Показаны трансформации, происходившие в структуре женской гендерной роли на макросоциальном уровне: в типичных видах деятельности, социальном статусе, содержании распространенных представлениях о женщине. Выявлены различия в подходах к вопросу о женщинах как дополнительном ресурсе военной силы в позициях царского правительства, Временного правительства, Белого движения и Совета Народных Комиссаров. Освещены представления лидера партии большевиков В. И. Ленина о роли женщин в социалистическом перевороте. Описано, как на основе юридического равноправия женщины с мужчиной, закрепленного в советском законодательстве в октябре 1917 г. — 1918 г.,происходило реформирование системы брачно-семейных отношений, реализация лозунгаосвобождения женщины от домашнего хозяйства, осуществление крупных мер по охране материнства и младенчества. В это время с учетом физиологии женского организма создавались особые условия женского труда; вводились льготы для беременных, рожениц, родильниц и кормящих матерей, в том числе, отпуск по беременности и послеродовой отпуск; организовывались женские и детские консультации. Установлены общие черты первой советской женской гендерной модели, формировавшейся в 1920-е — первой половине 1930-х гг. Определены отличительными признаками её первоначальной формы 1920-х гг., важнейшими из которых стали наличие женотделов, свобода аборта, отношение к проституции как к социальной болезни иведение борьбы с ней культурно-просветительными и социально-экономическими мерами, дискурсность женского движения, активное вовлечение женщин в управленческую деятельность. Показано, что вранний советский период Партия социалистов-революционеров с октября1917 г., а Партия левых эсеров с 1918 г. оказались в оппозиции большевизму,правые и левые эсерки вынуждены были действовать в условиях, когдаони были отнесены к «врагам народа». Освещены судьбы оказавшихся вссылке на Урале М. А. Спиридоновой, А. А. Измайлович И. К. Каховской,М. Л. Свирской-Гиршевич, Е. Л. Олицкой, Г. И. Затмиловой и др. На при-мере судьбы супруги В. М. Чернова О. Е. Черновой-Колбасиной и ее дочерейпоказано, что близкие эсеров в начале 1920-х гг. являлись политическимизаложниками. В заключении сделан вывод о том, что основными направле-ниями деятельности эсерок стало распространение политических взглядов,установление и поддержание связей между разбросанными по стране отдель-ными эсеровскими группами, помощь больным товарищам.

The article gives a characteristic of the year 1923 as a special transient stage in fightingprostitution from the actions based on revolutionary consciousness to the actions based onrevolutionary legal consciousness after introducing in 1922 the norms of responsibility forkeeping disorderly houses, women recruitment and procuration by the Criminal Code of theRSFSR; it shows the establishment of boards on fighting prostitution under the offices of publichealth with participation of the representatives of professional unions and police instead ofjoint committees on fighting prostitution in different Ural regions (Perm, Ekaterinburg andChelyabinsk governments). It is stated that Perm board on fighting prostitutions was establishedpractically three weeks earlier (February 10, 1923) than the Petrograd one which started itswork on March 1, 1923. On the basis of comparison of central and local directives provisionson the example of Perm prostitution fighting board work there are discovered differences inmale and female understandings of the question of prostitution preventive measures and womenprostitution prevention at the beginning of the reconstruction period. In the end of the articlethe author makes a conclusion that the established structure covered just the governorate level,there was a tendency to make prostitution as the only aspect of women activity, there was akeen struggle for the working places between men and women, determined by the competitionin the conditions of high unemployment level in the labour market ; Дана характеристика 1923 г. как особого переходного этапа в борьбе с проституциейот действий, основанных на революционном самосознании, к действиям на основе рево-люционного правосознания после введения Уголовным Кодексом РСФСР 1922 г. нормответственности за содержание притонов, вербовку женщин и сводничество; показаносоздание советов по борьбе с проституцией при отделах народного здравоохранения сучастием представителей профессиональных союзов и милиции вместо междуведом-ственных комиссий по борьбе с проституцией в различных регионах Урала (в Пермской,Екатеринбургской, Челябинской губерниях). Установлено, что совет по борьбе с про-ституцией в Перми был создан почти на три недели раньше (10 февраля 1923 г.), чемПетроградский губернский совет по борьбе с проституцией, который начал работатьс 1 марта 1923 г. На основе сравнения положений центральных и местных директивна примере работы Пермского совета по борьбе с проституцией выявлены различияв представлениях мужчин и женщин в вопросе о мерах по преодолению проституциии предотвращению проституирования женщин в начале восстановительного периода.В заключении сделан вывод о том, что сложившаяся структура охватывала лишь гу-бернский уровень, наблюдалась тенденция сузить деятельность в этом направлениидо рамок одного из аспектов женской работы, велась острая борьба за рабочие местамежду полами, обусловленная конкуренцией в условиях высокого уровня безработицына рынке труда.
