The study was aimed at identifying the relationship between collaborative leadership and students' educational attainment in Madinah's secondary schools and identifying to what extent collaborative leadership is practised. The researchers used the quantitative methodology to achieve the study's objectives through a questionnaire. The study sample consisted of (377) teachers. The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyse the data. The most notable findings are that the practice of collaborative leadership by secondary school principals in Madinah was high in relationships with schools' staff, parents and students. According to the teachers, principals in secondary schools practice collaborative leadership style (SPCLS) to a high degree, as the Mean was (4.20) with a standard deviation of (0.62). All participating schools practice collaborative leadership similarly, and low-achieving and high-achieving schools do not differ significantly. Schools were divided into two groups to determine if collaborative leadership correlates with student achievement. In high-achieving schools, collaborative leadership is directly correlated with student achievement (medium value).

Following the Biafran allegations of genocide against the Nigerian government during the Civil War, pro-Biafran groups emerged in the United States to pressure the American government into political intervention in the form of recognizing the Biafran republic. In response, African-American Civil Rights hero James Meredith counter-balanced the pro-Biafran groups, and advocated for one Nigeria in the United States. By analyzing public speech, correspondences, fact-finding mission reports, congressional hearing testimonies, and oral interviews, this paper examines Meredith's pro-One Nigeria (Pan-African) activism during the Nigerian Civil War, and promotes a nuanced understanding of the international dimension of the Nigerian Civil War. This study proposes an episode of transnational history of the global black liberation movement of the long sixties, and demonstrates that Meredith's pro-one Nigeria activism during the Nigerian Civil War was influenced by his background as a Civil Rights leader and his pan-African ideology.

Assessing students' learning outcomes is a significant part of the education system. This study investigated the perspective of a new policy that focuses on assessing students' learning outcomes. The method of implementation and the impact of the new policy were discussed. As this study was exploratory in nature, a qualitative research approach was applied, which allowed for the compilation of rich data through document analysis and semi-structured interviews. This study recruited 13 participants, including five supervisors, six head teachers, and two deputies. Results revealed the following: (1) a wide gap between the policy and actual practice; (2) limited involvement of the school community; (3) supervisors' examinations suffered from poor quality; (4) positive and negative impacts related to teaching and learning outcomes; and (5) several obstacles that needed to be resolved. Finally, this paper provides numerous recommendations to develop the process of assessing students' learning outcomes.

This study examines forensic accounting and fraud prevention in Nigerian public sector by using some selected studies from within and outside Nigeria. The objectives of the study are to determine how does forensic accounting prevents fraud in Nigeria Public Sector and to determine whether forensic accounting prevents fraud in Nigeria Public Sector. To achieve the stated objectives of the study, data were collected from secondary source or Content Analysis. Based on the analysis, the study found that a significant positive influence exists between forensic accounting techniques and fraud prevention. The paper is of the opinion that more steps should be taken to ensure fraud prevention with the application of forensic accounting techniques. Moreover, an effective and thorough legal framework should be developed and be provided for effective enforcement of what the law say by government agencies that were saddled with such responsibility on behalf of the government.
