RESUMEN: El presente informe da cuenta del proceso de práctica profesional en Trabajo Social, realizado en la Secretaría de Participación Ciudadana y Desarrollo Social de la Gobernación de Antioquia, en el proyecto Antioquia Reconoce e Incluye la Diversidad Sexual y de Género, en el periodo 2018-1. Se presentan la estructura organizacional de la Secretaría de Participación Ciudadana y Desarrollo Social, el objetivo de la práctica y producto de la misma, esta es, la Ruta de servicios y atención para la población LGBTI y el reporte de los demás procesos a los que se vinculó la practicante durante el semestre y que contribuyeron al desarrollo e implementación del proyecto. Se presentan además los logros personales y profesionales de esta experiencia y se plantean algunas recomendaciones profesionales con el fin de mejorar la ejecución del proyecto. ; ABSTRACT: The present report gives an account of the process of professional practice in Social Work, carried out in the Secretariat of Citizen Participation and Social Development of the Government of Antioquia, in the Antioquia Recognition and Includes the Sexual and Gender Diversity project, in the period 2018-1. The organizational structure of the Secretariat of Citizen Participation and Social Development, the objective of the practice and the product of it are presented, that is, the Route of services and attention for the LGBTI population and the report of the other processes to which the practitioner was linked during the semester and which contributed to the development and implementation of the project. The personal and professional achievements of this experience are also presented and makes some professional recommendations to improve the implementation of the project.
