The author considers the main forms and methods of the interaction between the law enforcement institutions and local population.
В статье, посвященной столетию со дня рождения известного ученого Исаака Павловича Гинзбурга (1910-1979), рассматриваются основные этапы деятельности большого ученого и педагога после окончания в 1931 году Ленинградского университета. Эта деятельность проходила в основном в стенах Ленинградского государственного университета и Ленинградского военно-механического института. Удивительным достижением Гинзбурга-педагога была подготовка 123 кандидатов и около 30 докторов наук. Его заслуги как ученого создание теории сопротивления жидкости и газа, а также получение теоретических и экспериментальных данных по сверхзвуковым струйным течениям. Эти результаты использовались при создании авиационной и ракетно-космической техники. ; This article is devoted to the 100-th anniversary of the outstanding scientist, professor Isaac Pavlovich Ginzburg, and describes the main stages of his scientific and educational work. After graduating from the Mathematics and Mechanics faculty of the Leningrad State University in 1931, he mostly worked in the Leningrad University, as well as in the Leningrad Institute for Military Mechanics.The main achievement of Ginzburg as an educator was supervising 123 Candidate and about 30 Doctoral dissertations. His contribution to science includes creation of the theory for the fluids and gas resistance and also his theoretical and experimental results on supersonic jet flows. These results were employed in developing space and aviation technologies.
В статье описываются основные этапы жизнедеятельности талантливого ученого-механика, замечательного педагога и организатора науки, члена-корреспондента АН СССР и РАН В. Г.Дулова (1929-2001). Выпускник Ленинградского государственного университета, доцент Ленинградского военно-механического института, он основную часть своей жизни посвятил Сибири. Здесь он работал в институте теоретической и прикладной механики и был директором этого академического института в Новосибирске, был также основателем и директором Вычислительного центра в Красноярске. В. Г. Дулов преподавал и заведовал кафедрами в университетах перечисленных городов, написал ряд замечательных учебников и монографий. Он был специалистом по гиперзвуковой аэродинамике и динамике сверхзвуковых струй, способствовал созданию новой техники за что получил Государственную премию. ; The article describes the life and scientific work of the talented cientist, remark-able educator and scientific organizer, corresponding member of the Soviet and Russian Academy of Sciences, V.G. Dulov (1929-2001). After graduating from the Leningrad State University, and working an associated professor in the Leningrad Institute for Military Mechanics, he devoted most of his life to Siberia. He worked at the Institute for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics in Novosibirsk and then was the director of this Institute, and he was the founder and director of the Krasnoyarsk Computing Center. V.G. Dulov taught and headed scientific departments at the universities of these cities, wrote a number of excellent textbooks and monographs. He was specialist in hipersonic aerodynamics and supersonic jets and participated in the development of new technologies, for which he was awarded the State prize.
