The purpose of the article is to investigate the history of blogs and determine the dynamics of their development. The methodology involves the use of historical, bibliographic, and analytical methods. The scientific novelty of the work is that it is the first attempt to describe the history of blogs from their appearance to the present day. With the rapid development of Internet communications in modern society, new forms of virtual communication have appeared, which are of interest to representatives of different segments of the population, professions, preferences, ages. Blogging allows people to express themselves, to present themselves to the world, to find like-minded people. In addition, such online communication is an opportunity to relax, work and develop. This led to the emergence of a new profession – a blogger. Due to the ability to communicate freely in time and space, the blogosphere has become a presentation platform for many political, religious, social, and cultural formations. Most companies now have at least one blogger who creates relevant content. Since evolution, blogs have come a long way, change, and improvement. Initially, the first Internet posts appeared. Later, this phenomenon was called a blog, which led to the emergence of derivative concepts, such as blogger, blogging, blogosphere, video blog, etc. Gradually, special platforms were created for blogs, where contributors discussed political, military, social, cultural, and other issues. In the early twentieth century, bloggers became a source of information for the media, causing social resonance. Some sites have combined blogging platforms and social networks and began to contain video, photo, and audio content. The coronavirus pandemic in the world has given a powerful impetus to the development of Internet communication, and the blogosphere is now experiencing considerable prosperity. Conclusions. The blog has come a long way from 1994 to the present. Every year, it gains momentum in its development, generates new online contributors, and gains a new audience. Blogs perform a number of important functions: cognitive, educational, presentation, relaxation, etc., which determine their significant popularity and, consequently, further development. Therefore, the question of the state of blogs and their history will always be relevant. ; Мета статті – дослідити історію появи блогів і визначити динаміку їх розвитку. Методологія дослідження передбачає застосування історичного, бібліографічного та аналітичного методів. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що вперше здійснено спробу описати історію блогів від часу їх появи до наших днів. Зі стрімким розвитком інтернет-комунікацій у сучасному суспільстві з'явилися нові форми віртуального спілкування, якими цікавляться представники різних верств населення, професій, уподобань, віку. Ведення блогів дає змогу людям самовиражатись, презентувати себе світові, знаходити однодумців. Крім того, таке інтернет-спілкування – це можливість відпочивати, працювати та розвиватись. Це зумовило появу нової професії – блогера. Через змогу здійснювати безперешкодну в часі та просторі комунікацію блогосфера стала презентаційним майданчиком для багатьох політичних, релігійних, громадських і культурних формувань. Нині в більшості компаній працює щонайменше один блогер, який створює відповідний контент. Блоги з моменту їх появи пройшли певний шлях еволюції, змін і вдосконалення. Спочатку з'явилися перші інтернет-дописи. Згодом таке явище отримало назву блог, що зумовило появу похідних понять: блогер, блогінг, блогосфера, відеоблог та ін. Поступово для блогів створили спеціальні платформи, на яких дописувачі обговорювали політичні, військові, соціальні, культурні й інші питання. На початку ХХ століття блогери стали джерелом інформації для ЗМІ, спричинювали соціальний резонанс. Деякі сайти поєднали блог-платформи та соціальні мережі, стали містити відео-, фото- й аудіоконтент. Пандемія коронавірусу у світі дала потужний поштовх до розвитку інтернет-комунікації і блогосфера нині переживає значний розквіт. Висновки. Блог пройшов тривалий шлях розвитку з 1994 року – по сьогодення. З кожним роком він у своєму розвитку набирає обертів, породжує нових онлайн-дописувачів і завойовує нову аудиторію. Блоги виконують низку важливих функцій: пізнавальну, навчальну, презентаційну, релаксаційну та ін., що зумовлює їх значну популярність, а отже, подальший розвиток. Тож питання стану блогів і їх історії буде актуальним завжди.

As the role of passive acoustic systems of extracting information is increasing in military sphere the interest to algorithms of polyharmonic acoustic signals detection has grown greatly. The difficulty of detecting such signals is caused by a priory uncertainty of its structure. Using statistical index of quality (SIQ) of spectral estimates for adaptive thresholding simplify implementing this task. The paper gives the expressions for SIQ computation of periodogram and its overall values are defined for cases of harmonic oscillation and white noise. It is proved that SIQ pulsation level (difference between its' maximum and minimum values) is connected to pulsation level of overall amplitude spectrum of Fast Fourier Transform. Ascertained that SIQ pulsation level decreases with spreading main lobe of window function in frequency domain. We proposed to use for weighting polyharmonic acoustic signals Tukey, Cauchy or Dolph–Chebyshev windows, which simultaneously provide minimal SIQ pulsation level and coefficient of signals' energy losses. ; У зв'язку з підвищенням ролі пасивних акустичних систем добування інформації у військовій сфері зросла зацікавленість до алгоритмів виявлення полігармонічних акустичних сигналів. Складність виявлення таких сигналів пов'язана з високою апріорною невизначеністю щодо їх структури. Використання статистичного показника якості (СПЯ) спектральних оцінок для адаптивної порогової обробки спрощує вирішення даної задачі. Отримано вирази для розрахунку СПЯ спектральних оцінок, отриманих на основі періодограми, та визначено межі зміни його значення для граничних випадків – гармонічного коливання та білого шуму. Показано, що рівень пульсацій СПЯ (різниця між його максимальним та мінімальним значеннями) пов'язаний з рівнем флуктуацій загального амплітудного спектра швидкого перетворення Фур'є (ШПФ). Встановлено, що з розширенням головної пелюстки віконної функції в частотній області рівень пульсацій СПЯ зменшується. Запропоновано для вагової обробки полігармонічних акустичних сигналів використовувати віконні функції Коші, Тюкі або Дольфа–Чебишева, які забезпечують одночасно мінімальні рівні пульсацій СПЯ та коефіцієнт втрат енергії сигналу.
