In order to face the overwhelming process of Big Knowledge, it is possible to suggest experimental fictions that may help to understand and deal with our knowledge society and culture. The present paper suggests a mode of digital literature named 'Sociological Comics', which analyses a political struggle through its story. Under a genre perspective, it fusions sociological knowledge with comics narrative to tell such story. This Sociological Comics example was selected from a corpus of fictional digital texts we included within an archive and Knowledge Base using Hybrimedia. Hybrimedia means the transformation via hybridization of originating media into innovative media. For instance, a post in a blog or a comment in a social network may be reported within a classical mass media e.g. a newspaper, or vice versa. This process actually changes the very nature of these information or knowledge messages. ; A fim de enfrentar o processo avassalador do Big Knowledge, ficções experimentais emergem para entender e lidar com a nossa sociedade e cultura do conhecimento. O presente artigo sugere um modo de literatura digital nomeado 'Banda Desenhada Sociológica', que analisa uma luta política através da sua estória. Sob uma perspetiva estilística e de género, funde o conhecimento sociológico com a banda desenhada para contar essa estória. Este exemplo de 'Banda Desenhada Sociológica' foi selecionado de um corpus de textos ficcionais digitais, residentes num arquivo e Base de Conhecimento usando Hibrimédia. Hibrimédia significa uma transformação mediática através da hibridização entre os média de origem e um novo meio. Por exemplo, um post num blogue ou um comentário numa rede social podem ser reportados por um meio de comunicação de massas clássico, como um jornal, ou vice-versa. Este processo muda frequentemente a própria natureza dessas mensagens de informação ou conhecimento.

Le terme ruine renvoie, à la fois, à un processus social complexe et à un concept polysémique. Les ruines constituent également un phénomène qui a une nature relationnelle. Par conséquent, une étude sociologique possible se constitue à partir des deux piliers suivants : (a) des concepts interprétés en utilisant une posture sémantique à l'égard du social et du sociologique ; (b) des relations sociales de nature logique et hybride. Ce texte développe ce type de réflexion en utilisant les outils théoriques et méthodologiques construits au sein d'un paradigme sociologique nommé Sociologie sémantico-logique et à l'intérieur de l'une de ses tactiques, l'Hybridologie sociale, qui utilise en particulier un style d'interprétation désigné Herméneutique hybride. Cette méthodologie est appliquée à l'analyse de contenu et de discours de la page « Ruins » de Wikipédia, en essayant d'y extraire les sens polymorphes qui traduisent l'imaginaire subjacent à la forme sociale « ruine ».

This social and political tsunami is partly based on the change of paradigm of Web 2.0 or Social Web to Web 3.0 or Semantic Web. To clarify such a process, this paper discusses some of the key issues and theoretical positions on public space, from seminal Habermas's perspective to new problematics raised by the networked society. The author suggests the construction of a Sociological Ontology of Social and Semantic Web, based on a Semantic-Logical Sociology and Methodology. These procedures are applied through the analysis and hermeneutics of a Wikipedia page entitled 'Web 2.0', where sociological experimental tools are used, as Semantic-Logical fields, trees and networks, central and peripheral concepts, and trichotomies.

Este artigo visa analisar os efeitos combinados de variáveis dos níveis internacional (inserção internacional) e doméstico (regime político) nos padrões de cooperação mantidos entre Brasil e África do Sul, Nigéria, Angola e Cabo Verde, durante o governo Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010). O recorte temporal escolhido se justifica pelo interesse em analisar a cooperação entre Brasil e países africanos em um contexto no qual o Brasil se constituiu como um global player. Diferentes padrões de cooperação são definidos por referência à combinação entre: a) maior ou menor propensão a cooperar; b) predominância de uma dada dimensão da cooperação (política; econômica; financeira; técnica ou científica e tecnológica) e c) determinada formas de articulação cooperativa (block-type, issue-based, and support). A análise do fenômeno segue orientações do método comparativo transversal. Conclui-se que a cooperação entre middle powers (Brasil-África do Sul/ e Brasil-Nigéria) é intensa em dimensões mais complexas, como ciência e tecnologia, assume a forma de articulação cooperativa block-type e é ampliada para temas como direitos humanos e meio ambiente na presença de uma díade democrática (Brasil-África do Sul). A cooperação entre middle powers e small powers (Brasil-Cabo Verde/ e Brasil-Angola) se concentra em dimensões menos complexas (comércio, cooperação técnica), organiza-se nas formas issue-based e/ou support, mas pode ser ampliada na presença de uma díade democrática (Brasil-Cabo Verde).

