The implementation of good governance become the main agenda that has to be done by any government agencies. Because this is a requirement that shows the Government's commitment in carrying out theirs duty to serve the community. All officers must have an understanding of public information disclosure / Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP) based on Act Number 14 of 2008, the principles which referred to is accountability, transparency and the supremacy of law. This article is a normative legal research studying the principles/laws that is a research on applied regulations related to The Implementation of Trust +Positif Concerning Good Governance. This research aims to reveal the regulations related to the implementation of community service in conducting good governance in order to prepare ASEAN Economic Community. The conclusion of this research are that to create a good governance as expected by the community, the implementation of the function of Trust +Positif service is needed and we have to create synergy between the governmental officers who implement the policy and the community whom the policy applied to. Therefore, it is necessary to have cooperation between the two parties.

The European Union has introduced a "two foreign languages policy" with little solid knowledge of the consequences. I attempt in this paper to provide some facts for a serious discussion of language policy. In the first part of the paper, I look at the European languages on a world scale, employing the relevant measure GNP rather than the population measure usually preferred by linguists and politicians. The results are quite dramatic as English can be shown to be completely dominant. In the second part of the paper, I look at the relative importance of the European languages in Europe. In order to put the discussion on a firm footing I propose two indices from the linguistic literature, the Greenberg index of communication in a union and the Lieberson index of successful communication between countries. These indices are computed for Europe (25) using Eurobarometer data. In the third part, I look at the likely future linguistic development of Europe, and take a sceptical look at the "two foreign languages policy" as the costs of implementing such a policy for many persons in Europe would seem likely to exceed the benefits

In what ways does a refusal of production manifest itself in contemporary artistic, political, social, cultural, or other movements? And, how might a refusal of certain forms of production come together with a politics of care and "social closeness" – also when thinking of how research itself might be refused?

Drawing on urban history, computer games, and a workshop study of the city of Lund the article discusses the experience of digitally scripted spaces, and their relation to the history of public spaces. In conclusion, the article discusses the potential for employing scripted spaces as a reinvigoration of urban public space.

Building on their concept of metainterface, Søren Bro Pold and Christian Ulrik Andersen analyze the change in perception and experience that bring forth the always-on(line) mode of engaging with digital content. The notion of 'spectacle', in itself having a long history in critical theory, is employed here to discuss media politics and the struggle for power in terms of aesthetized computation, with their main driving forces being data analytics, surveillance and forensics. Pold and Andersen uncover how metainterface spectacle can also serve to empower political agency through reclaiming the apparatus.

In Indonesia, the Marriage Agreement has long been valid and regulated in the legislation in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. Marriage Agreement regulates marriage property. In Article 29 paragraph (1) Law Number 1 Year 1974 concerning Marriage stipulates that marriage agreements must be made before the marriage takes place, but in 2015 the Constitutional Court issued Decision Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015 concerning changes to Article 29 paragraph (1), paragraph (3), and paragraph (4) of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage which states that the Marriage Agreement can be made before, at the time of, and after the marriage takes place. The Constitutional Court ruling raises questions from various parties about how the legal consequences of the Marriage Agreement made after the marriage took place and what legal protection can be given to third parties on the Marriage Agreement which was made after the marriage took place.

This study uses a normative juridical research method that is descriptive analytical based on the merging of primary, secondary and tertiary data acquisition. The results of this study indicate that the legal consequences of the Marriage Agreement made after the marriage took place will have legal consequences for the parties themselves, assets, and also for third parties. Legal protection that can be given to creditors is to pay attention to the element of good faith in each loan agreement making so that creditors will be protected by themselves, if one of the parties making the loan agreement has bad faith, the loan agreement will automatically be canceled law because it does not meet the objective requirements.

The author's hope for this research is that the government can provide further regulation regarding the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015 so that the public gets legal certainty in the implementation of the Decision and for the community the writer recommends restraint in carrying out the Decision until the regulation further from the government. Finally, the authors hope that this research can benefit the world of legal development in Indonesia.

Criticism is a reflection on the dialectical relation between content and technology, a relation that is often political, tied to Marxist dialectics or to other concepts of criticism from aesthetic and literary theory. This workshop will ask how we can bridge between criticism of technology and design. If we are to envision and design critical alternatives, how can critical approaches to technology help? What do we need to take from criticism, which concepts of criticism and how can they be applied?

The Danish National Board of Health recommends early detection of COPD, focusing on smokers/ex-smokers over 35 years of age with at least one lung symptom. A governmental prevention committee has suggested that the municipalities, in addition to general practice, should be a potential arena responsible for early detection of COPD. We undertook a pilot study to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of early detection of COPD in municipalities following the recommendations of the Danish National Board of Health.Methods: The Municipality of Esbjerg offered spirometry to Danish citizens at risk of COPD without a previous diagnosis of the disease, following the National Board of Health's recommendations. Citizens with evidence of airway obstruction (forced expiratory volume in one second [FEV1]/forced vital capacity [FVC] <70%) were advised to visit their general practitioner for diagnosis. These citizens were followed up by telephone interview 3 months later.Results: Of 152 citizens sampled (50% females, mean age 58 years, 51% smokers) 51.3% had evidence of airway obstruction, with 87% being mild to moderate in terms of severity. Seven of ten citizens (71%) then visited their general practitioner, with 85% of these being diagnosed with COPD. The number of smokers embarking on smoking cessation or quitting smoking increased following COPD screening, with the highest frequency in participants with evidence of airway obstruction.Conclusion: In addition to early detection of COPD in general practice, early detection of airway obstruction in defined risk populations in Danish municipalities seems feasible and effective for identifying new patients with COPD. However, additional research is needed in larger samples to confirm the results of the present study.Keywords: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, screening, spirometry, smoking cessation

Lyme neuroborreliosis (LNB) has recently been added to the list of diseases under the European Union epidemiological surveillance in order to obtain updated information on incidence. The goal of this study was to identify temporal (yearly) variation, high risk geographical regions and risk groups, and seasonal variation for LNB in Denmark. This cohort-study investigated Danish patients (n = 2791) diagnosed with LNB (defined as a positive Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (s.l.) intrathecal antibody test) between 1996–2015. We calculated incidence and incidence ratios of LNB by comparing 4-yr groups of calendar-years, area of residency, sex and age, income and education groups, and the number of new LNB cases per month. The incidence of LNB was 2.2 per 100,000 individuals and year in 1996−1999, 2.7 in 2004−2007 and 1.1 per 100,000 individuals in 2012−2015. Yearly variations in LNB incidence were similar for most calendar-year groups. LNB incidence was highest in Eastern Denmark and among males and individuals who were 0–14 yrs old, who had a yearly income of >449,000 DKK, and who had a Master's degree or higher education. The number of LNB cases was highest from July to November (p < 0.001). In conclusion, based on Danish nationwide data of patients with positive B. burgdorferi s.l. intrathecal antibody index (1996–2015) the incidence of LNB was found to increase until 2004−2007 but thereafter to decline. European surveillance studies of Lyme borreliosis should be encouraged to monitor the incidence trend.
