Today, the role of a working mother is very important in forming an independent attitude in early childhood, starting from the parenting pattern, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today. This type of research was analyzed using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study are that the role of a working mother in forming an independent attitude in early childhood education in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Nurul Huda Banjar City is the role of a motivator, supervisor, educator, counselor, and role model. The most appropriate parenting pattern applied by working mothers in shaping children's independent attitudes is democratic parenting. The implication of this research is that the factors that support the formation of independent attitudes of children by working mothers in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Nurul Huda Banjar City during the COVID-19 pandemic include: environment, love and affection, and parenting. While the inhibiting factors are: the child's mood, inadequate parenting, peers or playmates, time and opportunity. The practical implication of this research is that the role of a working mother can form an independent attitude for early childhood.
ABSTRACT Thoughts in Islamic economic theology in the 4.0 era as now in Indonesia adhere to economic freedom, meaning that this freedom is required to always be Muslim-friendly. This research method uses the Library Research method and collects data obtained by means of a literature study from books and journals relevant to the study of the theological conception of Islamic Economics in Indonesia Era 4.0. The findings prove that Islamic Economic Theological Thought Concept of Islamic Economic Theological Thought is a concept formed in order to realize the aspirations of Muslims regarding economic issues in which the concept of Islamic economic theology has a significant effect on its adherents in concrete life. Such as bermu'amalah in terms of Islamic legal politics, Islamic Economic Politics, development strategies in halal tourism, halal food, cash waqf transactions and so on. Regarding independence from lust as a form of effort to escape from the shackles of human (negative) lust, it means that humans as human beings are required to always use their minds. Islamic Economics as a Choice for a Muslim for several reasons, namely the principles adopted by the theological concepts that are adopted by the Islamic economic community itself, especially in Indonesia.
The formation of independence is a process of inculcating a personality for a better future better especially the generation that is in its golden age. Independence means as a character that can make early childhood able to stand alone, not dependent others, especially parents. Parents, especially mothers, have an important role in the process formation of children's independence. As for The purpose of this study is to find out how big the role of working mothers is in shaping independent attitude of early childhood, parenting and supporting and inhibiting factors. From the results of the study, it was found that the role of working mothers in forming children's independent attitudes, namely: as a motivator, role as supervisor, role as educator & mentor, role as a role model. While the factors that become supporters of the formation of independence, namely: the environment, a sense of love and affection, as well as patterns of foster. inhibiting factors, namely: the child's mood, inappropriate parenting, peers or playmates, time and opportunity.
The belief system in a society today in an all-digital era can be formed by itself, meaning that the trust of a society is formed naturally. Where the belief system is a way of life that is believed by a community in carrying out its socio-religious life. The Sundanese people as an ethnic group that still exists in Indonesia today have an interesting and unique original belief system, namely Sunda Wiwitan. Sunda wiwitan as a good teaching and can be practiced for the Islamic community, especially in Indonesia in the digital era like today (the era of disruption 4.0) is First, the Sundanese people as one of the second largest tribes in Indonesia after the Javanese, have a pattern and model of Religiosity which is high, interesting and unique which is relevant in the Sunda Wiwitan religion which is still being preserved in the Baduy indigenous peoples in Banten Province and West Java Province. Second, the pattern of religiosity offered by the Sunda Wiwitan community in the 4.0 era included polite attitudes and behavior, and servitude with the term "Sang Hyang Kersa" in the form of prose. Third, the pattern that is preserved in the religiosity that exists in Sunda Wiwitan, today in the 4.0 era (digital/disruption) is able to influence various aspects of people's lives that exist in the Sundanese, namely as is often practiced in social, religious, political, and development life. As a result, the current pattern of religiosity rather than Sundanese diversity in the 4.0 era is relevant, as evidenced by the many Sundanese people who are involved in the world of politics and development. In addition, the form of embodiment of god consciousness (not atheist), and cultural awareness (maintaining the cultural mandate of the Sundanese ancestors) is a real proof of the values of Sundanese wiwitan religiosity.
An economy based on sharia has concepts and teachings that can provide welfare equally to mankind. Therefore, Islamic economic philosophy is the main key in the development of the human economy. The purpose of this study is to discuss the existence of Islamic economic philosophy in the digital era (why is Islamic economic philosophy needed? The results show that the existence of Islamic economics in the digital era is starting to increase. This is not only recognized by internal Muslims, but also by non-Muslims. As a result, Islamic banking, which incidentally is a financial institution in accordance with the ideology of the Indonesian nation, needs to be developed, so that the economy in Indonesia can progress by developing Islamic banks. Civil society (civil society) as the ideal structure of society's life that is aspired to, but building a civil society is not easy. There are preconditions that must be met by the community in making it happen. Coupled with technological advances in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.o like today, where information can spread easily through various online media unlimitedly in spreading hoaxes. This research seeks to uncover the dangers of hoaxes in building civil society. This research uses descriptive analytical method by examining the sources of literature related to building civil society in the Industrial Revolution 4.o. This research found that the public space is a means of free speech; democratic behavior; tolerant; pluralism; and social justice can shape civil society. whereas the impact of hoax news greatly affects the way people perceive a certain issue, so that people cannot distinguish which news is real or fake news which causes them to be incited by fake news that is spread.
