The present investigation deals with the meta-language of Communist International (Comintern) about the changes of the object-language of the Comintern. As the author puts it, there were several shifts in the political line of the Comintern in its history. The author gives a survey of the changes of Comintern policy and speaks about the factors responsible for denials of political changes.
