Nowadays, women's involvement in politics is a quite hot discussion topic among public associations and politicians. It is highlighted in various events. It is a fact that the country has to make certain legislative changes for the purpose of women's (political) activation. It will help to fulfill the international obligations, and to establish (some/additional/further) democratic principles in Georgia and accelerate the country's process of European integration at the same time. Based on the attitude of women's political engagement issue in Georgia, with the support of Georgia's Euro-integration strategy, public organizations and politicians, public awareness and the certain support of political parties, it is possible that in the nearest future the mentioned issue will be given wider resonance and it will be defined the legislative level in order to be more supported, what will add to growth of the women's engagement.

The elections of Georgia's Democratic Republic founding council is a special event in the country's political history, which is characterized by a number of special features, in both: within the country and at international scale. Consequently, the study of the past experiences and rethinking the political processes are very important and relevant. After the announcement of independence of Georgia (26th May 1918), the government had realized the necessity of the founding council's elections. Therefore, the preparation of the election legislation began in the summer of 1918 and on November 22, the Parliament of Georgia had already approved the law – about "Regulations of the Founding Council Elections". In the article 119 the mentioned law was described every electoral issue and its regulations. In this process were involved almost all political subjects. It is important to highlight that by this regulation we can clearly see the democratic character of elections. According to the elections regulation, the elections would be held in proportional terms and there would be determined the rights of active and passive voters. It is important to note that at that period in Georgian reality the new regulations were already implemented on 14, 15, 16 February, 1919. The Central Election Committee registered the list of 15 Candidates and granted the election numbers to 15 political subjects. There were nominated 600 candidates, out of which 26 were women, and five of them became members of the founding council (it is noteworthy to point out that in some of modern democratic countries, woman was granted the right to vote much later). During the pre-election period the important issues of modern political parties are - the problems of program documents with their pre- election promises. It should be noted that even in the times of the founding council almost all election subjects had presented the electoral platform. It seems that the current problems are almost intersected. They were developing future reforms: emphasize human rights, labor rights, the establishment of general democracy, development of a peaceful environment and an active involvement in international cooperation. This is the reason of maintaining the importance of century long issues in modern society.

The paper examines and discusses the role and place of culture in the formation of a modern peaceful environment based on the study of empirical material. Culture is presented - as the World's Sustainable Development – in the field of economical activation and empowerment of social and environmental components; the importance of Georgian culture and its interconnection with tourism, as it fosters the promotion, and at the same time, draws a special interest toward the cultural tourism. This creates a common promotion of cultural tourism and contributes to the preservation of cultural heritage, the establishment of harmony and mutual understanding between people; is studied the development of cultural tourism attractions. Georgia's example demonstrates the importance of UNESCO-led projects and collaborations on unique cultural features; it aims to preserve the history of statehood and its originality, respect independence and faiths, etc., thus, promoting them in the world. The data presented in the paper show that with the active involvement of the authorities the current year (2019), (despite the problem in the country's tourism sector) the positive trend of the increasing number of visitors has been maintained in the protected areas of the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture. The paper examines the efforts of Georgian authorities to create a certain environment and a fertile ground for the preservation of national heritage, cultural diversity and its new perceptions, the development of creative activities and the diversification of cultural life.

Post-conflict peacebuilding is a complex and multifaceted process that seeks to restore peace and stability in societies that have been ravaged by violent conflicts. Minority rights are an integral part of this process, as they play a crucial role in promoting social cohesion, reconciliation, and sustainable development in the post-conflict context. Unfortunately, minority rights are often marginalized and underrepresented in postconflict peacebuilding efforts, leaving minority groups at risk of continued discrimination and exclusion. The neglect of these rights hampers the prospects for lasting peace and hinders the contributions of minority populations to post-conflict societies. This paper examines or analyses the significance of minority rights in postconflict societies. It provides an in-depth examination of issues such as (a) the impact of religion on the formation of majority and minority dynamics in diverse societies, (b) the transformative potential of information technology and its role in fostering inclusive communication, (c) the interplay between primordialism and constructivism in understanding ethnic identities and their implications for the practice of consociational democracy; (d) the inclusivity of peacebuilding approaches and their integration of reconciliation across various facets of post-conflict development. To achieve this, the paper employs a multidisciplinary and non-empirical approach to desk research, including an extensive literature review, qualitative analysis of case studies from conflict-ridden regions, and a critical examination of consociational democracies. This methodological diversity enables a comprehensive exploration of minority rights' complex dynamics in peacebuilding contexts. Finally, the paper argues that achieving sustainable peace requires acknowledging the pivotal role of minority rights and fostering inclusive approaches that empower diverse community members to contribute actively. Despite its limitations, the consociational model offers an adaptable framework for balancing the preservation and reconstruction of ethnic identities in post-conflict settings. Moreover, involving historically marginalized groups, such as women and youth, is essential for building more equitable and peaceful societies.
