Straipsnyje aptariami iššūkiai socialinių paslaugų sektoriui ir poreikis kurti kokybės valdymo ir užtikrinimo sistemą. Socialinių paslaugų sektorius yra vienas iš sparčiausiai augančių nūdienos ekonomikos sektorių Europoje, daugėjant paslaugų gavėjų, mažėja valstybės galimybės prisidėti prie socialinių paslaugų organizavimo, taip išryškėja visuomenės savireguliacijos funkcijų poreikis ir socialinių paslaugų sektoriaus ekonomizavimo problema. Straipsnyje pateikiamas socialinių paslaugų teikimo Lietuvoje kontekstas, analizuojami nauji iššūkiai, kylantys šiam sektoriui, ir grindžiama būtinybė diegti kokybės užtikrinimo ir vertinimo modelius. Straipsnyje taip pat analizuojamos skirtingos kokybės koncepcijos ir šių koncepcijų taikymo socialinių paslaugų sektoriuje galimybės ir teorinės prielaidos. Aptariant socialinio darbo specifiką ir klientų įtraukimo svarbą, analizuojamas išorinio kokybės užtikrinimo, paremto griežtu standartizavimu, ir vidinio kokybės užtikrinimo, kuris remiasi profesine savireguliacija ir etika, santykis. Straipsnyje pateikiamos socialinių paslaugų standartizavimo prielaidos ir bruožai, aptariama standartizavimo praktika Europoje. Taip pat nagrinėjama kokybės apibrėžimo kaip bendro suinteresuotų šalių susitarimo problema ir analizuojamas socialinių paslaugų kokybės sąvokos vartojimo kontekstas bei kokybės apibrėžties interpretacijos Lietuvos strateginiuose dokumentuose.

Socialinio darbo teoretikai sutinka, kad Pierre'o Bourdieu sociologijos įtaka sociali­ niam darbui plečiasi ir gilėja. Kita vertus, kai kalbama apie socialinio darbo profesiją, tie patys teoretikai ignoruoja P. Bourdieu nuostatą nuo profesijos tyrimų pereiti prie profesinio lauko analizės. P. Bourdieu profesijos fenomeną laikė biurokratinės pri­ gimties konceptualizacija, kuri įtvirtina mokslinio mąstymo logikai prieštaraujančias heteronomijos apraiškas. Straipsnyje siekiama įgyvendinti P. Bourdieu reikalavimą ir, pritaikius jį socialiniam darbui, nuo socialinio darbo profesijos analizės pereiti prie socialinio darbo profesinio lauko tyrimų. Straipsnyje ieškome atsakymo į klausimą, kaip keičiasi su socialiniu darbu siejamų veiklos formų arba praktikų traktavimas, kai socialinio darbo profesijos analizę keičia socialinio darbo lauko tyrimas. Palyginę trijų skirtingų šalių – JAV, Japonijos ir Lietuvos – socialinio darbo profesinės veiklos lau­ kus, priėjome prie išvados, kad profesinio lauko, kitaip nei profesijos, požiūris sudaro prielaidas įtraukti į socialinio darbo lauką tas socialinio įgalinimo praktikas, kurios, socialinio darbo profesijos požiūriu, lieka anapus biurokratinio socialinio darbo reg­ lamento.

The authors aim to discuss the changes in the professional field of social work, the future scenarios and the role of social work in the future society, and to present the views of social workers themselves on the future and the expected changes. The authors provide an overview of the trends in the development of social work profesion and outline the important changes in the professional field based on litearture review. The paper presents a quantitative survey of social workers in Lithuania, which aimed to uncover their attitudes towards new developments, the impact of technology and social innovation, and the future competences of social work.
The results of the study reveal that employees see changes in the field of social work, but that these changes are marginal. Not seeing change and a negative public perception of social work are also associated with a willingness to move to another field of work. Leadership and professionalism of managers and more cohesive teamwork would encourage staff to stay. The study did not show that working for any institution (municipal, governmental, non-governmental, etc.) determines social workers' attitudes. Social workers' attitudes and evaluations were more influenced by their demographics: place of residence, age, education, but even these correlations were rather weak. A large proportion of respondents were not familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals (SGD2030) or had only participated in a few sustainability initiatives, but the importance of innovations in social work practice was identified by 58% of respondents, compared to 72% of those aged between 18 and 35 years. When talking about the future competences of social work, the traditional micro-level competences of social work are highlighted: empathy, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication and working with a group, less importance is attached to innovative, managerial or macro-level competences.

Nevertheless, it is quite a new and under-researched subject in Lithuanian academic discourse. The goal of this article is to explore the experiences of pioneers of social entrepreneurship in Lithuania, the way they create and develop the model of social entrepreneurship. The first half of the article discusses various concepts of social entrepreneurship, its historical development, connections with corporate social responsibility and its purpose in contemporary societies. The second part describes the authentic experiences of being the icebreakers of social business practices in bureaucratic system. Results are based on semi-structured qualitative interviews, conducted in autumn 2018 - spring 2019, with 14 social entrepreneurs in Lithuania. The analysis was done following the approach of grounded theory. The research shows, that social entrepreneurs experience various challenges while cooperating with governmental institutions or municipalities while searching for suitable funding models and experiencing ignorance from society in general. Šio straipsnio tikslas yra atskleisti Lietuvoje veikiančių socialinio verslo pionierių patirtį kuriant ir plėtojant socialinio verslo modelį. Pirmose straipsnio dalyse aptariamos skirtingos socialinio verslo sampratos, jo istorija, sąsajos su verslo socialine atsakomybe ir paskirtis šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje. Tolesnėse dalyse analizuojama autentiška buvimo socialinio verslo led­laužiais biurokratizuotoje sistemoje praktika. Remiamasi kokybiniais pusiau struktūruotais interviu, atliktais 2018–2019 metais su 14 socialinio verslo organizacijų įkūrėjų. Duomenys analizuoti pasitelkiant kokybinės turinio analizės metodą. Apibendrinus tyrimo rezultatus, galima teigti, kad socialiniai verslininkai Lietuvoje susiduria su įvairiais iššūkiais bendradarbiaudami su valstybės institucijomis ir savivaldybėmis, bandydami rasti tinkamą finansavimo modelį ir patirdami visuomenės nežinojimą ar abejingumą socialiniam verslui. Tačiau jie vis tiek imasi šios veiklos, nes jaučia ypatingą besiburiančios iniciatyvių bendraminčių bendruomenės palaikymą. Be šio palaikymo būtų sunkiai įmanomas socialinio verslo egzistavimas ir plėtra Lietuvoje.
