The key aspects of the formation of a promising model of an "intelligent" checkpoint based on the principles of heuristic analysis and taking into account the potential risks of violating customs legislation are considered. A comparison of various methodological approaches to the heuristic search for a solution to the problem of constructing the Concept of an "intelligent" checkpoint, taking into account the potential modeling error, is made. The necessity of ensuring the continuity of the newly created concept of an "intelligent" checkpoint with the conceptual documents already adopted by the Federal Customs Service of Russia is shown. ; Рассматриваются ключевые аспекты формирования перспективной модели «интеллектуального» пункта пропуска на основе принципов эвристического анализа и с учетом потенциальных рисков нарушения таможенного законодательства. Проводится сравнение различных методических подходов эвристического поиска решения задачи построения Концепции «интеллектуального» пункта пропуска с учетом потенциальной ошибки моделирования. Показана необходимость обеспечения преемственности вновь создаваемой концепции «интеллектуального» пункта пропуска с уже принятыми в Федеральной таможенной службе России концептуальными документами.
