Resumen: Esta ponencia forma parte del primer Panel Inaugural del II Congreso de Teólogas latinoamericanas y alemanas "Espacios de Paz", realizado del 28 al 31 de marzo de 2016. Se aborda el tema de la paz como signo de estos tiempos desde tres claves: el contexto latinoamericano, la centralidad de la violencia en los estudios sobre la paz y su relación con las mujeres como constructoras de paz y víctimas de violencia. La reflexión se organiza en dos partes: primero, se analiza el discernimiento teológicopastoral sobre la paz realizado por la Conferencia de Medellín, en un contexto de subdesarrollo e injusticia caracterizados como violencia institucional y pecado estructural; además, se mencionan en forma breve los desafíos de reconciliación que plantearon los procesos de transición que siguieron a los gobiernos militares y a los conflictos armados internos. En la segunda parte, se enfocan algunos valores y esferas de la paz y la violencia –personal, estructural y cultural–, para considerar el concepto secular y cristiano de "pacificación" (peacebuilding) y los aportes teóricos y prácticos de las mujeres en la construcción de la paz en contextos de violencia. ; Abstract: This report is part of the first Opening Panel of the 2nd Congress of Latin-American and German theologians, named "Spaces of Peace", carried out from the 28th through the 31st of March, 2016. It presents the theme of peace as a sign of the present time, from three standpoints: the Latin-American context, the centrality of violence in the studies on peace and its relation to women as peacemakers and victims of violence. The reflection is organized in two parts: firstly, the theological pastoral discernment of peace made by the conference of Medellin is analyzed in a context of underdevelopment and injustice characterized as institutional violence and structural sin. It also briefly mentions the challenges for reconciliation that were posed by the transition processes that followed the military governments and the internal armed conflicts. Secondly, some of the values and areas of peace and violence are focused on (in the personal, structural and cultural levels) in order to consider the secular and Christian concept of peace building and the theoretical and practical contribution of women in the construction of peace in a violent context.

Resumen: La revitalización de la teología en la Argentina comenzó al menos una década antes del Concilio Vaticano II, aunque éste ciertamente encaminó y profundizó las inquietudes pastorales que surgían en ambientes sacerdotales jocistas y luego en otros grupos relacionados con la pobreza. El inmediato posconcilio planteó las preguntas de la aplicación y recepción del Vaticano II en el país, dio lugar a la creación de la Comisión Episcopal para la Pastoral, vio surgir al Movimiento de Sacerdotes para el Tercer Mundo y desafió al Episcopado a pensar la adaptación de Medellín a nuestro contexto, dando lugar al Documento de San Miguel (1969). En estos años intensos, interrumpidos entre 1976 y 1983 por el gobierno militar, se empezó a gestar lo que se llamó "escuela argentina de teología", un cauce de reflexión o inicio de tradición que fue permeando la pastoral eclesial y la teología académica. La nueva etapa iniciada con el retorno a la democracia encontró una línea de continuidad con la primera fase de recepción, por medio del aporte teológico al Documento Líneas Pastorales para la Nueva Evangelización (1990). La entrevista a Lucio Gera realizada el 12 de marzo de 1999 testimonia que él estuvo entre quienes más aportaron para que el Vaticano II y su finalidad pastoral fuera recibido en nuestro país. ; Abstract: The renewal of theology in Argentine started at least ten years before the Vatican II, although the latter certainly oriented and deepened the pastoral concerns present among priests of the Young Catholic Workers movement, and later in other poverty- related groups. The early post-council brought up questions about the reception and implementation of the Council in this country; it led to the creation of the Episcopal Commission for the Pastoral and saw the emergence of the Movement of Priests for the Third World. Vatican II challenged the bishops to think the adaptation of Medellín in our context, leading to the Document of San Miguel (1969). In these intense years, which were interrupted by the military coup of 1976 through 1983, "the Argentine school of theology" developed an original line of thought, a tradition that shaped the pastoral care and the academic theology. The new stage, starting with the return to democracy, completed the first phase of reception through the theological contribution of the Document Pastoral Lines for the New Evangelization (1990). Lucio Gera's interview on March 12, 1999 shows him as one of the main contributors to the reception of Vatican II and its pastoral aim in our country.

Die gegenwärtigen Zeiten sind in allen Weltregionen geprägt von Gewalt, (Bürger-)Krieg, Terrorismus und verschiedensten Ausgrenzungen aufgrund von Geschlecht, sozialer, religiöser oder ethischer Zugehörigkeit. In Lateinamerika wirkt offen oder verdeckt die Zeit der Bürgerkriege nach, Gewaltm in Form von Kriminalität, Drogenkriegen un der darin involvierten Mara (der Jugendbanden) und vor allem Gewalt gegen Frauen stellen eine wachsende Bedrohung dar. Friede ist zunehmend fragil.Trotz praktischen Engagements von Christinnen und Christen ist eine Friedenstheologie ein Desiderat, auch in Lateinamerika, obwohl die Befreiungstheologien Ansatzpunkte böten.Angesichts dieser Herausforderungen stellt dieses Buch die Frage nach dem fragilen Frieden ins Zentrum. Die Autorinnen legen Pisten aus für eine Friedenstheologie in feministisch-befreiungstheologischer und interkultureller Perspektive und Grundlagen für eine neue Präsenz des Christlichen im öffentlichen Raum - im Dienst eines "guten Lebens", der Menschenrechte und interkultureller Friedensarbeit.Ein facettenreiches Plädoyer, um neue Wege einer "Friedens-Raum-Theologie" zu erschließen und mit Leben zu füllen.Mit Beiträgen von Virginia R.
