Teaching Creativity:An"EEE" Experiential Exercise

As the recognition of the importance of creativity as a managerial skill and as an organizational capability increases, it is important to become more aware of the power and usefulness of becoming creative. In this exercise, participants are asked to generate as many product or service ideas as possible for a particular raw material and then select one for which they design a name, a slogan, and a video advertisement.
