AbstractThe dynamical systems modeling process of complex systems (particularly in the 'soft' systems context) involves a sequence of theoretical frameworks which supply the 'mechanisms' that regulate the interactions between the elements that form the system. Changes are made along the modeling process in those theoretical frameworks that could lead to new behavior modes. Using tools taken from qualitative theory of dynamical systems the relationship between the appearance of new behavior modes and the occurrence of bifurcations in the models is analyzed in this paper. An application to a family of models that is representative of the modeling process of an urban area is included.
; Written at the beginning of the 17th century, the Colloquium of the Conversion of the Four Kings of Tlaxcala is a doctrinal play whose argument is based on a historical-legendary episode widely spread at that time in that province. This argument, which justifies the insertion of the text in the Gutiérrez de Luna manuscript, links it to the political and ideological context in which it was composed. However, in the play the legend about the early religious conversion of the Tlaxcalan kings is subordinated to its religious purpose.

The paper points up the regulations to date that have shaped a zoning of sanitation as well as the development of this within the Autonomous Regions' governments. The general thinking behind this policy is gone into as are the various ways that it has been put into effect to date. A critical analysis is made of the way in which the project as to territorial divisions has been put into effect in the specific instances of the sanitary administration of Andalucia, Catalonia, Galicia and Madrid. The paper is rounded off by a bibliography on the projects as to a proposed zoning of sanitation, likewise health maps drawn up for various Autonomic Regions' Governments.

"This book compiles and explains technical terms in sustainable finance in an easy-to-navigate A-Z format. The interdisciplinary nature of sustainable finance means that those researching and working in the field often have to turn to a variety of different sources to look up various non-financial terms. Recognizing this issue, Ibrahim Sancak and Elisa Aracil have curated a comprehensive list of the key terms most commonly used in the field. Each entry maps out an important concept or idea and illustrates how it relates more broadly across this growing discipline, such as the changes and innovations required by the financial sector to meet the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. Overall, Essential Concepts of Sustainable Finance will enable readers to communicate more effectively about finance within the context of sustainability. With related terms and further reading included alongside the entries, this innovative and accessible volume will be of great interest to students, scholars and practitioners alike"--
