Визначено основні фактори, що впливають на активізацію протестних рухів. Виокремлено основні фази та їх специфіку політичного процесу боротьби з расовою дискримінацією. Сформовано модель процесу боротьби з расовою дискримінацією в США. Окрема увага приділена вивченню структури та рівнів расової дискримінації в американському суспільстві, що допомогло забезпечити змістовну структуризацію та розуміння даного питання. Здійснено аналіз динаміки основних показників об'єкта, виявлені загальні тенденцій розвитку антидискримінаційних рухів в США. Визначено події та процеси, що виступали аттракторами у процесі активізації протестних хвиль.