A arte pública, para além da intenção manifestada na sua produção e escrita por parte dos seus artistas, ou para lá do seu consumo e leitura pelos respetivos públicos, compreende-se igualmente nos processos de mediação entre a sua criação e fruição. Uma tal intermediação é operada por vários contextos comunicativos, como um museu ou um evento numa rua ou praça urbanas. Com efeito, a arte pública é comunicada no seio de múltiplas esferas do espaço público urbano. Ou seja, estende-se e entende-se, funda-se e funde-se em outros processos sociais, de diversas maneiras segundo o tipo de ambiente social onde a arte pública ocorre. Por exemplo, uma obra de arte pública pode articular ou miscigenar dimensões socioeconómicas, políticas e culturais. ; Public art, in addition to the intentions expressed in its production and writing by the respective artists, or beyond its consumption and interpretation by its audiences, is also understood within the context of the mediation processes between its creation and viewing. Such intermediation is activated by various communication contexts – such as a museum or an event in an urban street or square. Public art is communicated within multiple spheres of the urban public space. In other words, public art extends, and is understood together with (is founded on, and merged with) other social processes, in different ways, according to the type of social environment in which a public art work occurs. For example, a public work of art can articulate or combine socioeconomic, political and cultural dimensions.

The present text is about Pessoa Effect in the Corona Virus era. Pessoa Effect is a social communication dispositif used inside digital social networks, blogs, sites, etc. It is defined as a mode of development in what regards the social, literary and artistic personality of an author, by using digital heteronyms. E.g. a user that writes and signs as a different author of multiple e-mails, may construct a digital heteronym in each one of these e-mails. Pessoa Effect may also be developed within the hybridization of media or hybrimedia: an author may present several personalities (author heteronyms) or mix himself with characters (character heteronyms). This may be made through an app including poems, which is abbreviated as p-app, that is hybridized with an e-book containing poetry, or po-book. Thus, the medium resulting from such process is a form of hybrimedia, insofar it contains and fusion certain characteristics of one of these media and other features from the other medium. Nowadays, everything (social actors, authors, characters, readers, media, etc.) are being contaminated by Corona vírus, which is building an emergent viral reality/viral society. Such new social paradigm includes, among other things: viral economies, technologies and ecologies; viral policies, politics, politicians and powers; and also viral discourses, cultures and arts. In this context, viral sociological poetry is a new poetic genre, which is disseminated through digital methods and hybrimedia. Abstract
In this paper, we analyze the legal situation regarding physician-assisted suicide in the world. Our hypothesis is that the prohibitive stance on physician-assisted suicide in most societies in the world today seems to be related to our moral attitudes toward suicide. This brings us to a discussion about life itself. We claim that the total lack of legal protection for physician-assisted suicide from international organizations and most countries in the world lies in a philosophical assumption that supports much of our common beliefs about what life really is. This assumption states that life must be thought of as not belonging exclusively to the individual. We argue that this assumption is a misconception that can be heard in the debate on suicide. Consequently we endorse a different conception of life which tends to favor a pro-choice stance towards suicide and assisted death in general. This position takes the patient's decision about when to die more seriously. We conclude that there is no reason why physician-assisted suicide does not deserve legal protection as an individual right to die under international law.

