The article analyzes the actual problems of the political processes of the modern state, understanding its role and place in world political processes in the context of globalization. The article examines in detail the problems of conceptualizing a sovereign state in the context of globalization, challenges and increased conflict in world political processes. The article assesses the risks and challenges to a sovereign state in the context of neoliberalism, highlights the role of global economic and political institutions in the implementation of neoliberal approaches and principles of global regulation.
The article examines the fundamental importance of political strategic communications for public authorities. The "supra-communicative" essence of strategic communication is substantiated. The article presents the stages of managing political communication in general and strategic communication in particular. The stages of strategic communication management are considered on the example of regional political communication, where the features and characteristic problems in its implementation are identified. One of the key problems of political strategic communication at the level of the Russian region is the lack of resources (organizational, personnel, etc.). The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of communication are also considered, they can be conditionally divided into two types – sociological and statistical.
In the article, the authors analyze the discourse of Internet communications in a modern open society, analyze the theoretical constructs that reveal the political potential of Internet communications, the impact of political activities of citizens on their political participation. In the article, the authors conclude that there are various models of interaction between public authorities and public communication.
At the present stage of development, the Russian government is interested in several areas of improving the policy of regional management. Firstly, it is digitalization, which implies the possibility of instant monitoring and online verification of any activity, both public and political. Secondly, this is the growth of self-sufficiency of the regions, which implies an active review of the possibilities of enterprises in the field of self-sufficiency. But, there is an opinion, in which informatization is a real catalyst for the development of regions. It is this direction that is relevant today, and if we take the Far East region as an example, then the causal relationship between informatization and the development of the region becomes obvious. The purpose of this article is to consider the features of politicians informatization on the example of the Far East region. The main research methods are analysis, synthesis and processing of statistical materials for the region. The novelty of the work is expressed in the generalization of data on regional management based on the processes of informatization of society and the region as a whole. Based on the results of the study, data obtained during cross-tabulation, analysis of personal data and modeling of the likely opportunities of society and the ruling circles, subject to the competent use of information flows, are presented. At the same time, the negative aspects of informatization are presented, which in turn force the government of the region to take measures to work with the population. In conclusion, the positive and negative aspects of digitalization are noted, as well as proposals are made to optimize work with the population in the region.

In the context of globalization, the growing role of TNCs is a natural result of the development of international economic relations. The capital of multinational companies is one of the main and most important sources of financing and R&D worldwide. A highly developed network of affiliated companies provides parent companies with access to the latest developments and achievements, promotes technology transfer, accumulation of knowledge, etc. The purpose of this article is to study the theoretical aspects of competition of multinational companies and the use of basic tools for analyzing the competitiveness of TNCs on the example of Aeroflot. The object of the study is multinational companies in general and specifically the company PJSC Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. The subject of the study is the competition of multinational companies.
