This study aims at understanding the dynamics of state formation and the interaction between national states and local communities by focusing upon the agents involved in that interaction. While most studies in this field analyse the role of government bureaucracies and national policies, this book focuses on the role local communities, and in particular their protagonists, the local elite, play in this setting. For many years, it was thought that modern states, and in particular the post-colonial states, were strong enough to eradicate the political and cultural autonomy of "traditional" communities within their national boundaries. Recent history, however, has taught us that many of these communities show a remarkable resilience against outside interference and pressures to relinquish their autonomy, not necessarily through outright opposition to the state. In some cases, modern nation-states have reinforced, rather than weakened, "traditional" local power structures as local power-holders were able to find a modus vivendi with regional state bureaucracies, as well as with other "modern" institutions and ideologies that arrived in the local communities in the course of time
Allocating new low income housing could be challenging particularly in large cities which emphasize profit-making activities. For urban planners in Toronto, selling up government interventions should be conjoined with the Ontario's policy on low income housing, but more importantly, with the nature of provincial politics. When socialist""oriented government took power social spending was protected from the provincial budget cut which represent favorable policies and commitments to wards the needy and disadvantaged. It was a bad decision especially in the period of recession. Unpopular to the majority, the conservative""oriented party easily won seats at the provincial-based power. They prefer market-oriented, strong""handed policies on low-income and provision of the basic needs to the needy, leaving among other low Income housing to market mechanism to determine the size of low income housing. This leads planners to rely heavily on the non""interventive instruments to provide such housing.

Rogomulyo Village and Mukiran Village have a strong desire to provide adequate information and data services. These two villages have many activities and information that are regularly published in the community. Currently, both villages still use paper media and village announcement boards for updating village information. Both villages felt the need to have a website that specifically introduced the village, its potential, and programs owned by the village government and published activities that the village had carried out. To develop village government websites, the Villages of Rogomulyo and Mukiran have problems related to the limited ability of village officials to develop websites and update any information on the web. Digital media use is limited to the use of text messages on messenger applications. For this reason, the two villages need assistance for village website development. Therefore, in this community service activity (PkM), assistance was provided to the two villages in developing the village government website. The approach used in this PkM activity is Participatory Technology Development (PTD). PTD consists of five stages, namely relationship, diagnosis, planning and design, implementation and evaluation, dissemination, and consolidation. All activities are carried out in a participatory manner, where the main actor for each activity is village government officials. Website development is carried out directly by the village government information technology staff accompanied by a service team. The results of the activity are prototypes of the Rogamulyo and Mukiran village government websites that are ready to be published.

Pirmiausia aprašomi trys principai, sudarantys kontekstą, be kurio neįmanoma suprasti animistinės subjektyvumo traktuotės: Vienybės principas, Pusiausvyros principas ir Poliarinių priešybių mąstymas. Šie principai toliau plėtoja tinklinio mąstymo idėją, aprašytą ankstesniame mūsų straipsnyje. Paskui palyginama animistinė subjektyvumo traktuotė su šiuolaikine subjekto kritika. Nors ir nekeliame normatyvaus reikalavimo prikelti animizmą, negalime atmesti galimybės, jog animistinių principų tyrimas sudarys prielaidas lokaliems postmodernios subjekto krizės sprendimams.

Pagrindinis XX a. kontinentinės filosofijos motyvas buvo metafizikos kritika.

Activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that have a dominant existence in supporting the welfare of the community. Related to the importance of special attention to MSMEs in supporting the economy, the government issued PP No. 46 of 2013 for businesses with income below Rp 4.8 billion. With the enactment of this rule, it is hoped that it can help the community in paying their business taxes, namely 1% final tax of the turnover they get. From the analysis conducted by the researcher, in general, these two regulations have many similarities. However, what is significantly different is the latest rate that came into effect on July 1 2018 that the rate of corporate income tax with gross income has a rate of 0.5% which was originally 1% which has been in effect since 2013. So the government revised the tax rate rules for MSMEs from PP No. .46 of 2013 became Government No. 23 of 2018 with the latest tariff of 0.5%. Both of these rules are final, meaning they are calculated based on the gross amount directly. And the payment can be made via Electronic Deposit Letter. And if you have made a payment, it is considered to have been reported and there is no need to report it to the tax office or via other applications. With a rate of 0.5%, it is expected that taxpayers will always be obedient in reporting their taxes, including PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen as a taxpayer.
