In this paper, we obtained the expected constraints on the anomalous CP-even constants of three-boson interactions on the basis of cross-section for the pair production of W+-bosons in proton-proton collisions. The constraints were obtained for luminosity and the kinematic constraints on the final states typical for the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider at =13 s TeV. One-dimensional and two-dimensional regions of constraints for the anomalous parameters of three-boson interactions were calculated. When calculating the cross-section, the usual approximations of small quark masses and values of the CKM matrix elements were not used. The expected values of the anomalous constants are almost an order of magnitude less than the constraints found at the LEP collider at = 200 s GeV in the reaction e–e+ → W–W+.

Современные изменения в системе политических коммуникаций, связанные с экспансией медиа в жизнь современных человека и общества, делают актуальным обращение к классической теории медиа, которая предоставляет возможности для формирования новых исследовательских подходов с целью совершенствования уже существующих теоретических представлений об этой проблеме. В статье рассматривается и уточняется вклад в социологию медиа классика мировой социологии Никласа Лумана в контексте его теории социальной системы, которую сам исследователь характеризовал как аутопойетическую — то есть способную к самовоспроизводству. Последнее также предполагает ее способность к выстраиванию отношений с самой собой (самореференции) и к самоописанию. Целью статьи является обоснование авторского толкования теории социальной системы Н. Лумана и его теории медиа в условиях глубоких трансформаций медиасферы, которые автор статьи рассматривает с позиций теории политических резонансов, играющих важную роль в процессах самоорганизации и самоописания современного общества и его публичной сферы. Анализируются предложенные Н. Луманом понятия медиа и их классификация. Подход Н. Лумана к анализу специфики современных массовых коммуникаций рассматривается автором статьи как возможное основание для модернизации теории публичной политики в контексте насущных информационно-политических вызовов. Одним из необходимых условий этого выступает признание и акцентирование исследователями резонансного характера самого публичного пространства, что предполагает возможность гибкого и адаптивного воздействия социальных институтов власти на процессы публичной коммуникации. Подобная интерпретация рассматривается автором статьи как момент научной новизны его работы. ; The contemporary changes in the system of political communications associated with the expansion of media in the life of the contemporary person and society aim at better understanding of their nature and character. That makes relevant the appeal to the classical theory of media, which provides opportunities for the formation of new research approaches to improve existing theoretical concepts. This article discusses and clarifies the contribution of Niklas Luhmann (a classicist of the world sociology) to the sociology of media in the context of his theory of the social system. He characterized the latter as being autopoietic — that is, capable of self-reproduction (which also implies its ability to build relationships with itself — self-reflection), and of self-description. This article presents the author's interpretation of Luhmann's theories of the social system and media in the conditions of deep transformations of the media sphere. The latter is observed from the standpoint of the theory of political resonances, which play an important role in the processes of selforganization and self-description of the contemporary society and its public sphere. The concepts of media and its classification proposed by Luhmann are analyzed too. Luhmann's approach to the analysis of the specifics of mass communications in the contemporary conditions is studied as a possible basis for the modernization of the theory of public policy in the context of modern information and political challenges. Such interpretation is considered as the moment of scientific novelty of this work.

In the relativistic quark model, based on the point form of Poincaré-invariant quantum mechanics, an integral representation of the form-factor of the pseudoscalar P0(π0,η,η′) meson of P0 (qq̅)→γγ decay is obtained taking into account the anomalous magnetic moments of u-, d- and s-quarks. IIn the developed formalism the values of the constituent quark masses and the parameters of the wave functions are calculated using the lepton decay P±(qQ̅ ) → ℓ±νℓ± constant fP± and the pseudoscalar density constant gP±. It is shown that taking into account the gluonium component in η/η′-mesons and using the structure functions of light sector quarks lead to the behavior of the form factors of pseudoscalar π0-, η-, η′-mesons in the area of a small transferred momentum to the lepton pair, which is consistent with the modern experimental data

