative and legal aspect, by way of ignoring it to international standards and norms. ; Статтю присвячено дослідженню адміністративно-правового порядку та одній із підстав припинення громадянства України (внаслідок втрати). Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану національного законодавства, що регулює сферу громадянства в Україні, зокрема питання його припинення. Запропоновано пропозиції вдосконалення законодавства України в адміністративно-правовому аспекті шляхом наближення його до міжнародних стандартів та норм.

The article is devoted to the issue of acquiring citizenship of Ukraine as a result of its adoption.The article explores and highlights the essence, content and main issues of acquiring citizenship of Ukraine as a result of its adoption, as well as analyzes the provisions of the legislation in the field of citizen- ship, which require harmonization and adaptation to the international level.Based on the analysis of legislation, the article states that the conditions for admitting to the citizenship of Ukraine are: recognition and observance of the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine, filing an application for a lack of foreign citizenship or an obligation to terminate foreign citizenship, legal residence on the territory of Ukraine during the last five years, obtaining a permit for immigration, knowl- edge of the state language or its understanding to the extent sufficient for communication, the existence of legal sources of existenceThe article also analyzes the simplified procedure for acquiring citizenship, which takes place through the adoption of the citizenship of a child living in Ukraine and one of the parents of any other person who is her legal representative and has a corresponding permit for immigration to Ukraine.The list of documents necessary for acquiring citizenship is also provided.The author proposes ways to improve legislation, taking into account international experience. ; Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню питання адміністративного-правового регулювання набуття громадянства України внаслідок його прийняття. Проаналізовано сучасний стан нормативного забезпечення адміністративно-правового регулювання набуття громадянства в Україні. На підставі проведеного дослідження запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення законодавства України в частині адміністративно-правового регулювання і наближення його до норм міжна-родного права.
