The purpose of the article is to explore the peculiarities of forming an individual's information culture in the digital age, taking into account aspects of academic integrity. The paper examines the main components of digital literacy, particularly computer literacy, data skills, digital communication, and digital environment security. The influence of developing an information literacy level on creating a culture of academic integrity is explored. Research methodology. The study uses general scientific methods of system analysis, synthesis, and comparison, informational, cultural, and activity approaches (to analyse the theory of generations, namely the characteristics of centenarians born in the digital age; to define codes of academic integrity of higher education establishments). The scientific novelty of the work lies in identifying the peculiarities of forming an individual's information culture in the digital age and concerning fields such as sociology, psychology, and education. Conclusions. The article discusses the importance of digital literacy and its impact on academic development. It is determined that the ability to work with information in the digital environment can increase the level of integrity in the academic sphere. This combination expands the understanding of the relationship between information culture, digital technologies, and academic ethics, and forms new views on personal development in the modern information environment. The importance of developing the information culture and the culture of academic integrity as a holistic process in the modern digital environment has been determined. In the digital era, the formation of an individual's information culture plays an important role in creating an information space. Academic integrity should be a key aspect in raising the level of literacy and ethical standards in the information sphere. To ensure the successful development of the digital society, it is important to maintain and promote the values of academic integrity and high standards of information culture.

With the beginning of political and economic reforms, with the change of state information and cultural policy, libraries have begun a new phase of their development. There is an evolution of its social role: changing technologies, service forms, the nature of interaction with authorities and different social groups. The memorial function of libraries is essential. It provides preservation of the books that are the heritage of history and culture or book monuments, promoting them with modern means, and ensuring the proper organization and access of users to knowledge. The purpose of the article is to highlight the state of book preservation at the present stage, where the top issue is the lack of a concerted policy to preserve the National Library Fund, ensuring the preservation of the documentary heritage of Ukraine as a national part of the world's heritage. Methodology of the research is to use general scientific cognition methods, including a systematic approach to discover the current state of library science and identify the mechanisms of its activity. The axiological approach is used to determine the meaningful value of a source, its systemic integrity while combining the value of information and material media at the same time. In addition, theoretical and empirical methods have been applied, in particular, the analysis of the condition of books, abstraction, analogy, deduction, induction, reduction and synthesis, structuring of data on its preservation. The scientific novelty of the research is to identify the factors that cause the library's long-term and secure preservation under current conditions. Conclusions. It is proved that holdings maintenance should be provided to preserve and secure funds. The following preservation action should be followed: to maintain the material and sanitary-hygienic condition of the premises at the appropriate level; to equip libraries with modern systems of technical means of safety, constant improvement of material and technical base; to follow regulatory regimes of documents preservation and their conservation; to ensure the processes of protection, preservation and use of library funds with right amount of skilled personnel, etc.

The article analyzes the phenomenon of historical memory and approaches to its study in contemporary scientific discourse. It is stated that its emergence is associated with methodo-logical transformations in the historical science of the last two centuries. Initially, in the course of theoretical research, historical memory was understood as a way of reconstructing the past, when an ethnos or a separate social group builds an image of the past to please the present. As a result of the crisis of traditional historiography, caused by the postmodern criticism of metanarratives, a re-actualization of historical memory occurs. In practice, this occurs in the form of mass commemorations, museumification of common and individual historical heritage, and the creation of an infrastructure for memorial tourism. Historical memory reveals its capabilities to form person's identity and life guidelines, rooted in the fundamental and universal function of human memory. An important feature of the contemporary research situation is that the rise of historical memory occurs in a crisis of the idea of objectivity and faith in the future. The current stage in the development of historical consciousness gives a new characteristic associated with the general nature of changes concerning various layers and forms of memory, as well as with the collapse of world history and structural changes in historical representations. ; В статье анализируется феномен исторической памяти и подходы к его исследованию в современном научном дискурсе. Утверждается, что его появление связано с методологическими трансформациями в исторической науке последних двух столетий. The article explores the concept of "videogame" as a narrative of modern social and philosophical thought, which considers a video game through the prism of the gaming of social and individual life of a person. It is emphasized that despite the active penetration of videogames into the life of a person, a general concept of a "videogame" has not yet been formed in scientific discourse that would comprehensively cover this phenomenon, reflect its specific features and determine the further directions of research. It is proposed to supplement the concept of "videogames" with the following characteristics: 1) Videogame becomes new cultural phenomenon, one of parts of the mass culture and art of the modern world; 2) Videogame forms not only a virtual world, virtual space. Nearby the virtual space of game forms special society, also in this space can be formed special culture, ethic and morality that modifies real standards; 3) Videogame may be merely game for fun; however, it also can bring some ideas: philosophical, political etc.; 4) Interactive in videogames depends on a genre or platform of the game. "Videogame" concept should include not only indication of interactive, but also capability of levels and variety of interaction between game and player; 5) "Videogame" concept should describe videogame as complex phenomenon that have positive and negative aspects. Emphasizing on one side may reduce concept. It is concluded that the video game will become a new cultural phenomenon, part of the mass and artistic culture of the twentieth century. The expansion of the currently available concept "videogame" can bring closer the formation of a stable scientific concept, which will become the foundation for the development of a scientific discourse on the study of gaming as a general theory of videogames. ; Современный мир характеризует процесс геймификации - распространение игр во все области жизни человека, начиная с разнообразной профессиональной деятельности и заканчивая образовательным процессом. Human dignity has become a central legal concept throughout the world and is increasingly used in judicial decisions in many countries that do not include it in their national legislation. However, due to the acknowledged vagueness of the concept, academics and judges have identified many difficulties in its implementation and the specific challenges it poses to the rule of law. Consequently, from a documentary methodology this article tries to develop and propose, from the analysis of different philosophical approaches to the definition of human dignity, a series of principles that can be applied in judicial decisions to achieve a deep common understanding of the usefulness of human dignity and, at the same time, tries to solve problems that are now widely recognized, both by supporters and critics of the judicial use of this concept. It is concluded that the concept of human dignity must have a decisive influence on the formation, not only of substantive law but also of procedural law. It must become a criterion for the need for measures to prevent the abuse of procedural rights, the distortion of justice and the deliberate evasion of its main task.

