The aim of this study is to reveal the role of internal organizational communication in motivating employees in public service organizations. Data were collected from 249 surveyed employees, in the mobile telecommunications sector in Kosovo, specifically in the Vala mobile company. The collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS system. The study found that information sharing had the greatest effect on employee motivation, followed by employee involvement in decision-making. This paper can be useful for managers and heads to create an organizational culture that promotes both motivation and performance. This paper is unique as it examines the links between organizational communication, motivation, and performance.

As a passive system which does not produce any light that could interfere with the observations of the fluorescence telescopes of the observatory, it complements the active monitoring systems that use lasers. We discuss the applications of stellar photometry for atmospheric monitoring at optical observatories in general and the particular modes of operation employed by the Auger FRAM. Clues to their origin come from studying the distribution of their arrival directions. Using 3×104 cosmic rays above 8×1018 electron volts, recorded with the Pierre Auger Observatory from a total exposure of 76,800 square kilometers steradian year, we report an anisotropy in the arrival directions. The anisotropy, detected at more than the 5.2σ level of significance, can be described by a dipole with an amplitude of 6.5+1.3−0.9% towards right ascension αd=100±10 degrees and declination δd=−24+12−13 degrees. That direction indicates an extragalactic origin for these ultra-high energy particles.

This paper aims to explain the legal, political and moral obligation of the European Union institutions in the promotion, advancement, respect, and implementation of human rights and freedoms as a universal value, and above all as binding legal- political principles during their efforts in relations with actors both inside and outside the EU. This research work simultaneously analyzes and interprets international legal rules that regulate human rights. Moreover, the cases and means in promoting the human rights used by the European Union in different cultural regions have been compared and analyzed as well as the possibility of changing the approach of EU policy towards countries where the highest level of resistance exist in the accepting of such values.

The contract of sale represents one of the most important contracts on internal and external circulation of goods. This contract is considered one of the oldest and it has the same purpose in all the countries worldwide. With this contract, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods he sells to the buyer, in order for him to gain the right of ownership, whereas the buyer is obliged to pay the price as per the contract. validity conditions, resolution and consequences of resolution, etc.In some occasions, the contracts are subjects of different conflicts which reach the only solution through courts. Given the fact that there are different types of the contracts of sale, it is important that we make efforts in order to study them, difficulties we encounter with regards to the circulation of goods and money.