In the framework of the relativistic quark model based on the point form of the Poincaré-invariant quantum mechanics, the parameters were fixed using the integral representations of the lepton decay constants of pseudoscalar and vector mesons containing u-, d- and s-quarks. As a result of numerical calculations using the oscillator wave function, the basic parameters of the model are obtained using the pseudoscalar density constant and current quark masses. The analysis showed that the obtained calculation results in the framework of the model and the experimental data on the lepton decays of hadrons agree well with each other. As a result, the calculation method is generalized to the case of hadronic transitions with γ-quantum emission and a subsequent calculation of the integral representations of radiative decay constants of pseudoscalar and vector mesons. The obtained values of the anomalous magnetic moments are compared with the baryon data. As a test of the model, the authors studied the behavior of the form-factors of radiative decays of vector mesons with a subsequent comparison to the modern experimental data in the q < 0.5 GeV range where the resonance effects are insignificant. As a result, self-consistent descriptions of lepton and radiative transitions were obtained within the framework of the model proposed by the authors.

Метою статті є дослідження проблемних питань формування нових форм та моделей комунікацій, які повинні збільшити якість і ефективність діалогу між громадянином та органами влади.Наукова новизна полягає в тому, що вперше на підставі історико-компаративного аналізу розглядається еволюційний процес формування комунікаційних моделей інформаційно-правових відносин органів державної влади та громадянина. Особлива увага в цьому процесі приділяється інституту засобів масової комунікації, які значно розширюють свою функції: від елементарної передачі інформації – до створення усталеного джерела формування громадської думки. Зазначений процес значно трансформується в умовах розвитку інформаційного суспільства, яке самореферентно формує нові запити громадянина та вимагає швидких, а головне – адекватних рішень органів державної влади на запити громади.Висновки. З урахуванням особливостей становлення інформаційного суспільства в Україні ми можемо констатувати: по-перше, існуюча в Україні модель комунікаційної взаємодії органів влади та суспільства потребує докорінного реформування, і її трансформація активно проходить тепер і буде здійснюватися в подальшому, адже сьогодні відбуваються незворотні процеси перетворення традиційних засобів масової інформації на новітні засоби масової комунікації, які ще кілька років тому вважалися привілеями еліт; по-друге, динаміка розширення сучасного простору комунікації влади та громади виражається в тенденціях, які мають забезпечити підвищення ефективності комунікаційної взаємодії, що призведе до: – підвищення показників національної конкурентоспроможності за рахунок розвитку людського потенціалу, а також розширення потенціалу індустрії масової інформації; – економічного зростання, результатом якого має стати поліпшення життєвого рівня населення, забезпечення прав і свобод людини, надання рівного якісного доступу до інформації, освіти тощо; – сприяння становленню відкритого інформаційного суспільства, яке гарантуватиме дотримання конституційних прав громадян щодо участі у суспільному житті, прийняття відповідних рішень органами влади;по-третє, аналіз механізмів покращення ефективності комунікаційного процесу взаємодії влади та нового інформаційного суспільства змушує нас системно розглянути різновид інформації, яку науковці нині поділяють на індивідуальну (адресну) та масову. Для останньої ми пропонуємо визначити три характерні ознаки:- має викликати інтерес більш-менш широких соціальних спільнот; - повинна мати свого адресата, тобто, незважаючи на характер поширення (на невизначену аудиторію), передбачати окреслену сферу розповсюдження; - розповсюдження масової інформації повинно відбуватися виключно сучасними інформаційно-технологічними засобами.Сучасна модель комунікаційної взаємодії розглядається як ієрархічна та контагіозна, адже в більшості демократичних суспільств саме забезпечення можливостей обміну інформацією на рівні кожного індивідууму зокрема та суспільства загалом набуває особливого значення, при цьому ідея комунікації полягає не в пропонуванні моделі політичної дії, а в аналізі суспільної ідеї у розумінні типового ідеалу.
