У статті розкрито сутність поняття консолідованої фінансової звітності згідно трактування, наведеного у вітчизняному та міжнародному законодавстві, та з точки зору провідних науковців. При цьому, вивчено значення та основні методи процесу консолідації. Визначено основних користувачів консолідованої фінансової звітності та необхідність її складання для їх інформаційних потреб. Досліджено принципи та аспекти формування даних консолідованої фінансової звітності. Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню систематизації та впорядкуванню процедур консолідації фінансової звітності. The purpose of the article is to study the main aspects of the formation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with the requirements of domestic and international legal acts, which provide state regulation of accounting and financial reporting by related entities. The article describes the essence of the concept of consolidated financial statements in accordance with the interpretation given in domestic and international law, and from the perspective of leading scholars. At the same time, the significance and basic methods of the consolidation process have been studied. The main users of the consolidated financial statements and the need to compile them for their information needs are identified. The principles and aspects of forming consolidated financial statements data are investigated. Particular attention is paid to the study of systematization and streamlining of consolidation procedures for financial reporting. The consolidated financial statements should reflect the financial position and results of its business activities, to meet the needs of internal and external users and enable management to make impartial decisions. The method of compiling consolidated financial statements is rather complicated as it is related to the necessity of eliminating the articles. Normative legal regulation of consolidated financial statements in Ukraine is carried out in accordance with international and national standards. For more complete and effective compilation of consolidated financial statements, guidelines and provisions that take into account the specifics of industries and contain specific instructions for the formulation of consolidated financial statements need to be developed.

У статті проаналізовано нормативну базу України з питань регулювання операцій між афілійованими (пов'язаними) суб'єктами господарювання, аргументовано важливість достовірного та неупередженого відображення у звітності операцій зі зв'язаними особами. Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню спільних тез та основних відмінностей між МСБО 24 «Розкриття інформації про зв'язані сторони» та П(С)БО 23 «Розкриття інформації щодо пов'язаних сторін». The article is a study of the major differences between domestic and foreign regulatory acts that provide state regulation affiliates relationship (dependency) between the entities. Affiliates (interest related) individuals as entities have a special legal status associated with Upholding the possibility of limiting their autonomy in management. As a result of the introduction of the category of «affiliates» also acute problem of state regulation of relations afiliyovanosti (dependence) between the entities. The article analyzes the regulatory framework of Ukraine on regulation of transactions between affiliated (related) entities argued the importance of fair and impartial in the reporting of transactions with related parties. Particular attention is given to joint research theses and major differences between IAS 24 Related Party Disclosures and Ukraine Regulation (Standard) of accounting 23 Related Party Disclosures. The main differences between the provisions of Regulation (Standard) of accounting 23 Related Party Disclosures and IAS 24 Related Party Disclosures is aiming at international legislation more detailed than the domestic, the list of businesses that owned and non- related parties; consideration situations where connectivity sides somehow can influence the business, which is a related party. It should also be noted that domestic Regulation (Standard) of accounting have the force of law and are binding. At the same time, IAS are advisоry in nature. Therefore we should expect appropriate amendments to the existing Regulation (Standard) of accounting and new standards in the future.

Досліджено поняття, які застосовуються при позначенні відносин афілійованості (залежності) між суб'єктами господарювання, та походження терміну «афілійованість». Проаналізовано нормативну базу України з питань регулювання операцій між афілійованими (пов'язаними) суб'єктами господарювання та нормативно-правові акти інших країн. Узагальнені форми залежності, які характеризують відносини афілійованих (пов'язаних) сторін. Обґрунтовані проблемні аспекти визначення статусу афілійованих (пов'язаних) осіб. The aim of the article is to investigate the origin and orthography of the notion of "affiliation", determine the fundamental differences between national and foreign legal acts which provide state regulation of affiliated (dependent) relations between economic entities. The conducted research has shown that qualitative and quantitative criteria of control over economic entity, which are to be stated to indicate affiliated persons, do not coincide in the legislation of different countries. The reasons of dependency emergence also vary and even the names of controlled and controlling participants of economic relations are different. In most cases Ukrainian legislation determines affiliated enterprises in accordance with criteria of the participation in authorized share capital and / or management. Nevertheless as of now there is not a single notion of affiliated person to be used in all the corresponding legal acts. It is necessary to bring national legislation to the uniform terminology concerning determination of an "affiliated person" category and its definition. The further research of question regarding the affiliated (related) persons' status is needed in correlation with economic problems analysis of affiliated (dependent) relations between economic entities.