This study aims to describe local specialties that have the potential to become halal food in order to boost the economy of local communities in three areas including Lakbok sub-district, Kedungreja sub-district, and Wangon sub-district. In the halal food sector or halal food in Indonesia, especially in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as it is now, it has become a necessity. This is because 1) Indonesia is one of the largest Muslim population in the world. 2) traditional regional specialties also need to be developed in order to boost the economy of the local community. 3) Support from the government in an effort to make Indonesia the world's halal center. 4) If the potential of the halal industry is not developed, it will become a threat to the Indonesian economy. This research method uses field studies with data obtained from observations and interviews and documentation. The results showed that halal food in the three sub-districts was able to boost the economy of the people in the area, as evidenced by the sufficient daily needs needed by the people in the three sub-districts. Various foods that can be used as halal food in these three sub-districts are varied, including cassava based chips, Tape, Cimplung or Kulub and Ciu, from soybean ingredients including Sule and Tempe Mendoan, from legen ingredients (coconut juice) can be made into Javanese sugar / brown sugar and can also be used as a mixture for making apem / cake foods. However, from the potential of halal food, some are already labeled halal and some are not labeled halal. This is what makes halal food in these three sub-districts less attractive to consumers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makanan khas lokal daerah yang berpotensi menjadi makanan halal (halal food) guna mendongkrak perekonomian masyarakat daerah yang berada di tiga wilayah meliputi kecamatan Lakbok, kecamatan Kedungreja, dan kecamatan Wangon. Dalam sektor makanan halal atau halal food di Indonesia khususnya di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 seperti sekarang ini telah menjadi sebuah keniscayaan. Hal ini dikarenakan 1) Indonesia masuk pada penduduk muslim terbesar di Dunia. 2) makan tradisional khas daerah juga perlu dikembangkan dalam rangka mendongkrak perekonomian masyarakat setempat. 3) Dukungan dari pemerintah dalam usaha menjadikan Indonesia sebagai pusat halal dunia. 4) Jika potensi industri halal ini tidak dikembangkan maka justru menjadi ancaman bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi lapangan dengan data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa halal food di tiga kecamatan tersebut mampu mendogkrak perekonomian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut, dibuktikan dengan cukupnya kebutuhan sehari-hari yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat di tiga kecamatan tersebut. Aneka makanan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai halal food di tiga kecamatan ini beragam, diantaranya dari berbahan singkong adalah Kripik, Tape, Cimplung atau Kulub dan Ciu, dari bahan kedelai meliputi Sule dan Tempe Mendoan, dari bahan legen (air nira kelapa) dapat dijadikan buat menjadi gula jawa / gula merah dan dapat juga dijadikan sebagai campuran pembuatan makanan apem/kue. Namun dari potensi halal food tersebut ada yang sudah berlabel halal dan juga ada yang belum berlabel halal. Inilah yang menjadikan halal food ditiga kecamatan tersebut kurang diminati oleh konsumennya.
The complexity of the challenges posed by teaching staff who are not ready and do not understand multicultural education today has become a major obstacle, especially in the 4.0 era as it is today. In addition, materials and resources must be free from biases, such as social class, gender, ethnicity, religion, and urban bias. Thus, authors of sources, materials, need to use the perspective of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Era 4.0 in terms of implementing Islamic education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency and reflection of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Indonesia, where Islamic education today continues to experience its own complexities of challenges. The results of the study show that multicultural education can be implemented for teachers, leaders, school members and campus communities who have a multicultural attitude and have the ability to properly organize Islamic education in the era 4.0 which is full of challenges. This will also be a challenge, because schools in general cannot be separated from stereotypes and prejudices that stem from a sense of primordialism, ethnicity, religion and social class. There is the Islamic concept of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin as a solution, and also a method of paying attention to the situation in the delivery of subject matter without disturbing the students' souls.
Today, humans as the most important component of organizational resources receive great attention in the Qur'an, either as individual, social, or human beings as the totality of God's creatures consisting of physical and spiritual elements. Therefore, there is a need for Educational Planning and Implementation Management, especially in private educational institutions. In this study, the researcher took the research locus at Madrasah Aliyah Al Azhar, Banjar City where the formulation of the research problem included, 1) How is the implementation of planning management at the Al Azhar MA, Banjar City?; 2) How is the implementation of education in MA Al Azhar Banjar City?. The method used in this research is using field data sources (field research) with qualitative descriptive analysis. The type of this research is case study research. The results of the study show that, 1) the implementation of planning management at MA Al-Azhar Banjar, in its application using the Collegial Collective work system, where all levels ranging from (principals, vice principals, coaches, teachers and staff) together with committees and staff. foundations have a shared responsibility in advancing their institutions; 2) The person in charge of planning the Education program at MA Al-Azhar Banjar, the Head of Madrasah and the deputy head of the Curriculum sector assisted by all structural position holders; 3) as for the reference for the preparation of the madrasa work program, namely referring to the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the Al-Azhar Supreme Court, as well as based on the decision of the minister of religion (KMA) and BNSP guidelines; 4) Educational implementation at MA Al-Azhar Banjar, carried out in accordance with government policies regarding PTM in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, and online and offline (face-to-face) learning processes, while still implementing strict health protocols.

The model of higher education in Islamic boarding schools has indeed become something new in the dynamics of Islamic education. Its existence is even more dynamic in the midst of the 4.0 era, of course there are opportunities and challenges to be faced. This study aims to 1) analyze the model of higher education in the pesantren environment in implementing education in the 4.0 era. 2) analyze the strategies used by Islamic boarding schools to maintain the existence of universities. 3) analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by universities in the pesantren environment. The research method used is library research. The results of the study found that in the 4.0 era through various models offered in maintaining its existence, it was to strengthen management, governance, and human resources without losing the traditions, culture, curriculum in Islamic boarding schools that oversee certain universities. In addition, it can be done by making innovations in order to maintain the quality of higher education, such as the use of digital-based learning media for students. Opportunities that are owned are government policies that take sides, educational models that are in accordance with the demands of the times, qualified human resources. The challenges are the demands of technological developments, curriculum adjustments, and resisting change.
