The problem of psychological effectiveness of interactive advertising is discussed in the article. Psychological effectiveness of advertising is considered as a psychological attitude, which appears in the evaluation of advertising message by the consumer, and evaluation of object and source of advertising as credible, interesting, useful and satisfying the consumer's needs. Trust and a proactive position (or personal involvement) are considered as the main criteria of psychological effectiveness of advertising. The purpose of the study was to compare the psychological effectiveness of interactive and non-interactive advertising. The hypothesis was that the psychological effectiveness of interactive advertising was higher. To test the hypotheses, an experiment was conducted. The results of the experiment showed that there were no differences in consumer's trust to non-interactive and interactive advertising; however, it was found that interactive advertising contributes into actualization of a more active life position of the respondents, to the higher level of reflection and personal involvement in the advertising scene. We can conclude that the hypothesis about higher psychological effectiveness of interactive advertising was partially confirmed.

El presente artículo se dedica a Vladimiro Piskorsky (1867-1910), el gran historiador ruso, autor de investigaciones fundamentales para la historia de España, estudiante de la Universidad de Santo Vladimiro en Kiev, catedrático del Instituto de Historia y Filología en Nezhin (1899-1905), y de la Universidad Imperial de Kazán (1906-1910), miembro emérito de la Real Academia de Ciencias y Artes de Barcelona (Academia de Buenas Letras de Barcelona) (1901). Se siguen las vías de desarrollo de su interés hacía España y su historia con hincapié en el destino de la educación universitaria española. Es la primera vez que su artículo "Universidades españolas" (1896), escrito mientras estuvo de viaje académico en España, se introduce en los círculos históricos. Basándonos en el patrimonio epistolar de Piskorsky, hemos seguido su itinerario en España y hemos reproducido el círculo de sus contactos españoles. Se muestra la relación entre las observaciones y reflexiones del viajero, y las preocupaciones de los intelectuales españoles conocidos como Generación 98. Completamos el estudio con las vías que Piskorsky ofrece como posible remedio para salir de la crisis universitaria tanto a España, como a Rusia. Se trata en primer lugar de las condiciones básicas de la autonomía universitaria que implican libre determinación para establecer programas y planes de estudio, líneas de investigación y políticas culturales.

The present article studies peculiarities of colloquial vocabulary of English, Russian and French languages on the material of fictional texts and their translation, particularly works by S. Maugham and their translation into Russian and French. Special attention is paid to the problem of preserving stylistic component when translating from one language into another. Since the languages demonstrate their own specific features in the aspect of word choice determined by cultural nature, development of functional styles and peculiarities of linguistic and stylistic norms, translators have to face certain difficulties when transferring the source text into another language. One of the problems in this aspect is that translator has to find not only corresponding lexical or phraseological units to preserve semantic components of the original, but also follow the stylistic mode of the text and at the same time do not shift away from stylistic norms of the target language. The article shows how translators cope with this problem and try to solve both tasks.

The authors examined the responses of economic agents to implantation in 2013–2020 of institutional instruments of a "new model" for the development of the Far Eastern macro-region. The trend of the predominance of investments in resource projects in the total volume of investments in fixed assets in the macro-region has been confirmed. The study contains new results confirming the influence of the predominantly raw character of the region's economy on the transformation of institutions, expressed through: modification of institutional instruments for the development of the region and the formation of a multiplicity of preferential regimes in the interests of large resourcebased companies; the emergence of negative institutional externalities for the regional economy in the implementation of selected institutional instruments in the resourcebased industries. We ranged the Far Eastern and several Siberian regions according to the degree of resource dependence with the estimation of the selected indicators for the natural resource sector as a whole (including the extraction of mineral, forest and waterbiological resources), which corresponds to the economic specialization of the macroregion. We have revealed that the result of the implementation of the "new model" of development was an increase in resource dependence in the economy of the Far Eastern macro-region in the studied period. The obtained estimates demonstrate the contradiction between the goals, institutional instruments and the first results of the implementation of the "new model" of development of the Far East. The study allows to gain new knowledge at the intersection of certain theoretical and applied scientific directions: assessing the effectiveness of state regional policy; the role of natural resources in economic development; institutional design

The study examines the problems of the Russian system of higher education in the context of multiple modernity. Changes in higher education are related to entering the global educational market. There has been an increase in the number of international students in the total student population. Universities need to create a favourable environment for their successful learning and adaptation that are to increase their competitiveness on the educational services market. The research identifies the main problem areas of Russian universities that prevent the entry of international students into the learning environment. Curricula and syllabi are not adapted to students' requests. The competency-based model of the graduate does not take into account the needs of the national economies of students' home countries. The problems of modern learning technologies applied by teachers and their readiness for intercultural dialogue are not resolved. Despite the language barrier, international students learn and reproduce educational, leisure, and dietary practices of Russian students while maintaining the traditions and customs of their ethnonational group.

In socio-humanitarian disciplines, the process of compiling an exhaustive list of domains for studying health and related concepts of well-being and quality of human life is ongoing. The purpose of the article is to consider the current conceptual framework for studying and measuring health and well-being, and, subsequently, develop the fundamental foundations (list of main domains) of the methodological complex for screening and assessing the health of children, adolescents and youth in the educational environment. Based on theoretical analysis, the following main domains for studying health were identified: a) outcome indicators of physical, mental health and subjective well-being; b) resources of health and well-being at intrapersonal, social and environmental levels; c) patterns of health-related behavior; d) readiness to ask for help and use the existing social and environmental resources.

The article examines the theoretical aspects of inclusive education, the process of its implementation in the world community. The current state of inclusive education in Russia and its legal consolidation is analyzed, the emphasis is on the education of persons with disabilities in the schools. Practical implementation of the provisions of the legislation at the federal and regional levels is being studied. The prospects for the development of inclusive education in Russia are assessed.

The article examines the history of the creation and development of the Attorney Service in the United States, which has no analogues in other states, but due to its functions in criminal prosecution, it is often referred to the prosecutor's office. The article deals with the organization and activities of prosecutorial supervision in the United States. The authors analyze the functions of the institution of the prosecutor's office in the state, highlight the stages of activity and investigate the problematic aspects of the work of the prosecutor's office. As a result of the analysis, the conceptual historical features of the US Prosecutor's Office were determined.

The article analyzes the role of news media in informing and involving the population, including young people, in civic activism. The problem of the influence of digital technologies on the formation of civic activism is raised. Emphasis is placed on the context of the presence in the media space of news that can popularize civic activism. The content analysis study covered 22 Internet resources in 8 federal districts of Russia (12,590 posts for July 2023), as well as all publications in the online publication e1.ru for the period 2019–2023 (82,130 posts). The results of the analysis allowed us to perform a thematic typology of publications about civic activ-ism; to fix the share of these posts in the structure of the news agenda; to identify the presence of appeals to participate in civic projects and determine the situation in the media environment as ineffective for solving the problem of involving the population in civic activism. Recommendations for optimizing media content are of-fered.