IntroductionWith increased usage of antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) in HIV uninfected persons proper reporting on suspected unexpected serious adverse reactions (SUSARs) and continued insight into serious adverse events (SAEs) is needed for adequate information on ARVs safety in such populations.MethodsWe have evaluated medical documentation of persons receiving ARVs after non‐occupationally HIV exposure (nPEP) during five concomitant years (2009–2013). SAEs and SUSARs were evaluated by two HIV physicians and defined according to international standards. In statistical methods, Kaplan Meier survival analysis was used to estimate the probability of SAE and Cox proportional hazard models to identify independent predictors of developing SAE. Only the first SAE was included in these analyses.ResultsIn total, 375 persons received nPEP. The most common reason was needle stick (43%), followed by unprotected sexual intercourse (17%), rape (10%) and first aid (10%). In 84 (22%) cases, the source patient was either known to be HIV positive or within a high risk group (active injecting drug user). In total, 170 SAEs were reported, 139 persons had only one SAE and majority developed it within first two weeks. The most frequent first SAEs were gastrointestinal disorders (22%), followed by general symptoms (9%), hypersensitivity reactions (1.6%) and CNS symptoms (1.3%). The remaining events were laboratory abnormalities of liver and kidney function, haematological disorders, other and unknown, each contributing to less than 1% of all patients. 8 (2.1%) patients have developed a SUSAR (bradycardia, vivid dreams, lymphadenopathy of the neck, increased platelet count, swelling and pain of large joints, swelling of lower limbs, peripheral oedema and loss of concentration). 22 (5.9%) persons discontinued nPEP due to adverse event and 19 (5.1%) required a paid sick leave from work. In multivariate analyzes, only age was independent predictor of developing SAE (HR 1.17; [95% CI 1.03–1.34]; p=0.02).ConclusionsIn our observation, SAEs in reaction to nPEP were frequent yet usually mild events, mostly occurring in first two weeks and rarely causing discontinuation. The only significant factor increasing the risk of SAE was age. SUSARs were rare and moderately significant. More insight into this important area is required in order to ascertain proper pharmacovigilance of ARVs usage in HIV uninfected persons.

Introduction. Injuries in today's urban society are an urgent problem. In modern trauma, along with the lesion of various anatomical parts of the body increases the frequency of damages of the extremities main vessels with the development of massive external bleeding. Under these conditions, the only way to escape is to apply a tourniquet lasting up to two hours. At the same time in the structure of militant trauma and injuries in peacetime there is a tendency to increase the frequency of injuries of the maxillofacial area. The main cause of the injured people death is the development of systemic disorders with secondary lesions of tissues and organs remote from the site of direct injury. However, the role of mandible fracture in the development of systemic disorders in the case of acute blood loss and ischemia-reperfusion of the limb is insufficiently studied.Purpose: to establish peculiarities of the liver dysfunction indicators among wounded people under conditions of mandible fracture, gunshot damage of the lower extremity soft tissues with massive external bleeding.Materials and methods. Extracts from the electronic database of Medical Cards of inpatients military personnel who were treated at the National Military Medical Clinical Center "General Military Clinical Hospital" and were injured during the anti-terrorist operation / joint force operation from 2014 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them the results of examinations and treatment of 10 wounded patients were selected, they had isolated gunshot wounds of soft tissues of the thigh with massive external blood loss and 8 wounded patients with similar gunshot wounds, and they had additional non-gunshot fractures of the mandible. Introduction. Injuries in today's urban society are an urgent problem. However, the role of mandible fracture in the development of systemic disorders in the case of acute blood loss and ischemia-reperfusion of the limb is insufficiently studied.Purpose: to establish peculiarities of the liver dysfunction indicators among wounded people under conditions of mandible fracture, gunshot damage of the lower extremity soft tissues with massive external bleeding.Materials and methods. Extracts from the electronic database of Medical Cards of inpatients military personnel who were treated at the National Military Medical Clinical Center "General Military Clinical Hospital" and were injured during the anti-terrorist operation / joint force operation from 2014 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them the results of examinations and treatment of 10 wounded patients were selected, they had isolated gunshot wounds of soft tissues of the thigh with massive external blood loss and 8 wounded patients with similar gunshot wounds, and they had additional non-gunshot fractures of the mandible.