Resumo: O Programa Territórios da Cidadania (PTC) é uma das mais relevantes políticas de desenvolvimento territorial vigentes no Brasil, principalmente no que tange sua abrangência e importância. Trata-se de uma política pública social que apresenta escopo diferenciado, com enfoque territorial, gestão social e interministerial. Apesar de o PTC ser oriundo de um processo evolutivo de políticas públicas como: Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar (Pronaf) e Programa de Desenvolvimento Sustentável dos Territórios Rurais (Pronat), este ainda apresenta certos gargalos, como a definição de critérios para a escolha dos territórios. Neste sentido, o artigo apresenta metodologia estatística com o objetivo de avaliar os critérios de elegibilidade e o grau de importância desses critérios para que um município seja atendido pelo programa, a partir de indicadores proxies aos critérios definidos em decreto. Como resultado, critérios como densidade demográfica, existência de quilombos e população indígena não apresentaram o protagonismo esperado. Já o Índice de Desenvolvimento Humano apresentou-se como principal critério de elegibilidade, mostrando que o indicador se mantém relevante para o ciclo de monitoramento e avaliação de políticas públicas brasileiras. A agricultura familiar, um dos principais pilares do PTC e de seus programas antecessores, também se mostrou importante, mantendo a coerência do escopo e objetivos do programa.

O estudo aqui reportado aborda a Prestação de Serviços à Comunidade (PSC) por egressos do sistema socioeducativo. A pesquisa visou caracterização, registro e análise dos limites e perspectivas que se relacionam com o fenômeno investigado. Para tal, foram coletados dados de 127 Planos Individuais de Atendimento (PIA), referentes aos anos de 2013 a 2015, de jovens que cumpriram tal medida. Os resultados apontam que os serviços são necessários, porém triviais e sem relação direta com a atividade-fim de destinação das unidades de prestação de serviços. Carecem de relevância social e comunitária e de aportes pedagógicos, que oportunizem o fomento de novas capacidades e de integração social. Os dados obtidos permitiram, finalmente, concluir que a oferta dos serviços comunitários tem apresentado poucas alternativas concretas e muitas carências e limites para a efetivação do seu caráter sociopedagógico, visto que a sistematização da medida apresenta pouca coerência com as regras e objetivos fixados pelas normativas institucionais, notadamente, no que diz respeito ao estabelecimento de atividades de qualidade para a formação e a preparação para a integração social dos adolescentes autores de atos infracionais. Não obstante, alternativas de encaminhamento, no bojo do próprio modelo, são retomadas e sugeridas, como: zelar pela formação e a qualificação profissional dos atores do SINASE; assegurar, minimamente, ao adolescente, formação técnico-profissional compatível com o seu perfil biopsicossocial e história de vida e; aperfeiçoamentos no próprio texto legal que ordena a medida; em seu formato atual, bastante sucinto, genérico.Palavras-chave: Ato Infracional. Trabalho.AbstractThe study reported herein addresses the Community service orders (CSOs) by egress of the socio-educational system. The research aimed at characterizing, recording and analyzing the limits and perspectives that are related to the investigated phenomenon. To that end, data were collected from 127 Individual Care Plans (PIA), referring to the years 2013 to 2015, of young people who fulfilled this measure. The results indicate that the services are necessary, but trivial and without direct relation with the final activity of destination of the service delivery units. They lack social and community relevance and pedagogical contributions that allow the new capacities and social integration promotion. The data obtained allowed us to conclude that the offer of community services has presented few concrete alternatives and a lot of shortcomings and limits for the effectiveness of its sociopedagogical character, since the systematization of the measure shows little coherence with the rules and objectives set by institutional norms , in particular regarding the establishment of quality activities for the training and preparation for the social integration of adolescents who are responsible for infractions. Nevertheless, referral alternatives, within the framework of the model itself, are taken up and suggested, such as: ensuring the training and professional qualification of the SINASE actors; to ensure, minimally, to the adolescent, technical and professional training compatible with his or her biopsychosocial profile and life history; improvements in the legal text itself that orders the measure; in its current format, rather succinct, generic.Keywords: Infraction. El presente trabajo expone los resultados del análisis y caracterización individual de los restos bioantropológicos correspondientes a un rescate arqueológico realizado en el año 2019 en el sector La Cordonada, comuna de Coyhaique, región de Aysén, Chile. Este estudio comprende observaciones macroscópicas y caracterización bioantropológica de un individuo femenino de entre 30-35 años de edad biológica. Además, se precisó una cronología radiocarbónica de 390 años cal AP y la existencia de una dieta diversificada a través del análisis de isótopos estables del individuo. Se discuten tanto estos resultados, en función de otras muestras bioarqueológicas previamente descritas en la región y de cronología similar, como la posibilidad de estar frente a un tipo de inhumación diferente al tipo chenque, comúnmente descrita en Patagonia.
