In the article the basic stages of formation and development of the Donetsk scientific School of economic law and its branch in Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University are presented by the leading conceptual ideas that received the justification in scientific writings of the representatives of the scientific school. Named representatives of the first generations of the Donetsk scientific School of economic law, who stood at the origins of legal concepts. Considered the way of the formation of branch of this school in the Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University and presented by scientists and companies that contribute to the development of such a cell. Characterized the present state of scientific achievements and the composition of the representatives of the cell specified scientific school in the Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University. Attention was paid to the continuity of research between different generations of scientific school with regard to contemporary economic, political and legal realities. Outlined the prospect activity branch of the Donetsk scientific School of economic law in the Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University, associated with the achievement of the goal of strengthening the system of legal remedies, designed to ensuring equal conditions, stability and efficiency of management for all participants of economic relations, satisfaction and protection of the interests of such participants to ensure the growth of business activity subjects, ensuring consistency and coordination of business entities, their interest in entrepreneurship development and on this basis to ensure the efficiency of social production, its social orientation

Рассмотрен путь формирования ячейки этой научной школы в Донецком национальном университете имени Васыля Стуса и представлены ученые, которые способствовали развитию такой ячейки.Дается характеристика нынешнему состоянию научных достижений и составу представителей ячейки указанной научной школы в Донецком национальном университете имени Васыля Стуса. The aim of the research was to assess the legal framework for the acquisition of agricultural land by domestic and foreign legal entities, using the rules and regulations on the agricultural land market in Ukraine as an example of a system with ill-founded restrictions in this area. To accomplish this task, the authors resort to a set of scientific methods, including comparative review, systematic review and standard techniques of text analysis. The main result of the research was that it is imperative for Ukraine, taking into account that European integration is a key and unalterable priority of its foreign policy, to grant a general permission for foreign natural and legal persons to acquire agricultural land, as well as to introduce flexible approaches to setting acquisition limits. It is concluded that, the attention of policy makers should also focus on the need to deploy legal and institutional mechanisms that can respond to the challenges and risks associated with a significant degree of freedom of movement of agricultural land. This could include establishing in contracts for the alienation of agricultural land the obligations of buyers in relation to its rational use.
The purpose of this study is to determine the main directions of development of green entrepreneurship on the basis of environmental responsibility. The relevance of this study is due to the need to identify the main directions of green business development to solve environmental problems, based on the basic principles of environmental responsibility. It is believed that environmental responsibility is the basic basis for the formation of socially responsible green entrepreneurship, whose mission is environmental improvement on the basis of sustainable development. It is established thatit is expedient to consider ecological responsibility on levels (the state, the enterprises, the public).As the experience of successful companies shows, environmental responsibility can be integrated into the value and business of the company.The analysis revealed the main tools to stimulate green entrepreneurship: environmental taxes, "green" investments, instruments of stimulating influence on green entrepreneurship. It is established that in Ukraine the main responsibility for the implementation of sustainable development lies with the state and enterprises. The research revealed shortcomings in the organization of supervision measures and control over the targeted use of funds for the implementation of environmental programs. Also the imperfection of the regulatory framework, the inefficiency of the accounting, reporting and monitoring system, the ineffectiveness of measuresmonitoring the results of each project within a specific program to solve environmental problems. It is established that local governments and enterprises are two important participants in the environmental management system in Ukraine. Therefore, it is important to regulate environmental responsibility at the national, including regional, and corporate levels.
Managing and evaluating the probability of bankruptcy of Ukrainian enterprises is one of the most complex and relevant problems of the economy and management. In the context of Ukraine's integration into the international space, there is an arising issue of assessing the bankruptcy of Ukrainian enterprises that meets international financial standards and allows administering this process. A qualitative assessment of the bankruptcy of an enterprise is possible only using artificial intelligence methods – the fuzzy sets method, which allows including qualitative and quantitative indicators to the model for assessing bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine. The aim of the article is to improve the existing method for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of Ukrainian enterprises on the basis of the fuzzy sets method, which will include indicators of international financial reporting and allow more efficient administration and management of this process. The subject of the research is the process of formalizing the method of the enterprise bankruptcy assessment in accordance with the indicators of International Financial Reporting Standards. The study offers a mechanism for a comprehensive assessment of the probability of bankruptcy of Ukrainian enterprises with the use of the methods of fuzzy sets, which is based on international financial indicators: current ratio, payable turnover ratio, equity turnover ratio, return on assets, equity-to-debt ratio. The mechanism allows quickly managing bankruptcy conditions. In order to administer the economic activity of the bankrupt enterprises, based on the theory of a fuzzy sets, a system of enterprises management takes into account the international financial reporting.
