anemon ; Oyun Teorisi ve oyun teorisi modelleri uzun yıllardır bilhassa uluslararası siyaseti ve rasyonel aktörlerin stratejik etkileşimlerini irdelemek, genel olarak sosyal dünyanın dinamiklerini incelemek için kullanılmaktadır. Oyun Teorisi'nin açıklayıcı kapasitesini geliştirmek için çeşitli modeller ve yaklaşımlar geliştirilmektedir. Bu bağlamda Hareketler Teorisi stratejik etkileşimleri daha gerçekçi bir şekilde inceleyip açıklayabilmek için Stephen Brams tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Bu makalenin amacı, Hareketler Teorisi'nin temel varsayımları, kuralları ve kavramlarını, Klasik Oyun Teorisi'nin yapısı ve kısıtlarıyla bir arada inceleyerek Hareketler Teorisi'nin sağladığı metodolojik araçları değerlendirmektir. Hareketler Teorisinin Oyun Teorisi'ne yaptığı dikkate değer katkılar olduğu savunulurken, Hareketler Teorisi'nin kendi metodolojik kısıtlarına da dikkat çekilmiştir. ; Game Theory (GT) and game-theoretic models have been used for many years to examine particularly international politics and strategic interactions between rational actors, in general, the dynamics of the social world. Different models and approaches have been developed to enhance the explanatory capacities of GT. In this regard, Theory of Moves (TOM) was developed by Stephen Brams in order to analyze and explain strategic interaction more realistically. The purpose of this article is to examine the main assumptions, rules and concepts of TOM with the structure and drawbacks of Classical GT to evaluate methodological tools of TOM. The purpose of this article is to examine two game-theoretic models, Classical GT and TOM, and to scrutinize what sorts of methodological utilities could be achieved by them. Thus it is aimed to illustrate methodological constraints and drawbacks of Classical GT and how the rules and features of TOM intend to overcome these issues. In the study, although it is claimed that TOM made remarkable contribution to GT, the methodological constraints of TOM are pointed out. ; 832186

r/Place, ilki 2017 yılında Reddit platformu vasıtasıyla düzenlenen, ikincisi ise yine Reddit tarafından 2022 yılının Nisan ayında tekrarlanan ve çevrimiçi gerçekleşen bir etkinliktir. Boş bir dijital kanvas (tuval) üzerinde kullanıcıların belirli süre aralıklarıyla pikseller bırakmasına olanak tanıyan platform aracılığıyla etkinliğe katılanlar bireysel veya gruplar halinde 3 gün boyunca görsel tasarımlar uygulamıştır. Yapılan tasarımlara ve sürece bakıldığında, kullanıcıların bir araya gelerek 'sanal cemaatler' oluşturdukları ve belirledikleri tasarımları organize hareket ederek kanvasa yerleştirdikleri görülmektedir. Kanvasta yer alan ve bu imgeler arasında anime karakterleri, video oyun karakter ve sembolleri, Subreddit topluluklarına ait sembol ve mesajlar, LGBTI+ sembolleri, sportif semboller ve ulusal/kültürel semboller görülebilmektedir.

Bu araştırmanın amacı; 2022 yılında gerçekleşen r/Place etkinliğinde üretilmiş olan ulusal imgelerde yer alan kültürel sembollerin incelenmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma durum çalışması yaklaşımına dayalı nitel bir çalışmadır ve araştırmada örneklem olarak seçilen görsellerin incelenmesi sırasında betimsel analiz yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmanın, r/Place etkinliğinin ve etkinlikte üretilmiş olan ulusal imgelerin içeriksel açıdan anlaşılabilmesine ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

In this paper, we adopt Walter Carlsnaes' tripartite approach in order to scrutinize
the consistency of Türkiye's climate policy with changing climate regimes. We
explain the actor-structure duality in climate policy through the interaction of
climate regimes and Türkiye's climate policy. The paper reveals the causality
behind the policies implemented by Türkiye as a result of its core values and
preferences, and explains their continuities. Finally, we address the potential of
the European Green Deal to influence Türkiye's preferences, and therefore its
climate policy.

Throughout the years, the identity and institutional capacity of the European Union (EU) has changed. As a global actor in international politics, the EU has perceived the need for developing a comprehensive space policy perspective. This perspective has evolved by the changing dynamics of the space ecosystem i.e., "New Space", and it is a phenomenon that consists of new business models, new technologies, new markets, new value chains, and new actors. New actors in space activities have drastically altered the dynamics of space activities. This paper aims to examine the new actors in the context of European space governance, and scrutinise the tendencies of space companies so as to develop a better understanding of the European space system. The article concludes that, being aware of the undeniable importance of space applications and the security of space systems, the EU attaches importance to catching the "New Space" trend in its governance structure and encouraging appropriate changes in the sector.
